Episode Overview TL;DR

Ozempic (Semaglutide) is a blockbuster drug that people are self-prescribing to lose weight. We explore the topics of obesity, weight-loss, and the Rockefeller connection to “A pill for an ill“. Warning! This is a heavyweight topic and we touch on the relationship between obesity and . Ultimately I share a spiritual perspective which can help people who are struggling with weight loss to take control of their lives. Plus did you know there’s a natural alternative to Ozempic, without the potentially horrendous side effects!? At the end I share spiritual inspiration and approaches to tackling the issue of weight loss.

Episode transcript:

Good evening, everyone. This is Mark from The Way Back Group and this is “Discussing Spirituality” the live show. And we’ve got a few people already in the chat, so I’ll quickly say hello to Hen74, ScottishBird, Marigold0, DrPardeaux, Millie and Toshi and anyone else that’s viewing, joining us right now. And also if you’re listening again, hello. Look, this is your live show and it wouldn’t be anything without you and your questions. So I’m really grateful for you giving your time to join us this evening. Now, pun intended, but it is a very serious matter. This is a heavyweight show tonight and we’re going to be talking about Ozempic, which is a weight loss drug, but think of that as the tip of the iceberg. And we’re going to be going deep, deep, deep down into whole load of spiritual stuff to do with those kind of topics, drugs, weight, obesity and things like that. But before we dive into the main the meat and gravy of the episode, which I apologize because actually introduced it last week and then never got around to talking about it. So it is the main focus for today. But I just wanted to go over a few things that to wrap up something that was started last week so that we can kind of put a lid on that right at the I think it was the first topic last week. We talked about grief and and how people can experience grief, obviously at the end of life. But also when, for example, a relationship that was originally founded on love comes to an end, then that can also be a real source of grief for people, naturally.
And there was something that came to me while I was talking to you last week, but it never came out. And it came back to me after the show and I thought, actually this is really important and people need to know that. So understanding that we rightfully feel grief because when we lose someone that we loved, whether that’s loss of the relationship or loss of the person, and then that can really affect us and kind of hit us hard in our , I think it’s really important to say the highest form of love is unconditional love, and therefore it doesn’t have a condition on it. And if you’re thinking about the end of a relationship, if you truly love that person unconditionally, then your love for them doesn’t have to be based on the condition that there is a relationship. In other words, you don’t have to stop loving them.
Obviously if it’s not healthy, then moving on, letting go. Those kind of things are really, really useful to be able to do. But if there was a purity there and that person is genuinely good, then just because the relationship ends doesn’t mean that you have to stop loving. But it’s a different kind of love. It’s a higher form of love. And the other thing, this was actually the point I wanted to make, is that irrespective of relationships, you don’t need someone’s permission to, to love them. Remember, love doesn’t ask of anything, it doesn’t take, it only gives.
So what love really is, you know, your parents don’t ask you for permission for them to love you. They love you. You don’t have any say in the matter. And so it can be quite cathartic and powerful to realize that your love for someone doesn’t need their agreement or permission because real love is a pure thing. It’s about what they evoke in you towards them.
So they don’t even need to know that you love them. And that I say this because it could liberate people from a lot of pressure that they put themselves under that they somehow need that they believe that their love needs to be validated by the of that the know that the other person knows that they are loved by them. And that’s not how love works. Love only gives. It doesn’t need validation, it doesn’t take, doesn’t have requirements. Okay, so if you, if there’s a lot of I need them to know that I love them, then it’s probably not love. But we won’t go any more into it. I just wanted to make that kind of share that insight that you don’t need someone else’s permission to love them. That that is actually really empowering and can help in a situation where there’s change in the relationship, an end or whatever, and that you can move on.
So yeah. Oh, and hello, cue ball 78 who’s joined us as well.
Now that’s the love recap thing.
This what we are going to be talking about is why ozempic number 1 and understanding positivity if we get time. But to be honest, I don’t think we’ll get around to that. Last question.
But if we do. Great. So one other thing. Cast your mind back a few episodes or not your mind, cast your memory back a few episodes. And we were talking about Copper and there was a question motivated by a person who was putting water into a copper jug. And I said, look, if you’ve got a picture of that, then it’d be really great to share it. And this came through literally just before I settled in to prepare for the show. So hopefully I get my head out, then you can see that’s the actual Copper picture that we were discussing in a previous episode. I just thought I’d share that with you now just because it’s A, it’s a very nice copper picture and B, it kind of ties up that loose end as well because it’s really nice that they sent that picture through, that picture of a picture.
So I thought I’d just share that with you. And before we crack on, I’ll just put that on mute so it doesn’t beep or anything anymore. And let’s get into the heavyweight topic for today, which is about a zempic. There’s lots of different ways to kind of get dive into this. So let’s just start with the question that I was asked that promoted all of this. Now they actually didn’t send it anonymously, but because of the nature of this question and the depth of the topic and the way that it might actually affect certain people, I thought it best just to make this an anonymous question.
So the question is, what is the truth behind the weight loss drug Ozempic? Which if you think about it, is a massively broad question in itself.
And then they make the observation it seems to be a new craze gathering momentum and is available on the nhs. I am aware people are also buying it online and self medicating. So I guess there’s a few implied points in here, like, you know, is it safe? Is it good? You know, is it, is it doing us harm? And because this is a spiritual show, then for me at least it’s an implied question. You know, does it affect us spiritually or is there a spiritual way to approaching the problem that maybe this Ozempic drug tries to solve? Now, probably a good starting point is to talk a little bit about what Ozempic is. So Ozempic. And as ever, if I’m showing you stuff on the screen, I’ll make it available. If you listen again on the podcast, you can go to the website, follow the link in the podcast and you can see all of these images on the website, but it’s actually, its formal name is Semaglutide and it’s made by a company called Novo Nordisk.
And what it does is it mimics the hormone glucagon, like peptide 1. So GLP1 and there’s a handy little picture on the left hand side and I’ll share a link to the original.
But basically when you eat food, it stimulates the release of GLP1 in your stomach, in your large intestines or actually small intestines. And GLP1 is basically trying to tell your body, look, we’ve eaten enough, so slow down, stop eating and stomach stop pumping food through because we now need to process what’s already here before we, you know, you release any more food into the small intestine and so the brain gets the signal to like, you’re satiated, stop eating, reduce the appetite. And then because we’ve just eaten and we’re now using GLP1 to tell our body that we’re full in, was also telling our body, look, you should expect a sugar rush. So to prepare for that, the pancreas releases insulin and it suppresses glucagon. And these are the two kind of sides of the scale to do with sugar regulation. So the bottom line is we’re going to get a flood of sugar coming in because we’ve just eaten a meal. So we need to take that sugar out of the blood as quickly as possible and basically store it as fat.
That’s the idea.
But you know, you can go into the biology, but the point we’re making here is that semaglutide replicates GLP1, a natural hormone found in the body. So you have GLP1 receptors.
But what they’ve done is Semaglutide is like the hormone GLP1, except it’s got a long kind of side chain of chemicals added to it, which makes it a lot more stable. So whereas GLP1 would break down quite quickly and release from the receptor, this stays stuck on the receptor for a lot longer. And I think it has a half life in the body of about a week. So that means that after a week, half of it is still in your body.
Now the trade names for this are Ozempic or Rye Bell Ribe Ribulsus or however that’s pronounced. And that’s what’s used for treating diabetes.
The version that’s officially, I think since 2022 or 23 that’s licensed to be used for weight loss is called wegovy or wegovy or however that’s pronounced, because, again, I have no idea. So the key thing here, though, is when you look at the licensing for both of these, then Ozempic and Rybelsus are for diabetes, but they’re an adjunct to a regime of diet and exercise. In other words, if the doctor is going to prescribe you of these, it’s on the condition that you’re also going to improve your diet and do regular exercise. And the same with WeGovy, it’s not a magic weight loss pill or injection, it’s simply that taken alongside a reduced calorie diet and exercise. So the doctor, if they’re doing their job properly, would expect that if we’re prescribing WeGovy to help with weight loss and maintaining weight loss, then you’re doing your bit and you’re going to be exercising regularly and sorting out your diet. And if it’s a weight loss issue, then you’re going to have a reduced calorie diet. Okay.
So going back to the question, it seems like what’s being intimated here is that people are just taking Ozempic, which is diabetes drug for weight loss, and it could be because one of them is injectable and one of them is oral. So it could be that they’re trying to avoid having to inject themselves and they’re going down the oral route because it’s an easier route to take.
Now, I did actually have a bit of a chat with a doctor about, broadly speaking, what might be going on here. And this is off the record, no names mentioned, but you can have on label prescriptions and off label. On label means, for example, Ozempic is for diabetes, so if you’re prescribed it for diabetes, you’re being prescribed for what’s written on the label. The label says it’s for diabetes. If a doctor were to prescribe a Zempic for weight loss, that would be an off label. It’s a bit gray, actually, because now that it’s been approved for weight loss as well, under a different brand name of WeGovy, then, you know. But if you take, say, for example, something that’s for treating migraines and a doctor gives it to you to treat, I don’t know, weight loss, well, it wasn’t intended for that. So they may be leveraging one of the side effects of the drug to try and treat something it’s not meant to treat. And that’s what off label means. And so a doctor shouldn’t really be doing that if they’re following the letter of the law and their professional code, they shouldn’t be really going down that diagnosis of prescribing things that are off label. And then there’s another more gray area. So some doctors, and again I have this from within the industry, but they wish to remain anonymous saying that, yeah, some doctors, if you pay them money, would prescribe you something. Now normally when you write out, I think, I can’t remember, it’s like a P10 or a P11 form or something which, where it’s not used in a hospital. So if a doctor in a hospital prescribes and you’re going to collect the prescription from the hospital, then that wouldn’t work. But if it’s a doctor prescribing and then you’re going to take it to a pharmacy, they fill in a particular form and they’re supposed to fill in the rationale for it and all other information. But what some doctors do if you pay them will simply, right, you want a zempic, okay, you don’t have diabetes, but we’ll give it to you. I’ll fill in this, but I won’t fill in all the details. Just take this to the prescription as long as it’s got the, the surgery details on or something. But that’s obviously for money. That’s unethical and that is partly what’s happening. And then people are buying it online, which means that again, it’s probably not formally prescribed. It’s maybe a bit of a gray area. Now I’m not here to judge, I’m not here to criticize that side of things. Right and wrong exist. So if a doctor is doing something that is wrong and they know they’re doing wrong, they’re doing wrong. If a website is selling something online that they know they’re selling something for use, it’s not intended they’re doing wrong, but that’s between the people involved. Similarly, if someone is buying this drug online and they know it should be prescribed, they’re doing wrong. So, you know, from a spiritual point of view, right and wrong exist. And we’ve got to acknowledge the truth.
Going back to the kind of why is this a big deal?
Let’s follow the numbers. So in 2022, Ozempic was the number 48 in the American USA drug prescription charts. So it was low down and it had 13 million plus prescriptions in 2022. In 2023, Ozempic is the number one medication in the USA and grossed over 386. Sorry, $38.6 billion. So about blockbuster drug a drug is considered a blockbuster, or certainly back in the day when I used to work for the industry was considered. If it made over a billion, that’s a blockbuster. So this one’s making $38.6 billion.
And that that change is probably because it got licensed to treat weight loss, okay? Not just diabetes. Now what’s happened is it’s led to a shortage. There was actually a shortage and people who are diabetic couldn’t even get their hands on the drug for diabetes because people were taking it for weight loss. And the company that makes it Novo Nordisk, I think they’ve increased their employment by about 10,000 hires. And they’ve been working 24, 7, 7 days a week in the factories churning this stuff out because it’s making so much money.
Now, in usa, one dose of the injectable, because one of the forms is injectable, costs $936 in Japan. The same thing costs $169 in the UK, $93 in France. DOL.
So that goes to show the markup in America. So they’re charging them 1,100% more in America. Now. The manufacturing costs probably haven’t changed. So it goes to show you how much profit is involved. And that’s probably coming via insurance companies. In fact, I believe it’s uninsurable. So some companies will not give you on insurance because it’s so expensive. So there is a lot of money here. Okay, that should give us a clue about the picture that we’re working within now. In the EU, Novo Nordisk is the number one earner. It’s the number one company earning money in the whole of the EU. And it’s worth US dollars, 500 billion plus every year. Okay? So big money, always follow the money. Okay, Stick with me because this is a spiritual show. We will get into spiritual territory, but we need to understand the physical territory first. What are we working with? But I think it’s quite fascinating as well.
And if you’re wondering is this relevant, it is, because I’ll show you some figures in a moment about obesity and weight and things like that. And so we’ll hopefully realize that it touches on a lot of people’s lives. Okay, so this multi billion pound, multi billion dollar drug is, you know, people are rushing to get it. Are there any side effects? So here’s the list of recognized side effects on the side of the packet. Literally. So they admit that it causes nausea, diarrhea, constipation, fatigue, dizziness, abdominal pain, bloating, burping, heartburn, Loss of appetite, blurred vision and injection site reactions. You know, the one that worries me most in there is the one that’s blurred vision and dizziness because that’s to do with the head. That’s to do with, probably to do with blood flow to the eyes or blood flow in general.
So if it’s affecting your vision, I don’t think people realize. So the brain, okay, brains in your head, your eyeballs and your nose are basically directly connected to your brain. In fact, your nose, the olfactory sensors in the back of your nose are directly connected to your brain. Which is why when people were getting a swab stuck up there and it had suspicious molecules on it, it was going directly into the brain. And a lot of people reporting brain damage symptoms to do with a particular swab that was popular a few years ago to test whether or not you had a particular disease that was apparently doing the rounds a few years ago. So anyway, I digress, as I often do, but it’s all big picture stuff. I’m still painting the picture of the, the world that we live in and the industry that is dominating this particular thing. So those are the side effects. I’m going to read a message from someone as well in a moment talking about these side effects. But are there any serious side effects? So let me bring up the slide. So the serious side effects, hypoglycemia, allergic reactions, gallstones, tachycardia. So that’s problems with the . Pancreatitis. Well, okay. Pancreas is responsible for insulin production. So disease of the pancreas, not good grass. Gastropareasis. Okay. And for example, if you take this drug, you give yourself a 52% increased risk in gastroparesis, kidney damage. Okay, well, on the box itself, by the way. So in America, they have a system. If there’s a really, if there’s a serious risk, they have to put what’s called a boxed warning. And it’s a bit different in the uk, I think. But anyway, so there is a warning saying it may cause thyroid cancer. Okay. I kid you not, but people are queuing up to take this to try and lose weight. Okay, so I’m just going to interject at this point, it’s the following day and I said I would read out a message, but because of how busy we were, I never really got a chance to do it and I forgot. So by time I got to the end of the show, I realized that I’d not shared this with you. So I’m going to share it with you. Now, so you can think of this as a bonus. If you’re listening to the podcast, then you get the bonus material. Now, what this is is a between myself and a person who works in a hospital for the nhs, and so I’m going to just refer to them as the NHS worker so they can remain anonymous. And this is the conversation we had. I reached out to them to discuss the issue of Ozempic and they fed back to me that a lot of the staff at the NH hospital were actually using Ozempic and were very much enthralled in it from a weight loss perspective. And so this is where we pick up the conversation. And this is the NHS staff member speaking. Interestingly, the people, quite a few who are on Ozempic at work, are all experiencing extreme nausea while they are pleased about it, as it stops them having an appetite. To which I ask, do they know the side effects? To which the NHS worker replies, I’m not sure, I’ve not spoken to them individually and don’t know anything about it myself. It’s just raved about and they are all recommending it to each other. Everyone knows someone who is on it or wants to try it. I’ve been observing the justifications. Most people have other health complications relating to weight and are self prescribing. To which I ask, is this at the hospital?
And the NHS worker replies, yes, mostly technicians and admin staff, not doctors or nurses. To which I reply, how do people get it? Do they need a prescription? The NHS worker replies, you can get it on prescription for diabetes, but so many people are trying to get it by other means. There was a shortage. Then I ask, if they get it off label, then that suggests that a doctor has prescribed it off label. Is this correct?
To which the NHS staff member replies, I think a doctor can only prescribe it for diabetes in the uk, but the shortage was worldwide and other countries have different recommendations as to how it’s prescribed. Most people I know bought it online without GP advice or knowledge and then I did contact them and ask them if I could share this information with you. And now we’ll return to the live show.
So people are obviously highly motivated to try and lose weight because they’re willing to risk getting tachycardia, pancreatitis, gastroporosis, kidney damage, hypoglycemia, allergic reactions, diarrhea, constipation, fatigue, etc. And maybe they’ll get thyroid cancer as well. It’s interesting for any drug to be approved for a particular treatment. So, for example, for this to have been approved for weight loss, then it has to be seen that the side effects, because every single drug has side effects. So the fda, or whoever it was that approved this, had to decide that the side effects, such as tachycardia, pancreatitis, kidney damage and thyroid cancer are outweighed by the benefits of taking the drug, like losing weight. Okay, but that would also imply that there’s no other way to lose weight. And this is the best hope that we’ve got. So there’s going to be a lot to cover today. So thanks for joining me and stick with me on this. And as ever, if you’ve got questions, just fire them away in the chat. And because it’s good if stuff pops up, it lets me know that you’re following me, that you’re getting what I’m saying, or that if something needs clarification. So feel free to chat away there, guys. Now, let’s go back to the slide.
So, obviously the issue here is obesity and overweight. And if you look on the NHS website and you look up the definition of obesity, they basically say obesity and overweight is caused when extra calories, particularly those from foods high in fat and sugar, are stored in the body as fat. You can simmer that down to when you eat more calories than you burn. Okay? So I know there’s a lot of arguments and it’s not my fault and it’s genetics and it’s this and it’s that, but it always fundamentally comes down to, you cannot be overweight or grossly overweight if you are not. If you are consuming fewer or equal calories to the calories that you burn.
Overweightness is caused by having too many calories, or there’s two sides to the equation. So it’s caused by either too many calories and not enough exercise, because exercise burns calories. This is really simple stuff, but exercise burns calories. So if you exercise more, you can take on more calories before you start putting on weight.
Now, the genetic argument is that, and it’s true, certain people may have genetic predispositions to depositing fat in certain parts of their body. And if, for example, you’re Afro Caribbean, you may have a higher propensity to depositing fat on your organs, which is, I think it’s called vascular fat, where it. It’s inside and it’s silent, you can’t see it. You could look ripped on the out. I don’t know why I’m pointing to me. Definitely not ripped, but you could look ripped on the outside and have all the, have all the fat inside. Yeah. So Dr. Pardo saying, not always, sometimes it’s genetic. But the point being made even on the NHS is there can be genetic predispositions to, say, having a slower metabolism and therefore not burning calories at the normal rate of another person or to example, to pile it on. And there’s certain cultures where people get very big. And I was chatting to a guy years ago who’s a geneticist in Berkeley, I think it’s Berkeley, and he was saying, look, the problem is even when they do these genetic comparisons, if you looked at the Inuit, for example, and you said, well, they’re all genetically similar and they all have a lot more fat, but they’re not, it’s very difficult in those kind of studies to separate out the diet. So they also all eat a very high fat diet and that’s because they spend a lot of time in the cold. So you need a high fat diet. And also the sources of calories are high fat because of where they are. They don’t have access to bananas and things. They have access to, I don’t know, polar bears or whatever it is. So even then, and he was a geneticist, he said it’s actually very difficult to separate out environment from genetics. And even there’s a field of genetics called neutrogenomics where it basically says, look, even if you have the gene, it doesn’t mean it’s active. It’s activated normally by an environmental stressor, that is diet. So what you eat can switch on and switch off genes, because for a gene to be expressed, the DNA that contains it has to unfold. And so Nutrigenomics is starting to show that, for example, that gene, it might be bundled in there and you can’t get to it. The only way it’s going to unfold is if you eat certain foods that have certain chemicals and then they bind or they get into the cell, they get into the nucleus and they can trigger the unfolding that then allows that gene to be expressed. So yeah, and Dr. Pardo is sharing that. Let me just bring this up. There are many other side effects that haven’t been listed by the fda. Such side effects need to be yellow col to be considered. Yeah. So the list I’ve given you, and thanks for sharing that, Dr. Pardo. The list I’ve given you is very much what they’re willing to admit to or what more likely what they legally have to admit to, as opposed to side effects that maybe haven’t been seen. In the trials and therefore aren’t recorded.
So the point is, whether it’s 50 side effects or five, there’s side effects that are negative.
And so thanks for sharing that. And the whole thing about genetics is to say, yeah, there is genetics, but genetics doesn’t act in a vacuum. Genetics acts as a result of the localized environment, which is chemically triggered, which means it’s based on your chemistry, which means it’s based on your diet, fundamentally, and maybe other minor factors. And, you know, naturally speaking, we can ignore external factors that shouldn’t be there, like microplastics and nanoparticles and stuff like that, and, you know, come back to that another time. But it’s great to have some input in the chat. And the key take home here is about the fact that there are these potential, how can I put it?
The side effects and obesity, even if there’s. Even if your baseline is different from another person because of your genetic makeup, and then your dietary choices have affected that as well, that fundamentally the formula is that you need more calories coming in than you’re consuming and then you’re burning in order to put on weight, okay? Which is why even a zempic and whatever name it goes under says to be used as part of an improved diet and exercise. The improvement to the diet and the exercise is to make sure that you’re actually not eating as many calories, and the calories you’re eating are good quality calories, okay? So obesity is the problem here, and it’s being overweight. When you get to a significant amount of overweightness, then that’s termed obesity. And look, if you’re a bodybuilder, you’d be technically obese because if you put on a lot of protein, it’s denser than fat, and for your height, you would be heavier and you’d be classed as obese. So I think a bit of common sense says we’re not talking about people that are bodybuilders, we’re talking about people that aren’t bodybuilders and are too big. And that’s why another measurement for obesity isn’t the weight to height ratio, it’s the height to waist ratio. And a very quick test you can do is if you measured your waist and you measured your height, then if the ratio of height to waist or waist to height is over a half, you’ve got issues in terms of your overweight. And so to give you an idea, if your height is 180. So I’m 183. So if your height’s 180 and your waist, that’s centimeters by the way, and your waist is 90 or less, then you’re on the right side of it. If your waist is more than 90 centimeters, which would be half of the height, then you’re, you’re too, you’ve got too much weight. So that’s a quicker way of testing. Looking at your, where you’re at is waist to height ratio.
So what’s the deal? Is it a problem, people being obese? Well, these on the right of this are the things that you might encounter as a result of being obese. So the heavier you are, the more overweight you are in an unhealthy way, then it increases the risks of type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and atherosclerosis, which is basically fatty deposits narrowing your arteries.
Coronary heart disease and stroke, asthma, metabolic syndrome, several types of cancer, including bowel, breast and womb cancer, gastroesophageal reflux disease or gourd. So basically acid from your stomach getting into your throat and whatnot, Gallstones, reduced fertility, osteoarthritis, sleep apnoea. And then that has a whole load of knock on effects as well because if you’re not sleeping, then everything starts to fall apart.
Liver disease and kidney disease, pregnancy complications such as gestational diabetes or preeclampsia. And this is the, this is the one that is the, you know, kind of like the red, red, red flag, the big red flag.
When you’re overweight, it reduces your life expectancy by three to 10 years. The more overweight you are, the more it reduces it by. So someone that’s morbidly obese, as we shall see later on in this show, is not likely to live a long life. Okay, okay, this is really fascinating stuff. So Dr. Pardo is sharing in the chat that the biggest cause of cancer now is obesity. So there we go. So, you know, that’s staggering really. When you think how many things do cause cancer, then the fact that it comes down to obesity is the number one username. What I said, that’s me off to find a tape measure. Okay, I’d like to write down the ratio when you come back. Now there’s a lot to cover, guys, so I’m going to keep the momentum up here.
And look, obesity is on the rise and this next graph is quite disturbing. So what I’m showing you here is this is from the center for Disease Control and It’s charting from 1963 through to 2016. And there’s various lines, but they’re all going up quite steeply. And what they’re showing you is children of different ages. So 2 to 5 years, 6 to 11 years and 12 to 19 years, they’re all going up, the slightly older children. And when I say going up, what it means is the percentage of kids in those age brackets that are considered clinically obese. And so it’s gone from in the 1960s, about 4% to its approaching 22, 23%. So to put that into about 1 in 21 has now gone up to about 1 in 1 in 5, 1 in 4 and a half. One in four and a half kids. Children are clinically obese. And I’m going to make the comment, the. I’m going to make the point that that’s child abuse. Okay, let’s assume that we are removing from the debate anyone who has a genuine clinical condition that makes them obese. And that means a tiny, tiny, tiny, tiny, tiny, tiny fraction of a percentage of people who maybe have a thyroid problem. And. But even then they still have to eat more calories than they’re burning in order to, to become obese. So there’s still. What goes in is the contributing is the final deciding factor. But we’re talking about where there is a choice here.
And a BMI of 35 plus is considered obese by the NHS. Yes.
So what I’ve established here is that obesity is a growing concern and that’s been backed up by the doctor in the chat who said that it’s now the number one cause of cancer. And, and if you think about all those conditions that were listed, well, then that means that people are going to their doctor or going to the hospital to be treated for these things. So it’s going to be an increasing burden upon the NHS or whichever medical system you’ve got, wherever you’re based, it’s going to be pushing up insurance costs and things like this, because more people claiming. So it’s not just something that affects them, it’s something that affects society, is the point I’m trying to make. So this was a graph courtesy of the cdc and I’ll put a link to the original materials there so we recognize that there is a problem and that going back to the question, this is why there’s a massive rush to get this drug. And I’ll come back to that. Thanks Hen, for sharing that in the chat. I’ll bring that up in a little while. That comes into something I’m talking about later, but basically People are trying to medicate their way out of this problem and that’s why the number one drug that’s making the most money in the world right now is an anti fat drug.
It’s fascinating and I’ll share that later.
So let’s, let’s just take a take stock for a moment because I want to make sure we hit all the main points before we dive in a bit deeper because this is a spiritual show. I mean, I could talk just about the medical side and it’s fascinating, but I want to. The goal of this show is to inform and then to rise above and to give positive answers to what can we do about this? Because first we’re establishing there’s a problem, but I want to make sure that at the end of this we all have a better understanding of what the problem is, what’s causing it really, and what we can do about it.
So let’s stop at this point and say that we’ve established that a massive majority of, or not massive, but a lot of people, I mean, 130 million, sorry, 13 million prescriptions, that is a large chunk of people that was just in America and that was a few years ago, it’s even more now are choosing to get this drug to treat this problem. Okay.
And so I would kind of start, we’re going to start looking into why, why is it that the solution is to take the tablet? Okay, so we’ve looked at obesity and we’ve looked at the graph and we discussed what zempic is and the side effects. So I’m going to share a video with you now and I’m not going to play the whole thing, but I’ll send you a link to it. This is a really important video that I think everyone needs to watch at least once in their life.
So hopefully you can hear this. If there’s no audio, please let me know in the chat. But this is to do with the medical industry. This is talking about Rockefeller and how he became the most powerful wealthy man in the world.
And it was through oil industries. So he basically owned a load of oil industries and the government forced him to break them up, but he actually made even more money as a result. And then this is where it gets kind of really scary from a medical point of view.
Speaker B: Rockefeller donated an additional $100 million from that windfall to his philanthropic front group, the General Education Board. To cement the streamlining and homogenization of medical schools and hospitals. A pill for an ill became his foundation slogan. In 1913, he incorporated the Rockefeller Foundation A congressional investigation described the foundation as a self serving artifice posing a menace to the future political and economic welfare of the nation. Using his foundation’s wealth and influence and working with his friend Andrew Carnegie, Rockefeller dispatched educator Abraham Flexner on a cross country tour to catalog the status of America’s 155 medical colleges and hospitals. The Rockefeller Foundation’s Flexner report recommended centralizing America’s medical schooling and reorienting these institutions according to germ theory, which held that germs alone cause disease.
Speaker A: I’m going to stop there and I’ll send, I’ll give you a link to the full video, but let me, let me just summarize. So basically Rockefeller, richest man on the planet, government tries to break up his monopoly on the oil industry and creates something like 50 companies, but he basically ends up getting even richer. He’s, he’s a philanthropist, so he, you know, bit like Bill Gates, pretends to be a good man, tends to set up all these charities, but really he’s just moving money around and he sets up the board of education and takes control of the whole of the medical education in America, rewrites their curriculum and basically says this is what you’re going to study. And he pushes the pill for an ill ideology which is if someone is sick, give them a disease. And this screenshot that you can see right there is basically showing the different diseases and then the different tablets or medicines or injections. So here we are in 20, 25, 112 years later, and people are taking a pill for an ill. This is what Rockefeller invented. He invented the pharmaceutical industry. What if we take a step back and understand this, that there’s only really, I think it’s three or four types of industry and the people that make the fertilizer and the put on the fields and the paints that you paint your houses with are the same people that fund the same organizations that fundamentally make the medicine. Okay, so they’re all just big industry and they’re all agro, petrochemical, okay. So all he did was he found a way to, he changed the law to introduce the patents and all of this side of things, the medical side of patenting. And he aggressively lobbied and changed the law to destroy natural medicine in all of its guises. So the reason why you can’t get high dose vitamins and minerals in the shops and the reason why only someone who’s gone through his medical training is allowed to call themselves a doctor is because he was cornering the market. It’s what he’d done he knows what he’s doing and basically we’re living in the world that he created and his family now still run along with a few other families. So it’s all corrupt. Basically. It’s a self serving enterprise to make as much money as possible. And that’s why In America you pay 940 or whatever it is dollars for the same drug that someone pays $83 for in France.
So it’s, it’s financial corruption. And the idea of medicine has been pushed down this, it’s the germ route. A lot of medicine, a lot of really successful doctors and physicians at the time knew that it’s not the, the germ, it’s the soil. And I’ll just explain that very briefly. We are the soil. If the soil is healthy, so good bacteria, not stressed, not dehydrated, not over hydrated, healthy imbalance, then it doesn’t matter. A weed, a seed for a weed is dropped in the plants that are there, won’t allow it to grow, it won’t flourish. And therefore you’ve got the seed theory, which is if this seed plants in your body, you’ll get sick. Now if that were true, then when a virus goes around, everyone gets sick like that because everyone is exposed to the seed, but they’re not. Most people have natural, good, strong immunity, or they certainly did a few years ago. And it’s the strength of your immunity, in other words, the strength of the soil that determines whether or not you fall for the seed, fall for the sickness or not. But the pill for an ill is basically an ideology that you treat every disease with medication. Why? Because medication makes money. So that’s why we’re in this mess.
That’s how we’ve ended up here. And it’s, you know, the people we’re talking about people, but the people we rub shoulders with, they’re our neighbors, they’re our friends, they’re the people down the street, they’re the people at work. People who are obese have grown up in an education system that this Rockefeller guy and others promoted. So yep, you’ve got to kind of understand that from a certain point of view, you could say the people who are most vulnerable don’t know any better.
So our job, if you like, is to shine light on the truth and help them if they want help. And that’s really important that if they want help. Okay, so that covers that. Now we’ve got a better idea of why we have this pill for an ill mentality. But it all comes back down to money.
So now we want to kind of, let’s take it up a notch and kind of look at things more from a spiritual point of view and ask the question, well, the problem is obesity.
Conveniently the solution is, it seems to take Ozempic.
So well, let’s go to the problem. Let’s look at the soil. Why is the soil so in such bad shape? The. The disease of obesity is growing.
So what I’m sharing on the screen now is from a book and my mind’s gone blank.
Louise Hay, you can heal your life. Wonderful book. It’s one of the few books I recognize, I recommend and I’ll put a linked to it in the write up. But I’ve just highlighted this bit. It says what Louise Hay is really good at doing is. And she actually got channeled this information from a good source. So every dis ease dis ease relates to an underlying problem.
And if we go right back, you can probably remember that I did this book. So it’s called the wake up call. And in there there’s an entire chapter, not entire part of the book where I talk about how your choices can manifest as dis ease. Now there’s also, for example, if you’re hanging around with negative people, their negativity will also make you unwell. So that’s not so much about you, but you’re still choosing to have them in your environment. So it’s still based on a choice. But a lot of dis ease is actually because of an underlying issue, psychologically or emotionally that a person has that they haven’t addressed and their higher self is trying to get their attention or they are manifesting the problem themselves directly by for example, eating too much. So that’s why this book, the Louise Hay’s book is really good because it breaks down the different forms of dis ease and looks at it as what is your body trying to tell you. So the bit on overweight, overweight represents a need for protection. We seek protection from hurts, slights, criticisms, abuse, sexuality and sexual advances from a fear of life in general. And also specifically take your choice.
Okay, and then it goes on. But what’s the word that stands out? If you’ve been following my show for a while, you’ll probably recognize that one of the words in there is a bit of a keyword and it’s the word fear. So one of the things that was interesting is say where it says sexual advances, what that means is imagine if someone’s quite young, they’re just starting to blossom and it’s a girl for Example, a young woman and a man makes a pass at her. And it’s a bit of a shock psychologically because they’re maybe still in the mentality. I’m not talking about pedophiles or anything like that. I’m talking about just natural, you know, 18, 19 year olds. But they’re not ready for that point if they’re not ready for that part of life.
And so they, they just want to be, you know, they don’t want to grow up.
And so they literally want to put a shell around themselves because they don’t want someone to find them attractive or to, to want them. Because that would mean change, that would mean evolution, that would mean growth. And some people aren’t ready for that. And so they, they recoil in fear. And so that’s what that, that’s referring to there. It’s not like a bad experience, it’s just that they weren’t ready for it.
But also any kind of criticism of how someone looks or things like that can really, especially at a young age, can really harm someone. And no one’s setting out to harm them. But it’s more about their own fragility.
And fundamentally you could sim that whole thing down to overweight is because of fear. That’s what that paragraph is saying. And when you look at it from a spiritual point of view, that is what comes out. So if you look at, there’s another part of the book and it kind of talks about, for example, fat on your body in the different zones. And so if you have an excess of fat, then you are oversensitive or relates to oversensitivity.
It represents fear and shows a need for protection. So it’s reiterating what was said earlier. And fear may be a cover for hidden anger and resistance to forgive. So again, we’ve talked about things like anger and forgiveness. Now remember, or I’ll remind you, what I said about forgiveness was that forgiveness isn’t for the other person. Forgiveness is for you. If someone has harmed you or upset you or let you down or whatever it is, if you forgive them, you can let go of it, you can move on, and that’s to your benefit. If you can’t forgive them, you don’t let go. It becomes resentment, anger, and a whole slew of negative thoughts and emotions that maybe aren’t even in your head, but they’re there and that will build up. And then the fear might be the cap that you put on top of it because you’re scared of letting it out. But either way it’s Negativity. It’s negativity that you’re doing to yourself because it’s your inability. I say you, but the person who is having the weight problems, it’s their inability to process what was lower down in terms of resentment, anger, lack of being able to forgive, etc. So it’s like it bubbles out into the skin, into the body, into the adipose layers, and then into the habits. And you want to push your edge out to protect yourself. And the only way to do that is to put on weight. You know, no one’s sitting there going, I think I’ll get fat. But there could be something from childhood that’s gnawing away on the inside, that’s creating the emotions and the drive that the only way to suppress it is to keep padding it out, if that makes sense. So this book’s wonderful, this one on talking about the different things. And so let’s see what else they have to say about it. So again, another section of the book, it talks about overweight and it says so fear, need for protection, running away from feelings, insecurity, self rejection, seeking fulfillment. That’s an important one because you’re trying to fill yourself, because you’re seeking to full Phil. Fulfillment, feel yourself. And so, yeah, it’s quite fascinating stuff. And if you want to look into that book also gives things like you can see on the right hand side that people can say to overcome these issues. But where are we going with all of this? So what this is really saying is that it’s, I’m setting the stage here that there are emotional and psychological and even bordering on spiritual reasons why a person might be prone to putting on weight that goes beyond genetics or anything like that. So you’ve got this kind of what’s deeper?
And is taking a pill really solving that problem? Okay, so there’s some good questions coming up in the chat. I will get to them.
This is quite a nice bit of the book. So Overweight is another good example of how we can waste a lot of energy trying to correct a problem that is not the real problem. So this is exactly what I’m saying. Taking a Zen pick or doing the dieting or going on a starvation diet or whatever it is, is trying to solve the problem that is not the real problem. What is the real problem is where’s the fear coming from?
Why? Why is there fear? And hopefully for some of you, that’s already starting to be like a bit of an aha. Okay, I can see what the solution is then. But we will get to all of this, we will cover it all. So these, I just wanted to pick those bits out from that book because Louise Hayes, quite well known in the field and she’s kind of backing up what I’m saying here, that treating the manifestation of the problem isn’t treating the cause of the problem. And it’s not surprising that people are pushed down or are going down the pill route because they’ve been indoctrinated into it and there’s a big financial motivation for it to be marketed, for it to be pushed. You know, quite often when a doctor prescribes something, they’ll get a kickback as well, you know, or when they give a vaccine.
So just, there’s some interesting chat going on and I’ll just acknowledge. Yeah, so 50% of your immune system is genetically engineered from parents. That’s absolutely true. And a lot of it’s passed over in breastfeeding as well. So if your mother breastfed you, you have a stronger immune system.
And then the rest of the immune health is learned during actually coming into contact with the virus and learning to remember how to destroy it. Yeah. So that’s kind of like why say at the start of a pandemic everyone should rush out and hug everyone else? Because it’s called herd immunity and natural immunity. You want to be exposed to what could harm you before it’s fully, you know, rampant. So that you can prepare your immune system. And then if you’re going to be a mother, you’ll pass that on to the next generation.
And so, yeah, and then Millie’s asked, what about putting on weight due to hormonal changes in perimenopause and menopause. Yeah. So think about the basic formula I gave you at the start that fundamentally there’s your metabolic rate and that determines how many calories per hour you’re burning. Keeping things really simple, that’s your burn rate when you’re just living normally. Yeah. Well, that means that you can eat so many calories and then if you eat more than that, you’ll start putting on weight. Now, when your whole system is driven by hormones, and right at the start I talked about GLP1, which is a hormone. So any change to the system will have a knock on effect to the rest of the system. And with hormonal changes, just like puberty, your rate or your burn rate, your metabolic rate will shift if you get hotter, if you get colder, changing the environment can also have an effect. So you’re not a set in stone machine that will function at this level from when you’re born to when you die.
Children are like dustbins. You can just keep throwing stuff in and they’re like a steam train. Keep shoveling in the coal and they’ll keep burning it because their burn rate is so high, partly because their surface area to volume ratio is smaller. So they’ve got to have a lot more brown fat around their organs which is just burning all the time to make heat. Because a child actually lose heat quicker than a fully grown adult and therefore they need to produce more heat and they literally just burn in calories. And that’s why when you get a bit older, you have less of that brown fat around your organs and you’re more prone to the cold and you burn fewer calories. So you go, well, I used to be able to eat three boxes of cereal when I was a 14 year old. Yeah, but when you’re a 14 year old, you were burnt. You know, you were growth going through growth spurts, you were going through body changes. You will probably be running around like a mad person doing lots of sports and you know, everything. In other words, there’s constant change. And what’s normally the problem is that the habit of what you eat and the desire to what you, what you eat hasn’t caught up with the changes in, in hormones and the landscape of your body as it goes through these changes. And so you start to put on weight, but it comes back to the formula. Fundamentally calories in, if they are greater than calories burnt, will result in weight gain. So just needs to constantly, maybe just look at it and say, okay, my body is changing, therefore do I, you know, what do I need to do? And that’s a massive topic in itself. And looking at the role of. Quite interesting. I was looking at something to do with testosterone in women because obviously that everyone thinks that’s a male drug, a male hormone, but it’s not, it’s present in women as well and it’s important.
And again, talking about perimenopause and menopause things to look into. Let’s get back onto the topic at hand though and let’s look at. So from a spiritual point of view then, what does taking a drug actually mean, you know, to lose weight in the context of losing weight? Because I want us to just step right back now and just think about things in terms of very simple, simple building blocks. Thought, energy and matter. Okay, so a hormone, GLP1 or whatever the acronym was, is a, is a structure, it’s got form, okay?
And your Body is a harmonious unit of matter and energy and thought.
Now, if you ingest something that looks like GLP1 but isn’t, you’re deceiving your body.
You’ve committed an act of deception upon the material part of your body. The receptors in your body that are expecting GLP1 are now getting something that’s GLP1 with a big side chain, and it lasts a lot longer. And so it’s forcing an event to happen in the body for longer. And you’re also. It’s not happening in harmony with your eating. It’s happening because you took the tablet, not because you were satiated or full.
So your body’s being tricked. So taking a drug is an act of mimicry or deception. You’re tricking your body into changing or stopping doing something or start doing something. So when you look at it from a purely spiritual point of view, then we have to ask the question, you know, is that good?
Now, when you look at the vibration of pharmaceuticals, I was looking broad brush strokes, and I just asked the question, you know, when I’m on the inside, is there such are any pharmaceutical products, because we’ve talked about this, that things can be neutral, they can be positive and they can be negative. Now, I don’t mean charge, I mean vibration. So something that’s positive will raise your vibration, something that’s negative will drop it. Something that’s neutral won’t change it. All pharmaceuticals that you put into you, whether you inject them or take them orally or the Italian way, which tends to be the other end, then they have a net negative vibration.
And that’s partly to do with how they’re made and partly to do with who makes them. The industry is a dark industry. It’s not a. There is no way that, like, if you just look to the whole planet and you looked at the industries as almost like.
Like, imagine a garden and you’ve got different plants growing. And you say, well, is this plant good or bad? Is this plant good or bad? Is this plant good or bad? Different plants, right? And you could look at them and say, are they working harmoniously with everything else, or are they attacking, destroying, crippling, choking, like. Like bindweed. So the pharmaceutical industry, for example, not the people in it, I’m not talking about the individuals, because I know a lot of people that work in the industry, and they believe they’re doing good work, they’re highly motivated to do good work, and a lot of them are actually good people. Okay? So I’m not picking on the People. But if you looked at the industry, you would see it as a cancer in the garden, like Russian vine or something, just really not a good force.
So it can’t produce good. And so all drugs ultimately are an attempt to deceive and trick the body into a behavior that it shouldn’t be doing.
Okay, they’re not trying to heal the body. They’re simply trying to interfere in a beneficial way to give them the benefit of the doubt. So when you start to look at it spiritually, then whether it’s a zempic or anything else, it’s an act of deception upon yourself that you are propagating. Okay, now let’s go back to the original information about Ozempic is that it’s to be used in combination with diet and exercise.
Now, I think we all know that actually diet and exercise alone would probably be enough, but it comes down to willpower. Okay?
So the pill for an ill is a psychology that’s been promoted by one of the darkest and most evil families on the planet for the. For the sake of profit, in fact, so that they can actually sell petroleum byproducts as pharmaceuticals. Okay?
And we’ve got to look at it like so, okay, the act of taking medication for weight loss. What’s the spiritual significance here? Now we understand that weight loss, also weight gain. I’m talking, by the way, to answer the question earlier about hormonal changes. What we’re talking about here isn’t a bit of weight. We’re talking about obesity. We’re talking about morbidly obese, okay? Things like that. Children that are twice the size they should be people that can’t even get out of their house, you know, because they’re so big.
That’s not healthy, that’s not natural. Okay? So there is an underlying problem there, psychological or emotional, that hasn’t been addressed. And it’s festered. And it’s just literally the problem has ballooned and the person has ballooned. They’re not.
That has to be. You have to call it out for truth because we’re not helping anyone by saying it’s healthy or it’s fine. And I’m going to share some videos actually in a moment just to kind of make. Help us understand this.
But what we’re fundamentally saying when we take a tablet or when we inject ourselves with the fat loss or weight loss drug is we’re saying, I am going to pass my responsibility to this external thing to solve a problem that I’m responsible for internally. And that doesn’t line up.
That’s never going to work.
So it’s an external influence to overcome an internal issue. It won’t work because the issue hasn’t been dealt with. And the issue always comes down to fear.
All of these significantly overweight problems are unresolved. Fear of some kind, fear of rejection, fear of being hurt again, fear of being looked at, fear of not being heard, fear of being rejected. It comes down to fear. And if you’ve been with me on previous journeys, spiritually, in this live show or elsewhere, you’ll know that the root of all fear is ego.
And I know that that’s going to smack across the face of some people, but I’m not saying it to smack them across the face. I’m saying it to wake them up. To maintain a state of fear, you need to be focused on self.
Okay, this show is going to overrun, by the way, so buckle up and settle in because we’re. We’re going to crack on. So we’re just setting a stage here. The other thing that it signifies, which I alluded to, is there’s a lack of taking responsibility.
So to maintain the problem state and to want to take this for weight loss rather than diet and exercise is based or predicated on I am a victim him.
Because otherwise it has to be a recognition of I did this to myself. Now, I know genetics plays a part, but genetics never plays the biggest part.
Basic maths and physics. You cannot be overweight if you put in less than you are burning or if you. You have to eat much more than you need to be that big.
So what is the problem? And there’s a lot that society and individuals do to support that problem and not to help it.
And the goal of this show, the goal of this episode is to help resolve the problem, not support the problem. And that’s why I’m not pulling punches. And I’m calling things out and saying that the root obesity is fear, which is grounded in ego.
It’s an obsession of self. Too much focus on self all the time and how you feel and therefore comfort eating and all of these things. Okay? But there are bad actors. There are people in the environment of these people who are not helping but actually making them worse. So I want to share, I want to make it a bit more real because we’re talking theoretically here. So I’m going to share a video.
Let’s see if I can get this to come up.
I’m gonna share a video with you guys now.
Speaker C: You ready to get super sized?
Speaker A: She died too today. I’ve got the big fruit loop.
Speaker B: He’s dead. Join me on my Fat Positive radio.
Speaker A: Show, which didn’t last long because she died. Just because I’m fat, that doesn’t invalidate the things that I say. She died. Okay, so you get the idea. And obviously this is a small subset, but these are famous influences who were pushing the body positive fat is healthy movement. And they’ve all died. And they’ve died at 33 and 46 and things like that. And so, you know, there are bad actors in the environment. And these will be your friends who, when you’re putting on weight, say, no, you look fantastic. Oh, no, don’t worry about it. It’s not about how you have the shape of your body. It’s about your heart and your . And it’s like, no, they’re actually killing you with platitudes. They’re not your friends.
They’re lying to your face to tell you what you want to hear because they don’t want to upset you, because they don’t want to feel bad. So they’re putting their feelings before helping you. If they were a true friend, they’d say, you’ve put on too much weight, I’ll help you. We’ll go for a walk. I’ll join you when you go shopping, we’ll get a dietitian in. We’ll find some videos or find something that you can do where we can start an exercise regime. They’ll walk with you on that journey. If they were really a friend, that’s what a friend would do. They’d call it out and I’ve been there. I had a friend, lovely guy, still good friends. And when we were quite young, we used to go to Snowdonia and when we’re at uni, he was a big guy, but he was about 13 stone. Okay. Hadn’t seen him a few years. We met up, we went up to Snowdonia and he was 21 stone and he couldn’t walk. His legs were too big. They were rubbing against each other. And I had to take his five. His rucksack was about 30 kilos, about five stone or whatever. I had to take that on my front because I already had one on my back. And I carried it up the mountain, walking alongside him while he’s holding on so I can pull him up the mountain. And it was a real shocker. And he was young enough to bounce back and, you know, it’s like.
But I was a friend and I didn’t say, oh, you’re fine, mate. I said, no, that’s shocking. You’re well out of shape, mate. And I was around his house one time and his mother in law, lovely woman, was just piling on the food on his plate.
And I took her to one side and I said, do you want to kill him?
Is that what you’re trying to do? Are you trying to kill him? Are you trying to rob your grandchildren of their father?
And she realized just because he was eating it doesn’t mean she should keep putting it on his plate. I said, he’s had the portion of six people, he’s had thirds.
You’re killing him. You’re supporting his bad choices. Now he’s got his weight right down. He’s in better shape now than he was in his late 20s. He’s now in his 50s.
But he didn’t get there because people said, oh, you’re doing fine, keep going. It’s because people had a hard word with him out of compassion and love.
And he’s an inspiration because he still is doing the work. He’s taken responsibility, but he needed that wake up call and he’s now taking responsibility.
And yeah, I mean, in the chat, Dr. Pardo has said feeders can also do this for control. Absolutely. There’s some horrible, horrible documentaries about people who are feeders and they get a fat person and they just feed them until they can’t leave the house and then they become dependent on them to go shopping for them. And this is why I said earlier that when you see really obese young children, it’s child abuse. It’s child abuse.
It’s not intentional, but it is child abuse. We have to call it out for what it is. And a feeder feeding their partner to make them ridiculously obese is abuse. It’s slow murder, you know, so I’m not winning any of them over in this, but if I help one person wake up and we’re going to get to what we can do about it.
So I’m going to share another video with you because we need to realize how real this is. And this is killing people. Okay, so this is a person called Brittany and this was something she posted a while back to put myself out.
Speaker C: There because I want to reach the.
Speaker A: People that need a community and a home and someone to follow that can remind them that it doesn’t matter what shape, size, anything that you are, you can be what you want to be, do what you want to do, and you should be ashamed.
Be what you want to be, do what you want to do. It doesn’t matter what Size you are, you’re great. That’s what she was saying. And then if you go to her second to last video, I ruined my life with food, binge eating and lack of self care.
And I’m hoping that it’s not too late for me. This, she died, okay, so she was body positive. You be, you do as you please.
Everything’s great, you’re loved, you’re part of a community. She’s dead and her second to last post is I’ve ruined my life with how I ate. And I’m hoping it’s not too late to change. It was too late. She was morbidly obese and she died at a young age, you know, and so this is real now. Anytime you hear someone say the magic words, you do you.
What’s that? Feeding? Is that feeding the spirit? You see, your spirit is trying to guide you to get closer to God. And I don’t mean religion. It’s trying to guide you to do what is right. Okay? As is your soul. You do you doesn’t mean you listen to your soul. You listen to your spirit, that inner guidance, and you do what is right. It means do as you please. And that always means do as your ego pleases, do your desires.
It shuts the door on the higher self. It shuts the door on spirituality. It means be hedonistic.
That is what Satan would say to you.
The previous video I showed of her where she was saying, you do you, you carry on, everything’s great.
That was a satanic speech because it’s not the truth, it’s not spiritual truth, it’s satanic desire. It’s what Satan wants for you. You do you.
Because every step you take along the journey, doing you, putting you first, putting your desires first, putting what you want first means you’re ignoring your higher self and you’re ultimately ignoring God. And you’re walking in the wrong direction. And it’s not Jesus or God walking alongside you, it’s Satan.
And he’s probably holding up a big hamburger or something to entice you further along that journey. So when you hear people in any kind of positive movement saying you do you, you be you that understand that is code, whether they realize it or not, for ego, ego, ego. And if we can spot it, we can steer, we can help steer them back in a better direction for their well being. Because she died, she’s young, she died, you do you, you died. And not only that, but you encouraged other people to follow in your footsteps and believe that she was doing good, doing so she wasn’t. She inadvertently is helping kill other people by the message you do you. Okay, so when we talk about bad actors, they might be friends or the family. Family, friends, influences. But if they are telling you everything’s okay, you do you, you’re wonderful, you are loved, you are great.
To help you justify your obesity, they’re actually supporting the problem. They’re not supporting you or they’re not supporting the person that needs the truth. Okay?
And the same goes for the influencers who ped all the fatties beautiful lie and things like that. And, you know, as an example, here’s an article in the Daily Mail and tragic deaths of the fat is healthy social media stars. And you’ve got Cosmopolitan magazine with front cover of a morbidly obese woman going, this is healthy. No, it’s not.
That is a lie.
And the language that doctors have to use around obese people now, they can’t even use the word fat in case they get sued.
And yet they need to tell that person, you are fat, you’re overweight, and it comes down to you need to be responsible and we can help you, but you need to take responsibility and we will help you every step of the way. But you do need to take responsibility. But telling them fat is healthy is a big lie. And by the way, that person on that cover died. And they wouldn’t admit, they wouldn’t, the family wouldn’t release what the actual cause of death was. But here’s another interesting thing. So by the way, the girl that you saw in the TikTok video just now was this one dead at 28. This one’s dead at 42. The guy who was eating the donut died at 33. This one dead at 37. So just a few examples.
The reason why it’s important is if we look at deaths due to obesity, it’s under reported because a lot of deaths will be reported for the heart disease, pancreatitis, diabetes. They died of diabetes. Why did they have diabetes? Because they were morbidly obese. So the death isn’t recorded as obesity. It’s recorded as the heart attack that killed them.
But they were 36 stone. Okay, so what we’re looking at here is a graph of deaths due to obesity. Let’s see if I can just make this a bit bigger on the screen. So this is. Scroll up. This is deaths due to obesity from 1990 to 2021. And the biggest growth is actually in Asia. Now, some cultures or some genetic populations have more of a propensity towards obesity. And for them, their bmi, the gateway, at which point they’re obese, is lower. So it depends if you’re from certain cultures or not, genetically speaking. So you might actually be obese at a lower weight. But basically I’m just going to play this because it’s all, it’s animated. You can see the level of obesity going up. Okay? And this is our world data.org and so what that’s saying is that the number of deaths per however many is going up in the world even in the last 30 years because of obesity. And this, this death by risk factor from 1990 to 2022. So on the right here, I don’t know if you can see, if I just do that, is obesity. So if you look on the right, you’ll see obesity climbing through the ranks. So it starts well down and then it’s going up and it, you know, it started below, like diet, low in fruits and other things, and it shot up to the fifth highest thing. You know, you’ve only got high blood sugar, high blood pressure and smoking as higher causes. And actually that’s probably skewed because, for example, certain countries have high air pollution, but not all countries.
And you’ve got to remember as well, high blood sugar and high blood pressure probably are actually caused or contributed to by obesity. So obesity could actually be accounting for the top three. It’s just that what did they actually die of is what’s recorded, not the fact that they had obesity. So obesity is right up there now. And yeah, now there is. We’ll get to the good news part now, but just to summarize, the last part was these WOKE influencers and UBU movement and fat is healthy and politicians who promote it and politicians who pass laws that say that the doctor can’t call someone, you know, can’t refer to it as fat for risk of offending. They’re actually doing the devil’s work. You know, they’re not speaking truth, they’re speaking lies. They’re promoting the problem, they’re supporting the problem, they’re not helping the person. Okay, so let’s get to the solutions and I thank you all for hanging in there. This is a heavyweight topic and therefore we’re giving it a bit more time.
So I wanted to bring your attention to this. Let me just make that a bit bigger. So if you do a search online for blue light causes obesity, you’ll find that there’s a whole load of articles that are basically saying that blue light can be a contributing factor to obesity. Now when you Dive into it a bit. It’s. If you watch, say you’re on your tablet or TV or your laptop and then late at night and you’re trying to before you go to sleep, it will disrupt your sleep patterns. It will also disrupt your hormonal cycles and it will disrupt your melatonin levels. And it will lead to all kinds of changes in your metabolism going back to that original formula of, you know, calories in burn rate. If your metabolism changes, then you would start putting on weight. If your metabolism slows down, you will start putting on weight. Eating the same diet you’re eating last year, you’ll now be putting on weight this year. So one of the things that might help is these anti blue light glasses that filter out the blue light. And we talked about these in a couple of episodes, so I’ll mention it. But remember, the person isn’t a victim. They’re still eating more than they need. They’re still not exercising enough. They’re still choosing, despite all the advice we’re given, to watch TV late at night or to play computer games late at night. But it’s just trying to. I’m just trying to give us stuff that we can do that we can help. So if they can’t take responsibility and they say it’s not my fault, it’s the blue light, then they’re missing the point. They need to acknowledge and take responsibility for their choices and then make good choices, like maybe just get a pair of glasses and maybe don’t watch TV before going to bed. You know, give yourself a break from tv. So that’s one thing that we can do. They could also do a gastric bypass, look at a zempic and things like that. But none of these are the solutions. All of these are trying to deal with the external things, not dealing with the internal things. So the goal has to be what can we do that’s positive? Now I get it. People want something tangible. Like, if I buy these glasses, I feel like I’m doing something good for my health. That’s how most people operate. So if someone’s taking a Zen pick right now or thinking of doing it, there is a better choice. Okay, so I’m going to share a quick video with you and this will give you the information and then I’ll put a link to it as well. So this guy’s talking about the juice of a pomegranate.
Speaker C: Pharmacy is found in juice of a pomegranate. You just need about 8 fluid ounces. One cup contains a natural substance called ellagitannins it activates your, your gut to secrete mucus. How do you move stool? How do you get regular? You need mucus. That healthy mucus will grow a bacteria, a healthy gut bacteria called Akkermansia mucinophila. This is the name of a gut bacteria that everyone who’s listening to this and watching this should pay attention to. Turns out Akkermansia is a guardian of our metabolism. Akkermansia activates our immune system, lowers inflammation, and this is smoking hot research method. One piece has just been discovered, it’s called P9. That fragment of Akkermansia causes your body to produce its own GLP1, which is exactly what Ozempic and these prescription drugs are trying to do. And what is GLP1 done? It lowers your blood sugar, helps you lose body fat.
Speaker A: Wow.
Speaker C: Make sure it’s pure pomegranate juice. Always, always, always check the ingredient label, get the real deal or just buy the pomegranate because when you have the whole pomegranate, you’re going to get the dietary fiber.
Speaker A: Okay, I’ll stop there and I’ll put a link to that video so you can see it. So, you know, that’s pretty amazing and I’m sure some of you will have heard this before, but nature provides most, most modern medicines are just an abs. They’ve just figured out that a plant was doing good, they figured out which part of the plant was doing good, they’ve isolated it, which means you no longer have the benefits of the rest of the plant. And then they patented it, given it a fancy name and they’re selling you basically something that grew in nature. So a majority of medicines are actually based on that. So, you know, there is actually Akkermansia is this bacteria that is naturally found in your gut. It’s about 1 to 3% of your gut flora naturally.
And you know, I’ll share links to this as well. But this is cutting edge stuff where they’re figuring out that if you have pomegranate, it will promote this particular Akkermansia and it will produce GLP1, which is exactly what Ozempic is mimicking. The difference is that this is already in your gut. So maybe you’ve got gut flora issues and if you’ve had a lot of antibiotics, you might have just wiped out your gut flora. And you just need to have some probiotics to help re establish things as they should be. But the point I’m making here is, look, we’re starting with the glasses. Something tangible, physical, you can do now we’re saying, okay, well, you don’t need to take drugs. Maybe you can just change your diet. And understanding that there’s a natural something in your gut that actually would do the job that the drug is trying to fake would actually be a great choice. Because you say, well, do you want to take this drug, especially in America where it costs $980 or whatever, or do you want to buy a pomegranate?
Which do you think is the choice that is going to move you more towards being more spiritual? Injecting yourself with this petrochemical toxin drug that mimics nature or eating a pomegranate? What is a better choice? And isn’t it wonderful that we have a choice? So we’re starting to move up through the scale of what can we do to kind of help ourselves or others to make better, more spiritual choices. Now, again, my goal here isn’t to upset people. My goal is to inform people. So I’m going to share a slide with you across the bottom here. We’ve got the various body kind of calibration. So we’ve got underweight, a BMI of less than 18.5. We’ve got normal weight, overweight, obese, and extremely obese. Okay, so if you just ask of the whole population, what is the level of spirituality of that demographic? So if you say, what is the level of spirituality of people that are significantly underweight? Not. Not just a little bit underweight, but significantly underweight. And look, what I mean here is significantly underweight by choice. I don’t mean they’re starving in a desert somewhere. I don’t mean that they’re locked, you know, illegally incarcerated and they can’t get access to food. I’m talking about the people that have a choice but are by their choices, significantly underweight. What is their level of spirituality? Well, you probably expect me to. Let me put it on the screen so you can see it.
Yeah, it’s there. So you probably expect me to press a button and the graph will pop up. But the graph is already there. The level of spirituality is someone that is by choice underweight is zero.
The level of spirituality of someone that is normal weight is that green bar that I’m showing now deliberately not put a number on this. It is a percentage where you’re saying compare. This is the average for all people across the whole planet who are normal weight. So it’s quite low. But within that, it’s buoyed up by the fact that the people that are most spiritual are normal weight. Okay, what about people that are overweight, then so by comparison they’re just about 50% or less spiritual. This is across the whole planet. So if you say the question is what is the level of spirituality of that group across the whole planet? So it’s the average and it’s about half or less than that of people that are on weight, that are the right weight. And then if you ask the question, okay, so what about people that are into the realms of obesity?
So it’s about 1 6.
So what about the extremely obese people? What’s their, as a population? What’s their level of spirituality? And it’s zero. So this is quite fascinating.
And again, take my friend for example. When he went heavily into the over, you know, extremely obese, or he was certainly in the obese range, he came back, okay, and he is actually quite a spiritual person. So what’s happening when someone shifts from overweight to obese? What’s going on? Let us understand that, because in understanding that, we all understand the solution for someone, say he was in the green to then make their way towards obesity. It’s because fear has taken over, which means ego has taken over, which means that they’re no longer listening to soul and spirit, so they’re not receiving guidance. And oddly enough, if you are normally in touch with your soul and your spirit, I don’t mean two way communication, I mean you’re receptive to them. They will guide you if you’re starting to eat too much or you’re making unhealthy life choices, or you’ve got an attitude inside you that’s starting to turn you into, you know, like building up negativity or anger or frustration. They will be telling you, they’ll be trying to guide you to stop that, that to address it and to get back on tracks, okay? So it’s not that you’re left alone, it’s that you’re not listening to the guidance. So you could imagine that as someone is going more and more outside of what is healthy and normal, that they are becoming less spiritual because they’re demonstrating that they’re not listening to their higher self. And that ultimately means they’re not receptive to their higher self and therefore not receptive to God. And the same, it’s both ends. So, you know, it wasn’t saying just extremely obese people, people who are by choice, remember this is the key word, by choice, who are deliberately underweight.
It’s a similar but different problem. It comes back to ego, it comes back to infatuation with self. Too much paying Attention to self. And that leads to a lot of the eating disorders and stuff that would lead to this. Now, I’m not attacking the person, I want to help them, but telling them they’re all right isn’t going to help them. Telling them they’re a victim of genetics isn’t going to help them. Telling them it’s someone else’s problem isn’t going to help them. Trying to do the change for them isn’t going to help them. The only thing that’s going to help them is to, number one, stop being a victim. You have done this to yourself. You have to acknowledge that once you can acknowledge that it was your choices, then you’re also, and this is really important, you are now acknowledging that you can make different choices. So you’re acknowledging that you have the power to change this situation. Therefore, now we can talk about what changes can you make. Whether it’s cutting down on certain things, introducing certain things. In other words, you want to help someone, you need to empower them. And the only way you can empower them isn’t by pushing, is by getting them to recognize that they were always in control. And it’s their choices that have got them here. And it’s their choices that will get them out. And now you can walk on that journey with them. Right, well, let’s. Can I help you make better choices?
Much better than say, I will help you. Because if they ask for help, they’ll value it. If they didn’t ask for help, they’ll resent it. It’s as simple as that. Okay, it’s as simple as that. Sorry, I’ve been looking at the wrong camera.
And this is, you know, we talk about if we want to really help people, we have to be founded in truth and that, you know, I’ve got the signed truth behind me.
You want to empower someone, you have to. Well, you don’t have to do anything. But they can’t be empowered until they’ve made the connection that it’s their choices that got them there. And they have the choices that can get them out of this mess. If they so wish. If they so wish. So what else? I want to go back to the chat because someone said something quite a bit earlier on and they said hen 74 said there was a study done on monks years ago saying that the perfect amount of kilocalories was 800 to a thousand. Lots of nutrition, epidemiological studies, it’s so complex, but as we age, calorie reduction is so positive. Yeah. And there’s studies in animals that if you under feed animals by about 20%, they live something like 40% longer. So a dog that, basically a dog that’s always hungry will live a lot longer than a dog that’s satiated, you know, that kind of thing. And I thought that was really good timing because one of the slides I wanted to show you is this picture on the right is the doorway to the canteen in a monastery. So this is the door at the Al Kabaka monastery in Portugal. And it has. It’s one of the narrowest doors in the world. It’s 32cm wide. So it’s just over a foot, literally not even 13 inches wide. And it was narrowed in the past so that the monks who became too fat could not enter the dining room and were forced to fast and lose weight.
Now why I’m laughing, but why the monks? Let’s do the maths. Let’s do the mental gymnastics here. Monks are pursuing spirituality. They want to be closer to God. It was recognized even then. When was it? It doesn’t say, but hundreds or thousands, long time ago. Basically that if you want to get closer to God, if you want to be more spiritual, then you have to not overindulge if you’re fat. It’s not the fat that’s the problem. It’s what does the fat symbolize? What does the fat symbolize? It symbolizes that you have over indulged in the flesh. You have over indulged. Indulged in desire, you have overindulged in emotion. You’ve eaten to feel good.
So you’ve demonstrated that what’s important to you is feeling good, which is not the same thing as being spiritual because you can’t really satiate feelings. Feelings, all feelings, even the good ones, are actually quite low vibrational. We’ve talked about this before. So if you’re driven by feelings, it’s animalistic. It’s not. Not higher human, it’s animalistic.
But even an animal knows when to stop eating, you know, so, you know, I thought it was quite good synchronicity that you brought up about the monks now in the Bible. And again, why would I reference the Bible? We’re not being religious here. We’re just looking at wisdom from ancient times that’s orientated towards being more spiritual. But there are some good references as to why it is important from a spiritual point of view. And at the end of this, there is a point that can help us. So Romans 12:1. And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to Give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice, the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him.
So the flip side of that is if you abuse your body, taking it to extremes, either too thin, too far, then you are doing the opposite of worshipping God. Now, I don’t mean religious God. I mean the source of all that is good, the source of you. And so what’s the opposite of to worship?
It’s not good. Okay, so it’s recognizing how you treat your body, which is the gift you’ve been given, is you symbolically demonstrating how much you value God. Okay?
Corinthians 6, 19, 20. Don’t you realize that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and was given to you by God? You do not belong to yourself, for God bought you with a high price. So you must honor God with your body. Remember what I said. You do you. When people say you do you, it’s your body. You do what you want with it. That’s the devil speaking, speaking through them, speaking from them, speaking because they are.
But it’s not truth, it’s not highest truth, it’s not spiritual.
So what this is saying is, remember the Holy Spirit, the Spirit that guides you, is within you. It’s a gift from God, you know, and it loves you so much, it will even guide you when you are abusing your body.
Galatians 5, 22, 23.
But the fruit of the Spirit, of love, joy, peace. Sorry, but the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self control.
I’ve underlined self control.
Yesterday I met with a good friend and we had a few biscuits. Someone had got back from holiday and he’d been given this gift of these nice biscuits. And when I was having them, I thought I really shouldn’t have any more. I had one or two too many.
When I woke up this morning, I decided because I didn’t feel quite right in myself, I. It wasn’t guilt, but I knew that I’d overindulged in nice things the day before.
So I decided I want to rebalance and put things right. So I finished eating about 9 o’clock last night. It was a bit late, but.
And I didn’t eat again until 7:30 this evening. So I can’t. I can’t do the maths right now. 20, 22 hours, 21 and a half hours or something like that because I knew that fasting would help clear out the toxins and rebalance my body and show respect to my body for having overindulged the day before. This is demonstrating self control. Now, I’ve fasted much longer than that, so I know that a day faster or less than 24 hours is not a big deal. But to some people, that would be impossible. And it’s not because it’s impossible. It’s because they haven’t exercised self control. And what this statement Here, this Galatians 5:22 23 is saying is that self control comes from being engaged with your spirit. So if you are spiritual, you have more self control. If you want to be more spiritual, demonstrate self control. And there’s a real nice little thing I’m going to share with you.
Those closest to Jesus were called. Well, those that followed him closely were called disciples.
The word disciple is derived from discipline, and discipline is a synonym, if you like, of self control. So if you can demonstrate that you have discipline over what you eat, you are demonstrating self control. You are demonstrating the qualities of God, what comes from your spirit. So that’s pretty amazing and inspiring. Corinthians 10:31. So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. Remember, we’re gonna. I’m gonna share something with you that will be helpful, but that one really speaks to what I’m gonna share with you. And then I’ll this last one. Philippi, Philippians 4:13. I can do all things through him who strengthens me. So those last two, whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God, and I can do all things through him who strengthens me. That’s referring to Jesus.
Jesus is God. So there’s so much more I could share with you guys, but I’m well aware of the time, so I’m going to draw it to an end shortly. But I wanted to leave you with this.
We know that it’s about us. We know that it’s about the choices we make. It’s about remembering that we’re not a victim, that we have made choices. And we may well be responsible, responsible for the mess, but we’re also responsible for the solution.
And if we are open, spiritually awake, then we have never been alone. Maybe we’ve just forgotten.
So Jesus is the one that gives you strength when you do not have enough strength, your own.
Jesus was the one who evoked the discipleship, the discipline, the self control in those around him. He raised the bar. He showed them the way.
And the way does require Discipline. But the rewards are the fruit of the spirit. So how can we use this in everyday life?
When we sit down to eat, when we prepare our meal, imagine that we are. That Jesus is in the kitchen with us as we’re choosing what we’re going to eat. Jesus is in the supermarket when we’re pushing a trolley along, do we really need those crisps? Do we really need that sugary drink? Do we really need that much food?
So Jesus is with you when you shop, Jesus is with you when you cook, Jesus is with you when you reach for the phone to order that takeaway, do you need that much? Is what you’re going to order?
Going back to what was shared going to be a demonstration of you showing God that you’re grateful for the body that you’ve been given. So if you feel like, I can’t do this, I don’t have what it takes, well, you’re not alone. So imagine, because it’s more than just imagination. But then have Jesus with you when you’re shopping, have Jesus with you when you’re cooking, have Jesus with you when you’re eating.
And remember, you have a higher self. So say to your higher self, please help me realise when I’ve eaten enough, have the intention that I want to stop when I’ve had enough, I don’t want to eat as much, or phrase it more positively, I will eat less.
So I know, look, we touched on some pretty big stuff and it would be easy to say, look, is Mark picking on fat people?
Is Mark picking on obese people? No, absolutely not. What Mark is trying to do is help them. And there is, as I’ve shown you, there’s a direct correlation between the how someone’s body is in their level of spirituality. So whether I’m helping them to lose weight, motivating them, or giving them tools to help them move in the right direction with their weight, it’s also moving them in the right direction spiritually, as you can see, and vice versa. If I’m helping them spiritually, maybe it will give them the strength, the fortitude, the internal resources, the comfort from within so that they don’t need to get it from their plate to make those changes so that they can start to move in the right direction. Because the bottom line is it all comes back to the way, the spiritual way is that every choice you make matters. And every choice is either moving you closer to God or away from God. And that includes what you put in your mouth or what you choose to inject in your body or pop in terms of pills. And as I’ve demonstrated, nature has already given you the answer. Eat pomegranates, drink pomegranate juice. Save your money, save your soul.
And on that note, look, there’s, there’s much more that we could cover on this topic, but I think that’s enough for now. And I’m really grateful for those of you that have joined me this far in this little episode. And wherever you are, God bless. Keep making good choices. And that includes what you buy in the shops. Because the one last thought I’ll leave you with is a good diet doesn’t start in the kitchen, it starts in the shop. If you don’t buy junk, then you haven’t got junk to eat.
God bless everyone.

00:09:54 The podcast on Ozempic starts

Welcoming all the viewers and you right now! We briefly take a trip back to the topic of grief and love from episode 48. I share an important realisation about the nature of love which can help people overcome grief.

00:14:30 A Picture of a Pitcher

In reference to the episode 47 where we discuss using copper to make water more positive and .

00:15:40 The Topic of Ozempic

We start off with the question from a member of the public asking about people taking Ozempic for weightloss.

I start by introducing what Ozempic is and how it works. How it mimics the GLP-1 hormone. I also share the financial stats showing how much money ($38.6 billion) it’s worth in sales and how much the price is hiked to make profit! Did you know that Ozempic is also known as Rybelsus and Wegovy. Ozempic was the #1 drug in the USA in 2023 and is made by Novo Nordisk. “Always Follow the Money!“.

00:27:10 What are the Side Effects of Ozempic (Semaglutide)?

I go through the (long) list of side effects associated with Ozempic including the potential for thyroid cancer and kidney damage! Every single drug has side-effects, but is Ozempic very risky?

00:31:10 So what is Obesity and is it unhealthy?

I share the NHS information about Obesity and it’s causes. Ultimately despite genetics and environmental reasons, the fundamental reason is more calories coming in than calories burnt. We talk about how nutrigenomics show that even if you have genes that predispose you to a problem the genes are automatically expressed. It requires environmental or dietary trigger. So what you eat is often what causes the genetic things to be activated. A doctor in the chat also contributes to our understanding.

So the risks to a person who is obese are great and include diabetes, heart disease, asthma, low fertility, liver disease and so on. The point being that being obese is very bad for your health and perhaps the most telling statistic is that being obese reduces life expectancy by 3 to 10 years! So we definitely want to help people to overcome this health challenge? The doctor in the chat says that the #1 cause of cancer is obesity now!

00:40:25 Obesity in Children is on the Rise!

Staggeringly I explain that obesity in children has risen from about 4% to 25% since 1966 to 2016. The current figure is likely even higher. So conservatively 1 in 4 children is OBESE! – Is this child abuse? This growing problem translates into the increase in this anti-fat drug!

00:43:45 Ozempic for Weightloss is “A Pill for an Ill”? Thanks Rockefeller!

We have established that many people are taking Ozempic for weightloss. So why are people taking pills for their ills. I drop a big truth bomb that we’ve all been indoctrinated into a medical system that was created by Rockefeller to profit from your disease. Not to help you heal. The Rockefeller medical monopoly pushes “Germ Theory” as the only model for medicine. Is Bill Gates a modern day version of Rockefeller… a fake philanthropist pushing an agenda to control medicine in order to achieve a dark goal?

00:52:15 Let’s Take it Up a Notch: A Spiritual Perspective

I share some excerpts from Louise Hay’s great book “You Can Heal Your Life“, and I also remind us that in Spiritual Life Explained: The Wake-up Call, that a lot of dis-ease is actually feedback. From Louise Hay we learn that the root of being overweight is “FEAR” and I take this to a higher spiritual level, explaining the truth about where fear comes from and what you can do about it. We discuss the emotions behind having an excess of body fat and again what you can do about it. This goes beyond genetics and is a deeper understanding of the issue of weight gain.

Why taking Ozempic, or going on a diet is not addressing the REAL problem, it’s addressing the symptoms. This is why so many people fail to lose weight and even if they do, they are still unhappy.

01:02:00 A Question about (Peri) Menopause & Weight Gain

We briefly go off-topic to talk about weight gain during menopause or perimenopause.

01:05:05 The Spiritual Lows of “Taking a Pill”

I take things right back to the basics of thought, energy, and matter to reveal that taking a pill is actually an act of negativity towards yourself. Shocking but I explain why! What about other pharmaceutical products, whether injected or orally taken? I explain it using the metaphor of a garden.

01:13:40 Bad Actors Promoting a Dark Ideology

There are people who are actually supporting the obesity problem state, even though they may think they are doing good, they are actually contributing to killing people. I refer to these as “Bad Actors” and share videos of examples of such social architects and social influencers who are promoting a satanic “You do you, fat is healthy” message. We also touch on the evil of “Feeders” and is childhood obesity the result of child abuse.

I share a personal story of helping a friend who had become obese. Kindness isn’t supporting the problem attitude, it is supporting the solution attitude. Speaking truth is kindness, compassion, and love.

01:20:00 The Satanic Mindset “You do You”

I talk a bit about the mindset of putting desires (for example excess consumption of food), which is often voiced as “you be you”, “you do you”, etc. I explain how this is the opposite of spirituality and is rooted in ego. It is the proverbial voice of the devil. Satan’s message to keep you trapped and distracted from truth. So many well-intentioned influencers are speaking “satanic” words, perhaps inadvertently. I explain how this is a big spiritual red flag.

01:27:49 GOOD NEWS What can you do about Being Over Weight?

I touch on Blue Light and it’s link to obesity, so filtering out blue light may be something basic that people can do to help. But the goal has to be something positive. But I explain the taking drugs trap and offer a better natural choice.

01:34:06 Correlation between level of spirituality and BMI

I reveal the shocking truth that people who BY THEIR CHOICES are either extremely overweight or underweight are not spiritual. I explain why and what can be done about it. Why do people shift from normal to obese? What’s going on spiritually? Really importantly, I talk about the process of empowering real lasting positive change.

Why truth is so important.

01:40:38 Monks, Calorie Reduction, and the importance of Self-Control/Fasting

We look at what we can learn from historical spiritual characters and references. Have you seen the monastery door that’s only 32cm wide! Only thin monks could get into the canteen! What does fat symbolise spiritually? It’s over-indulgence in desire and feelings. It’s hedonism. So what does the bible have to say, though we’re not religiously focused, there is good wisdom here.
