Energy Meditation on Inner Light and Sound, What is it Exactly?

Hello, I am Mark a light and sound meditation teacher with many years experience meditating and teaching meditation. In the video below (2016) I provide an overview of inner light and sound energy meditation as understood at that time. You may also have heard of it as “spiritual” or “higher” light and sound energy too. Firstly, this video provides a good introductory overview on light and sound energy. Secondly it talks about popular concepts like the astral, mental, etheric and physical planes.

What is energy meditation on light and sound?

The video above was filmed on 2nd June 2016 and was based on my knowledge at that time. This came from both my direct experience and also from what I had learnt from previous meditation teachers.

However my understanding of light and sound energy meditation has deepened and evolved over time. Consequently you will find even more information throughout this website. This new information began to arrive when I started channelling the books including “Guidance for the Seeker of TRUTH”.

By 2018 I had discovered much more refined information about light and sound and how to meditate upon it. Much of this new information is available in book 3. Although our understanding is now much deeper much of the information within this video is still of value. Importantly this video provides a good foundation for anyone considering advancing to energy meditation. My Spiritual Journey on Light and Sound Energy

My personal experience is that I was initiated into light and sound energy in 1998. I had already meditated for about 16 years with early memories of meditating aged about 7 years. By the time of filming the video above I had done over 10,000 hours of energy meditation. I had also began revealing light and sound energy to students in a process some call “initiation“.

A Brief History of Light and Sound Meditation

The spiritual light has always existed. However it is only in humanity’s recent spiritual evolution that we have had the potential to access it. Lord Krishna was one of the first spiritual teachers and later on came Quan Yin. Both of whom are now what some people refer to as ascended masters, or inner teachers.

How Spiritual Light Different to other forms of Light meditation?

Several thousand years later there are now about 65 groups on the planet claiming to teach “light and sound meditation“. Understandably it can be confusing for a seeker of truth to know what to make of the variety of choice. Naturally there are many questions including:

• “Are all light and sound meditation teachers revealing spiritual light or are some revealing lower forms of inner light?”
• “Why do some groups claim that initiation is possible without touch while others say it must be done through touch in the same way that Lord Krishna and Quan Yin first did it?“

Our goal is to educate, to shine a metaphoric light on the subject and to spark your interest.
