Episode synopsis TL;DR:

Join me on a journey to discover the truth behind the harm secrets can do, the story of Noah and Ham. Plus I answer a question about the role of A.I. in the spiritual awakening of the planet… (I drop a harsh ‘truth bomb’ on discussing if a planet can spiritually awaken)

Episode transcript:

[00:00:06] Hello, this is Mark. And what you’re about to listen to is the live show that was recorded on the 1st of May, 2025. And this one, I got to be honest, I really enjoyed this whole live show. And we covered. Well, we started off talking about secrets, and then I shared the reason why Noah fell out with his youngest son. And then we also looked at why it is that AI probably has no real place in helping people to spiritually awaken. And then before I answered quite a few questions from the chat, I also, as I have done every week now in season two, is read some of the book and the content in there is really starting to move on now into kind of much more spiritual realms, which is really, really good. But what was lovely about this episode is that there was. It was almost synchronicity in action because towards the end, I kind of sum everything up and we can see how all the different topics, although they may seem quite broad and spread out, actually there was like a thread running through all of them. So it kind of tied everything together nicely at the end. So as ever, join me as we listen again to the live show from last Thursday.

[00:01:33] Good evening. This is Mark from The Way Back Group, and this is episode 56 of Discussing Spirituality, the live show. And we’ve got quite a….

[00:01:45] How can I put it on the surface? One of the questions we’re going to be addressing tonight seemed quite simple. But as I dove drove dove deeper into it, I realized this actually comes up so much in everyday . And I’ve been almost laughing because, well, all will be revealed. But what I’m talking about is secrets and how much they can play a part in everyday life and actually how perhaps we’re not even paying attention to a lot of the ways that we’re interacting with people. So I think this one’s going to ring true for a lot of different people, no matter where you are in your journey. And it’s certainly given me thought for consideration and pause and reflecting on my own kind of attitude and way of being around this topic. So hopefully it will also resonate for you and maybe shed shed light, which is what we’re here to do. We’re here to. Where’s the sign? There’s a sign behind me, behind me. It says truth to shed light on truth. And so as ever, if that sounds like your cup of tea, then here we are. And let’s, let’s dive into it. So, you know, the main topic for today is going to be, well, there’s actually two main topics and then we’re also going to be looking at some other stuff. So killer secrets and AI versus is what the thumbnail for the artwork for this show shows us. And let’s just very quickly have a look at what we’re going to be looking at. So diving deeper, we’re looking at toxic secrets followed by should AI be used for spiritual stuff? Now, I know we’ve touched a bit on AI in the past, and I don’t. I have no desire for this to become the AI show, but I actually got asked a very good question by someone who has asked to remain anonymous, so I will totally respect that.

[00:03:40] But the question’s relevant to spirituality specifically, rather than just AI in general. And so I think definitely deserves looking into a little bit more. And I’m going to be raising some new stuff that we haven’t talked about to do with AI there. And then we’re going to go back to the book. So every week I’ve been reading, this is season two, so I’m reading from the book. And that gives us a kind of a structured way to understand things, really. Actually, it’s now that we’re into the kind of the third week, fourth week of doing this, we’re going to start getting into some more meaty spiritual content.

[00:04:17] And someone’s just saying that the sound doesn’t seem great. So if anyone in the chat could just confirm, only if there’s confirm if it’s good for you or if there’s a problem, please. But I will carry on and I appreciate the feedback. I’ve got some loyal followers who are happy to let me know. So I’m looking at a chat thread over here, and it seems like some people are experiencing problems, but not everyone. So it might just be network and bandwidth issues there. It happens.

[00:04:50] And then the last bit will be questions from the chat, given time. And the reason why I do this last is so that anything that comes up while we’re doing this live show, you’ve got an opportunity to put a question in the chat and just put question mark, question mark, question mark at the start, and that way it will stand out as a question that I’ll pick up at the end. So a few people are saying it sounds okay. So we will press on with the live show, and that means we’re going to be looking at toxic secrets. So this was actually a question that was asked in season one, towards the end of season one, but unfortunately we never got around to answering it. But good questions stand the test of time. And so Ms. L asks, Can Keeping a strong secret be detrimental to your , causing dis ease. And if you withhold such a secret until your death, then God may not look favorably upon you, but may not judge you. You question mark? Thank you. So that’s quite a long question and so what I’ve and it looks like sound issues have been resolved everywhere. So that’s great. So what I like to do with a quite a wordy question is to see if it break it up into smaller questions so that we can look at each one in turn. So this is how I’ve interpreted that particular set of questions and I apologize if I haven’t quite grasped. Right. But this was my understanding of what was being asked. So part one, can keeping a strong secret be detrimental to your health, causing dis ease?

[00:06:28] Part two, if you keep such a secret until your death, then are you spared bad judgment? Are you spared bad judgment by God? In other words, okay, you didn’t tell anyone, therefore that’s okay. And then part three, if you tell that secret to others, does God does God judge you more harshly?

[00:06:49] And so that’s like same scenario but you didn’t keep it a secret and maybe that has a worse outcome.

[00:06:57] So yeah, fascinating stuff. And it kind of got my interest and I started to look into it a bit more. So, so this is going to be a very simple kind of. I’m going to play out a few scenarios here using these two characters on the screen. And look, as ever, if you’re listening again on the podcast, then don’t worry, all the relevant screenshots will be in the actual write up and there’ll be a link wherever you are, Spotify or Apple or wherever. Just go to the description, follow the link and you’ll get all the artwork. And sometimes like last week, there’s bonus artwork where I elaborate on things that maybe I couldn’t describe well enough in the show. For example, creating graphs and things. So sometimes the podcast is actually giving you more.

[00:07:43] So we’ve got two smiley faces, red one on left, one on the right. So the one on the left says, I know something about Ms. Or Mrs. X, that’s a secret.

[00:07:56] The one on the right says, go on, tell me.

[00:08:00] I’m not sure I should, says the one on the left. I promise I won’t tell anyone, says the one on the right. Now this is how things normally play out. I think we’ve all been there. Someone comes up to you and they say, I know something, go on, tell me. Well, I’m not sure I can or should, you know, oh go on. I promise I won’t tell anyone. You know, it’s very schoolyard stuff but actually I had to laugh because I found myself in this situation today. And so yeah, it is actually a part of life. So let’s look at it from a spiritual point of view.

[00:08:34] That’s one way of it playing out. But what if we introduce a more spiritual person into that mix? So we’ve got the person on the left and now we’ve got a higher vibration person, a more spiritual person, a more awake person on the right. So this is kind of perhaps a more ideal way of the interaction going. So the person on the left says I know something about Mrs. X, that’s a secret.

[00:09:01] Person on the right, the spiritual person says I don’t want to know, it’s not my business. Person on the left says go on, it’s really juicy.

[00:09:11] The person on the right, the spiritual person says no thanks.

[00:09:15] So again look, I’ve deliberately done this cartoon like very simple and the goal isn’t to trivialize or patronize the situation. We’re all grown ups here but, but I’m trying to break it down into what’s actually going on so that we can answer the question. So if we were to change the words to reveal more of the kind of underlying intentions, then this is what we have. So the person on the left would say I’ve done wrong and I know something as a result I should not. So let me start again. I’ve done wrong and know something I should not about others showing off.

[00:09:57] That’s what they’re really saying when they come to you and say hey I’ve got a juicy bit of gossip or I found something out, It’s a secret. Nine times out of 10 what they’re really saying is I’m showing off because I know something I shouldn’t. And therefore the wrongdoing is either how they got the information or the fact that they are willing to share it when they know they should not. Either way, what they’re actually telling you by their actions is that they are doing wrong and that they are coming from ego because that’s where the desire to show off comes from.

[00:10:30] So the spiritual person by saying no thanks or I’m not interested, it’s not my business, would actually in reality is saying I do not want to be burdened, I. E. I don’t want to have the burden of knowing something I should not know, nor do I want to collude in your disrespect for others.

[00:10:48] The insistence of the person on the left, the, let’s say the person who’s got the secret, their insistence is actually saying, I’m negative and I want you to drop in vibration to my level too.

[00:11:03] And then if the spiritual person stands firm, then the kind of the ideal or how one way it could go is that what they’re really saying is, no, thanks, I don’t want you in my life. You will only disrespect me as you have done others. Because if you think about it, if someone is telling you a secret that someone has confided in them and they shouldn’t, you can’t trust that person because if you ever confide in them, they have already demonstrated they will not respect your secrecy, your privacy, etc. Now, I’m not talking about all kinds of secrets here. I think a little bit of discretion is needed. But now what we’re starting to do is to forget about the content. We’re looking at the motives. And the motives are that the person on the left, well, there’s multiple. It could be they feel they have power because they know something others don’t know. So that makes them special. So the desire to be special, the desire to wield power or to be seen to be powerful, this all comes from a dark place. This does not come from or humility. This comes from ego. Okay?

[00:12:18] There are also, well, there’s other facets. And I think we’re all intelligent, we can, we can probably figure it out. But what we’re starting to see is that what’s the motive in the first place for them wanting to tell you something?

[00:12:33] And then the spiritual side of it is realizing that information, information you shouldn’t know. And I don’t, I don’t mean uncovering deception from the government. I think we all should do that. I think that’s why I’ve got the sign the truth behind me, because it’s, it’s vital to seek the truth. But what I’m getting at is someone else’s business.

[00:12:58] You knowing something private about another person that you shouldn’t know doesn’t help reveal truth. It simply means that there’s a level of disrespect. Okay? So I do not want to be burdened, nor do I want to collude in your disrespect for others. And that’s really important. If you take, if you willingly accept, let’s call this a negative transaction, negative information.

[00:13:25] The information isn’t necessarily negative, but the fact that how it is being delivered is negative. If you accept that, you take on the burden. And then you’re also colluding. So you are rewarding the bad behavior of the secret sharer. And then really, if they insist or push further, then as I’ve said, they are actually engaging negatively with you and they will drop your vibration if you collude. So the highest spiritual kind of ground to stand on would be to say, it’s none of my business and I don’t want to know.

[00:13:59] You don’t have to say it in a confrontational way. You just say, no, I’d rather not know. It’s none of my business. I respect them. I respect their privacy. So, you know, I can live without this information.

[00:14:10] But also, really, it’s the wisdom, and we talk about wisdom quite often. The wisdom to know that someone who is disrespecting others is likely to disrespect us. You. Okay, So I think that’s quite a fascinating way of looking at it, kind of playing it out like this and looking at what’s beneath the actions and the responses.

[00:14:31] But let’s go back to the questions and I’m actually going to tackle the second two together. So just to remind us, if you keep such a secret until your death, then are you spared bad judgment by God if you tell that secret to others, does God judge you more harshly? Now, to answer that, I think we need to take a bit of a further step back and understand that as spiritual people, okay, everything comes down to choice. And we’re guided from within, from our , keeping things really simple to make good choices. And that raises us in vibration, making us more good. And when we make bad choices like colluding in gossip and secret, you know, secret sharing and stuff like that, then that drops our vibration.

[00:15:22] So the notion here that we’ll be judged by God and if we kept a secret, will we be judged less, less harshly than if we divulge the secret? I think we need to, at this point, step back and recognize that it’s not about the secret. It’s about you and the choices you’re making. So some secrets might be needed. Like you might be in a work situation and someone’s really struggling, and the only way they can talk to you for guidance is to tell you something that’s private or perhaps involves another person. And they say, look, this really, I don’t want this to get out. I don’t want it to go to hr. I don’t want anyone in the office to find out they’re entrusting you with information.

[00:16:10] If you abuse that trust, you’ve done Bad.

[00:16:14] So it wouldn’t be wise to say to someone who’s generally looking for help, no, don’t tell me, I don’t want to be burdened. That wouldn’t be compassionate. That wouldn’t be necessarily the highest or the best out the choice that would give the best outcome for everyone involved. But you could say something like, don’t tell me too much and don’t tell me anything that you don’t have to. Only tell me what I need to know about you. Not about others, but about you that I can help you with. Okay, so you can maybe set some boundaries that would be wise.

[00:16:46] Or you could say, look, if I shouldn’t know this, don’t tell me. But we can talk in general terms about things. In other words, you can preempt being burdened with something you shouldn’t know. So then once you’re told how you choose to move forwards with that, if you disrespect the trust, or if you use that information for your gain, then in simple terms, you’re not coming from your heart, you’re coming from your ego. You’re coming from the bad side of personalities and stuff like that. So God isn’t, if there is judgment, it’s not whether or not you held a secret, it’s what was the, what was the motivation for doing so.

[00:17:31] Was it pride?

[00:17:33] You know, if someone said, well, I’m going to tell you something that’s a secret and you, you swear to them I’ll take it to my grave. And you do, and you, and you feel pride. Well, pride is ego, so there’s nothing good about that.

[00:17:47] But if you do it because you respect them, then that’s different. So in other words, it’s not what you did, it’s what was in your heart. Was it pride or was it compassion and respect and things like this? So it’s not. So to answer the going back to the question, it’s not because you kept it, it’s it’s were you keeping it for the right reasons and did you demonstrate respect, which is one of . So we talk about humility, gratitude, respect, non judgment, compassion and unconditional love as qualities of character that you can demonstrate towards yourself and towards others and ultimately God or the biggest picture, the source, whatever you’re comfortable with, what phrase works for you, but that concept of that one everywhere. Okay, so the question would be, depending on your motives, that’s what’s going to be judged, not the actions or how it came out. And then obviously if you tell that secret to others, Does God judge you more harshly if you tell that secret to others? You’ve broken the trust and you’ve demonstrated untrustworthiness unless there was a positive reason for doing that. So again, it’s not a black and white. So this is where a lot of ancient books maybe aren’t so helpful because they say, well, if you. If you look at this or you eat this or you go there on this day, you’re in trouble. And it’s like, but what about the context? What about what was in your heart? What was. What about whether or not doing so was for the greater good? So it comes down to what is in your heart that is judged, not what did you do? There may be a reason why divulging a secret actually is for the greater good and only you will know. And that comes. It’s wonderful. We’re going to be reading the book later. And what the book’s building up to is understanding that relationship between inner guidance and how we live our lives.

[00:19:49] So it’s not black and white, but it is very much about what’s in your heart. Okay, so what about.

[00:20:03] Oh, yeah, I was going to. Actually, I was going to share.

[00:20:08] Although we’re not a religious show here, you know, we’re spiritual. A lot of people come from religious backgrounds, and there’s a lot of good wisdom and guidance in these old books as well. So I actually wanted to share something. Two stories with you. And the first one, before we get on to Matthew, I wanted to share this because sometimes when we’re talking about secrets and stuff, it’s nice to have a really graphic example. So I’m actually looking at Genesis, chapter 9, verse 18 to 27.

[00:20:46] You know, always makes me laugh when people say that. I wonder how many people actually know what’s coming. Like they’ve. They’ve read it and they know it so well. But it always sounds very formal, doesn’t it? So we’re looking at 18 to 27. So let me just find my place here.

[00:21:03] Okay, so this is the story of Noah. And there’s something really interesting in this story that’s pertinent to what we’ve just been discussing. So I’m just going to read this out to you.

[00:21:15] And then. And the sons of Noah that went forth of the ark were Shem, Ham, and Jaffet, and Japheth. And Ham is the father of Canaan.

[00:21:27] These are the three sons of Noah, and of them was the whole Earth overspread. So what this means is the descendants of these three sons populated the earth after. And this is after the flood, okay? And so they’ve. They’ve come out the ark, job’s done. And then I carry on. So on. Verse 20. And Noah began to be a husbandman, and he planted a vineyard, and he drank of the wine and was drunken, and he was uncovered within his tent. Now, in those three sentences is a lot. So basically, after the flood, he worked the land, he grew wine, and the end of the first harvest, he grew the grapes, made the wine, and got very, very drunk. And he basically fella, you know, as a drunken man, fell over in his tent, cloth over his head, naked to the world. A very undignified position to be found in. Okay? So he was basically nude and on display.

[00:22:40] And Ham, the father of Canaan, saw the nakedness of his father and told his two brethren without. Now again, one or two sentences, but reading, kind of reading deeper.

[00:22:52] So Ham goes in, sees his dad naked, rushes out, tells his two brothers, look, you got to come and check out dad. He’s got his. He’s all over the place, and he’s in a right old state. In other words, he didn’t show respect.

[00:23:05] Now, why is this relevant to what we’re talking about?

[00:23:08] His dad’s personal body and being covered and having respect is the secret.

[00:23:16] And Ham had been let in on that secret, literally, visually, graphically. He had, you know, rushed in and found his dad in a compromised position. Now, when someone has a secret, then it’s like power. And so he now has power over his dad. What does he do with it? He rushes out and ridicules his dad to his brothers, okay?

[00:23:41] And Shem and Jephth, who are the two brothers, took a garment and laid it upon both their shoulders and went backward. So they. Between them, they stretched a garment like a curtain and walked backwards into the tent so they couldn’t see past this curtain. And then they, as it says here, and they went backward and covered the nakedness of their father. And their faces were backward, and they saw not their father’s nakedness. In other words, they respected their father.

[00:24:15] They showed him due respect. And, you know, back in those days, sons and daughters had much more respect. You know, certainly that’s what’s portrayed here. And they didn’t.

[00:24:27] They didn’t look at him in his vulnerability, in his secrets on display. They didn’t take advantage, unlike Ham. Okay? And Noah awoke from his wine and knew what his younger son had done unto him. In other words, knew what Ham had done. And he said, curse be Canaan, a servant of Servants shall he be unto his brethren. Canaan is the son of Ham. So the father cursed his grandson because his son had shown him disrespect. And he said, basically, your.

[00:25:05] Your son, my grandson, will be a slave to all of our families.

[00:25:12] And he said, blessed be the Lord God of Shem, and Canaan shall be his servant. Or Canaan, God shall enlarge Japheth, and he shall dwell in the tents of Shem, and Canaan shall be his servant. In other words, to the two brothers who did the right thing, their nephew, his grandson, his Ham’s son, will not only be servant to all, but will be the servant to the two brothers who did the right thing, and they will be uplifted. As it says, when he says God shall enlarge Japheth, it means growing grandeur, growing status, growing goodness, you know, wealth, whatever, but basically be successful.

[00:25:59] So the point of that is that this is a. This is actually like a prophetic tale, if you like. Whether it happened or not, it’s saying how important it is to treat others with respect. And that when their secrets are on display, whether it’s through drunken vulnerability or a moment of weakness, or they confide and show trust to us, to you, the how you treat them is how you will be judged. And to say, cursed be my grandson, which is what Noah said, that shows you how serious he took it, that his trust had been abused by his own son and he made his grandson. And for all eternity that line of Canaan were to be slaves to the other families of his. Of his kin, basically. So that’s quite powerful story, really, and quite a graphic one as well. And so I think, hopefully that helps emphasize the importance of. It’s actually about the respect that we show others from a spiritual point of view in these times. Now, Matthew 12:33, 37 is quite a good read, and it talks very much about the.

[00:27:19] The broader topic of gossip and secrets and things like this. So make a tree good and its fruit will be good, or make a tree bad and its fruit will be bad. For a tree is recognized by its fruit.

[00:27:35] Now, the context of this is that the Pharisees were trying to find an excuse to arrest Jesus. And so they were making all kind of slanderous claims and trying to trap him and trick him and stuff. And so this is the response, you brood of vipers. How can you who are evil say anything good? For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.

[00:27:59] A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in him. And an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in him.

[00:28:12] But I tell you that everyone will have to give account on the Day of Judgment for every empty word they have spoken. And I’ve underlined for every empty word.

[00:28:24] For by your words you will be acquitted, and by your words you will be condemned.

[00:28:31] Now, summarizing all this together, I could. I could actually, this is one version I put on the screen, but the King James version, I actually think explains it a little bit better. So let me just find that 1233-37, either make a tree good and his fruit good, or else make the tree corrupt and his fruit corrupt. For the tree is known by his fruit. Now it’s referring his. What this is saying more precisely is that it’s goodness or corruption.

[00:29:16] So lying, hollow words, etc, are all forms of corruption.

[00:29:22] And then I’ll skip the viper bit. A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things. And an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things. But I say unto you that every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. For by thy words, thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned. So I just think that I prefer the wording on that one, and it’s quite interesting as well, just to compare the different kind of translations.

[00:29:57] So what it’s saying is that reiterating what I said, really, that it’s because of what’s in us and where we’re coming from that governs what comes out of our mouth. And so next time you’re in a conversation with someone and they come up to you and they want to do idle gossip or they want to, oh, did you hear about what happened? It’s not supposed to tell anyone, but see it for what it is.

[00:30:27] Is it fruit of goodness or is it fruit of corruption and evil that is coming out? And then what do you want to do about it? What choice do you want to make? Because I tell you, it’s not just what they’re saying is going to affect them.

[00:30:47] If you see bad fruit coming out of someone, in other words, if they’re demonstrating by their words not just the content, but by their choice that they want to get into speaking ill of others or lying or deception or secrets or gossip. If. If you see that they’re telling you that they’re not coming from their heart and that they might not even be a good person, therefore if you carry on, it’s like you’re literally picking fruit off that tree and eating it, and it will affect you. And that’s the truth of this. And when I had that kind of light bulb moment today, I’m like, wow. I started paying attention to some of the conversations I was having with people. And it’s like, yeah, normally I just idly go along to some extent. If someone says, oh, did you hear about this? I’m like, but now I’m like, actually, hang on, is this for the greater good? Is this good? And I found myself saying to someone, and I did it very respectfully and didn’t make a big thing out of it. And I said. They started saying something. I said, yeah, but that’s none of my business. And they just changed. You know, it didn’t. I don’t think it even registered, but it stopped.

[00:31:54] It stopped that process. And that’s like the fruit was right there. Do I pluck it or leave it? And that’s the choice you have. And so it’s quite good. You know, this question on the surface is quite a deep one, and I just wanted to touch on this as well. So are all secrets a problem?

[00:32:15] After Jesus had healed the shriveled man, the man had a shriveled hand in the. In the church, and Jesus healed him on the Sabbath. And the Pharisees were saying, oh, but you did work on the Sabbath, and that’s wrong. And they’re trying to find an excuse to persecute Jesus.

[00:32:32] He then went on his way and healed a load of people that day almost to prove a point. But he said to them, so he, Jesus, warned them not to tell others about him. And what that means, the context is he, Jesus warned them, the people he had healed on the Sabbath, not to tell others about him. In other words, there’s two things to this.

[00:32:55] It wasn’t out of fear, but he knew that there’s a time for things. So he didn’t necessarily want that information getting to the. The people who were against him at that time. But also, I mean, there would have been other reasons, but also what he’s demonstrating. What he demonstrated was that the was for them. It wasn’t for notoriety. It wasn’t. Don’t tell everyone what an amazing healer I am, and I’ve done this and go and spread the word. He said, no, I’m demonstrating this miracle to you.

[00:33:26] Keep it to yourself. It’s for you. In other words, in this case, it’s an act of humility as well as an act of compassion that he’s doing.

[00:33:37] But the point I make here is he asks them to keep it a secret. Do not tell others about him. Do not tell others about me. So are all secrets bad? No, it always comes down to context.

[00:33:52] What’s the motivation in the person who’s giving and the person receiving the secret?

[00:33:59] So let’s tackle the first part of the.

[00:34:06] Excuse me. The question, can keeping a strong secret be detrimental to your health, causing dis ease? And I like the fact that the question has dis ease because that’s something I talk about.

[00:34:20] So let’s go back to basics. And again, this is stuff that will be covered in the book when we get around to that part of the book. But basically, you’re always being guided. You’re being guided by your heart. And we can talk about soul and spirit, but keeping things simple, good choices are when you’re aligned with your heart.

[00:34:35] Bad choices are when you’re coming from ego, or you’re stuck in habits, or you’re on autopilot, or you’re actually becoming a bad person.

[00:34:44] So goes back to what’s the motive? And assuming that the motive for a secret was good. In other words, it’s not for power, it’s not for notoriety, it’s not for entertainment, it’s not to harm others. In other words, there was a good reason and it’s not going to do you any harm and you’re not going to agonize. Like, if a friend confides in me in their moment of need, they’ve told me something that’s a secret. The good news is they’ve confided in me and they trust me. Therefore, as long as I honor that trust, all is well. The problem is, if you know that the. If you know the secrets, a bad one, in other words, the roots of this secret are not good. They’re not founded in any greater good. They’re founded in ego.

[00:35:26] Then if you’re a good person and you’ve. You now have colluded, because that’s the truth, you’ve colluded with someone else who, in their wrongdoing, you have accepted a secret and now you are part of their wrongdoing and you are also doing wrong, then it can actually be detrimental. And let me explain, because it might not harm. They might not be harmed the first time, but if it becomes a pattern, like maybe the third or the fourth time or more so, once you’re awake to it. So we’ve had this discussion. If now you collude with people who are bringing forth bad, bad fruit, if you collude with them, then knowing in other words, knowing what you now know, then your higher self is going to go. But you knew better than that.

[00:36:15] You’ve watched episode 56, you’ve heard this. Why are you still doing this? So in other words, now the stakes are higher because you knew better and you’re still doing what is wrong.

[00:36:25] If you keep on doing it, your higher self will go, right, you’re not paying attention. I’m going to have to bring about some dis ease to get your attention. And it might not be an illness, it might be stubbing your toe, bashing your head, something in your life not working, whether it’s a computer or a phone logging into something, whatever it is, it will get your attention to say, metaphorically speaking, pay attention to what’s just manifested as a problem because it’s telling you what the problem is inside. In other words, you’ve got an attitude. That’s a problem. It’s holding you back spiritually, it’s stopping your growth. But you’re not paying attention to the guidance inside, which probably means you’re in ego or habits or patterns that are negative. So since you’re not paying attention inside, we’re going to bring this problem to your attention on the outside. Hence an accident, an injury and a dis ease, an illness. And the good news is as soon as you kind of go, ah, right, first step is recognizing it. Second step is joining the dots and understanding it. But that doesn’t change anything. It’s when you change, in other words, find a trivial example.

[00:37:43] You’ve stubbed your toe because you’ve had a thought that is negative.

[00:37:49] You realize, hang on a sec, I just stubbed my toe. What was I thinking? Oh yeah, I’d had that thought. Okay, right. So you’ve done part one, you’ve recognized part two, you’ve understood the connection. Part three, now you’ve got to stop having thoughts like that. If you just keep on having thoughts like that, then you didn’t learn your lesson. You may have now understood it, but it’s even worse because you knew what you’d done wrong, but you’re still doing it. So that’s kind of the three, three parts to it. So keeping a strong secret if you know you shouldn’t have had it in the first place will eat away at you and can bring about disease. But to be honest, if you go, I’m really sorry, I wish I hadn’t done that, I apologize to my higher self. I pray to Jesus and ask for forgiveness and I forgive myself and I want to move on and I won’t do it again, and you genuinely, sincerely change and then let it go, then actually you’ve benefited. You realize the mistake, you’ve moved on, and there doesn’t have to be any detrimental effect. And there won’t be any judgment because it’s like, well, what’s done is done, but you’ve actually come out of it a better person because you’ve realized the error of your ways. And that’s why it’s never about looking back and going, yeah, but that time you broke that promise and that time you gossiped and, yeah, what’s the old saying? Let him without sin cast the first stone. Yeah, we all have. What I’m interested in for you and for me is, okay, can we wake up to these mistakes and can now we learn to stop? And that’s why I did that, you know, the two smiley faces chat and showing what a good person could do to break the chain, to break that cycle.

[00:39:32] So, yeah, there we go.

[00:39:36] So can keeping a strong secret could be detrimental to your health if you haven’t learned the lesson and moved on.

[00:39:43] Talking of moving on, let’s move on to the next question. So this came about. I was having an email exchange with someone and they asked to be anonymous. So I’ll keep it anonymous, but I just wanted to pull out the. The pertinent part. So what they said is, dear Mark, I would. I would appreciate your views on AI and whether you think it might ever play a role in the spiritual awakening of this planet of ours. I asked this as so many people use this type of platform to seek answers to the deeper questions. , spirituality, and life after death. Now this. There’s something I’ve just picked up on, and it’s this bit where they say, spiritual awakening of this planet of ours. Okay. I’m gonna say I hadn’t even planned this. It just stuck out at me. So, as you know, I try. I try not to over script these live shows. I do do the slides to kind of navigate our way through them, but I don’t over script it. And that allows for this kind of moment of, aha.

[00:40:45] A bit of guidance coming in. I want to challenge this meme, if you like, of the idea that spiritual awakening of the planet, that’s.

[00:41:02] Let’s go to the main. Main window. Okay.

[00:41:06] That’s not based or founded in truth. The planet, which, if you take that in broad sense to mean everyone on it and the planet and the plants and animals and vegetables and minerals, the planet is not meant to spiritually awaken you are okay, not the planet. And I’ve talked about this before. There is a. In fact, on the last podcast, I’ll put a link. But there’s an image I did where I. I showed the actual distribution curve and it says, look, some people are very spiritual. Most people are just kind of neutral in the middle, good neutral. But at the other end, there is the antithesis of spirituality. They are never going to spiritually awaken. They are not going to be dragged up because everyone else is becoming more spiritual around them. They’re going to push harder in the opposite direction. Look at the world that we live in.

[00:42:02] The goal is not to spiritually awaken the planet. And I don’t know if that’s just a trope, a concept that gets written out. And I’m not judging the question writer. Maybe they didn’t think it through. But if that’s something people believe, it’s not founded in truth. At least that’s my experience as a spiritual, enlightened person. And again, you know, the Bible is a good point of reference.

[00:42:32] It talks about Jesus doesn’t say he’s here to save the planet. He says he’s here to save you. He is the way to your salvation. And the only person you are responsible for spiritually is you, if you’re a parent. On episode one of the live show, I talked about the responsibility of parents towards their children spiritually. So I’ll put a link in the description. Everything I mentioned, I’ll put links in the description in the next few days. But fundamentally it’s about you and why, because it’s all about your choices. So I just wanted to pick up on that because we could cross out that bit and say instead of spiritual waking of this planet of ours, no, not everyone’s going to spiritually awaken. Not everyone can spiritually awaken. And the planet will not spiritually awaken. It’s about the spirituality of the individual that, That I think needs to be said now could. AI. So, yeah, AI. And whether you think it might ever play a role in the spiritual awakening of an individual. If we change the question slightly so we can answer it. And I’ve. I’ve kind of bullet pointed out my. My thoughts on this and my. Not just thoughts, but what I know to be from the work I’ve done. Now there’s a bit of a.

[00:43:53] It’s like live show bingo. Will he mention Stonehenge documentary bingo? So the reason why it gets mentioned quite often is because there’s so much in it when we’re talking about things on higher dimensions and technology and stuff like that. So whenever we get onto the topic of AI, invariably I always reference the Stonehenge documentary. Now, in that documentary, I did allude to the fact that I’ve. I’m aware of a lot on higher dimensions. I’ve done a lot of work on higher dimensions and I’ve encountered stuff on higher dimensions. And a long while back in my journey, I realized that there was technology and AI. And so some of what we’re going to discuss now is based on my spiritual exploration. And therefore I can’t give you a paper or a book to back it up. I can’t point at something on the physical plane to back it up. But nevertheless, I share it here. And if it rings true for you, then perhaps there is truth. Okay, but let’s start at the top. So AI is, and this is more educational. So AI, first of all, understand AI is mainly regurgitation of the training set and therefore not new information. Rather it is collated information. So when you have an AI system like ChatGPT, for example, you train it. And what a lot of these companies are doing is they’re using the Internet and private resources and forums and things to train their AIs, and they’re training these large language models. Basically, the more you throw at the AI system, the more, well, the more information it can collate and be trained on. Now, therefore, there is never going to be anything new.

[00:45:39] Rather it’s just regurgitating what it was trained on. And I say mainly because there are some emerging AIs that can extrapolate and come up with ideas. And the arts ones can be creative, but they’re only ever regurgitating form and stuff that they’ve already learned. They can just extrapolate and evolve, but they can’t actually come up with new truth, they can just come up with new ideas.

[00:46:04] So, number two, because of it, because it’s trained on a data set, then AI is inherently biased. And you just have to, if you Google that one or prefer to use other search engines, then they’re biased.

[00:46:20] So you could, you could make a WOKE AI, or you could make a, you know, a right conservative AI, a liberal AI. You could make an LGBT AI. In other words, whatever you point at as a training set, it will be biased towards that. And also there was an interesting chat I had, which is one of the live shows where a guy called Nick had done a lot of research and he got an AI system to admit that it was programmed to avoid discussing certain topics, especially to do with Spirituality. So to answer the question, at the moment, AI is definitely trying to suppress spirituality in the mainstream. Okay? So understanding that it’s basically not coming up with anything new and it’s biased, that goes against spirituality, because spirituality is about discovery, in other words, revelation, new stuff. And. And it’s about neutrality and not being biased and find. Seeking the truth in neutrality. So that, again, is not what AI does. Next thing is more. We’re getting more spiritual now. So communicating with a computer is communic with fake awareness and inherently unspiritual, whereas talking to a human being is alive and inherently spiritual. So what am I talking about here when I’m. If I don’t use AI, but if I was, I’d be sat at a keyboard talking to a computer somewhere, that means that there’s only my soul and spirit involved in the process. Whereas if, when I’m talking to you, and whether we’re doing it remotely like this, or if we’re in a room together and we’re having a conversation and there’s my soul and spirit and your soul and spirit, and I’m alive and you’re alive. Whereas if I’m talking to a computer, then I’m alive and it’s dead. So from a spiritual point of view, in other words, spirits are involved, then talking to a human being is always preferential to talking to AI even if the information could be delivered quicker, faster, collated from a computer. In other words, AI is very good at summarizing stuff and explaining stuff.

[00:48:35] It’s not the same because there hasn’t been anything alive involved in that process. Okay, so that’s why I kind of bring that up and talk about it in terms of one’s alive and one’s dead. And what is alive is spiritual and what is dead is not. And the capacity for higher guidance from both parties means that if we’re having a conversation, right, so I’m talking to you right now, my higher self might be giving me words to tell you that you need to hear. And no amount of AI can anticipate or understand that, because my higher self and your higher self could be working together so that you say the right thing for me and I say the right thing for you. In other words, we can help each other because we both have a spirit and a soul. And so that is a spiritually rich exchange where. So if you think the classic from a meditative point of view would be the teacher, the student, the master, etc. And the student, no way I could replace that.

[00:49:41] Spirituality is about actual State not information alone. Therefore, overly focused on information satisfies the mind, not the spirit. AI and the interaction that people have with it is always going to be acquisition. It’s a mental activity.

[00:49:57] Spirituality is meant to be like the point of this live show. Okay, so I’m giving you information with the goal of then you go away and you use it to be more spiritual. The going away, taking it on board and becoming more spiritual is the key thing, not the information. The information is simply a stepping stone. Whereas when it comes to AI and the interaction with AI that is the sum of it, it’s an information system, nothing more. So again, the human interaction outperforms AI when it comes to spirituality. And that leads on to number five. So true human intelligence includes the capacity for inspiration, insight, gnosis, knowing beyond words.

[00:50:44] Okay, so artificial intelligence, as it says on the tin, is artificial, an artificial attempt to emulate intelligence.

[00:50:55] So it’s at best intelligent, but it can’t be intuitive, it can’t be inspirational, it can’t receive higher guidance or be guided by God or anything like that. In other words, it’s just as I said, an information system demonstrating basic intellect. And even if it was far advanced of intellectual, it’s only one facet of intellect. Whereas a human can have inspiration, insight, gnosis, in other words, we can be experience based. An AI system could tell you everything you need to know about riding a motorbike. But it will never know what it’s like to ride a motorbike. Whereas you could, you know, and we could talk about riding a horse or playing water polo or whatever it is.

[00:51:38] AI cannot go there. You can. Okay, number six, one more after this. If you are spiritually receptive, you will be guided to the information that is right for you.

[00:51:50] Right? The big assumption is that giving people access to information via an AI system, which will make it easier for them to get information, is in any way going to actually help them spiritually. But that requires them to sit down and ask a question. The AI can’t know what it is they really need to know. So it is only ever reacting to the question that they ask. And therefore whether they get the information they actually need will be based on whether or not they ask the right question.

[00:52:18] But if you are receptive to your heart, your soul, to your spirit, to higher guidance, let’s just say divine intervention, God, Jesus, then they might bring you to the right information. It might be you spot a book in a shop or someone says something, you’ll hear something on the radio because you are made to Be in the wrong right place at the right time and have the right idea.

[00:52:43] AI can’t do that. That requires you to be receptive and not coming from your head. Okay, so again, if someone is really seeking spirituality, AI is not going to be the right direction to go. It’s just an intellectual toy. And then finally, the origins of the idea for AI is from dark sources. And this is where I was talking about the Stonehenge documentary. AI has been purposely introduced as a further layer of distraction, deception, and control by dark forces to keep people from spirituality. And you need look no further than the example of the AI version of Jesus that was put in a church in Switzerland so that people could confess to an AI bot rather than sitting down and talking to another human being and having that soul spirit interaction. So when people seek the truth, ultimately the greatest place is to seek it from within. And AI is an external thing. And it’s like, look at me, look at me. I’m a shiny new toy. Takes you further from God, not closer to God. It takes you further from spirituality, not closer. It’s another layer of abstraction. And as I’ve said, it’s biased. It can be manipulated. And the.

[00:54:02] And again, this is not something I can prove, but what I know spiritually from the work I have done is that the origins of this technology is very, very dark. And it’s there to deliberately get in the way of your relationship between you and God. So to answer the question, I wouldn’t touch AI with a barge pole. And as those of you who’ve been following the show know, I make a point of all the work that I do is done human, you know, human intelligence, even if it takes me longer. All the artwork, all my articles, my videos, everything, the podcasts are all done by this, not by ChatGPT or anything else. And that’s just Jesse down there having a little drink of water. He’s been very well behaved tonight, just relaxing. So now if you bear with me, I would like to, we will go over and we will dive even deeper into the more spiritual stuff. I’d like to do something special with you. Now, someone once described this book as a living book. Every time they read it, they get something new from it. So what I’m going to do is we’re going to read a few pages together. So we are reading from this book, which is Spiritual Life Explained, the wake up call, the way back to God. And we’re now on chapter five, page 10, chapter five, resisting the idea of God.

[00:55:28] I know from my own experience that like most people who are resistant to the idea of God, it is rooted in some negative experience in the past, such as being forced to go to church as a child, an overbearing family member or partner forcing their upon you, people around you making fun of people who spoke from the heart, indoctrinated into anti God beliefs, or a general fear of ridicule from your peer group. There may be other reasons, but whatever the reason is, it means that most people who are strongly resistant to or have a strong reaction upon hearing the words God or Jesus are living according to a strong belief system and one that is most often grounded in fear. It is not necessarily their fault and they may not even be aware of it or understand the reason. It is just how they have been. It is just how they have learnt to react.

[00:56:22] Whether you can personally relate to this or not, I would like you to contemplate two simple things.

[00:56:30] Prejudice. Firstly, please listen to these three statements and notice how they make you feel, how you really and honestly react.

[00:56:43] Behind all that is good is God.

[00:56:49] God is what gives us life.

[00:56:53] God guides us.

[00:56:57] Now notice what changes in your reaction when we substitute the word God for something different.

[00:57:05] Behind all that is good is love.

[00:57:09] Love is what gives us life.

[00:57:12] Love guides us.

[00:57:19] Now this may seem like a bit of a wordplay fun, but if you reacted negatively to God compared to your reaction to love, then it demonstrates that you are responding according to conditioned beliefs. I’m going to pause here. So I said earlier that the spiritual way is having an inquiry from neutrality. And the purpose of that exercise was to say, speak the truth, so you know, all that is good comes from God. And then say it again. All that is good comes from love. And if people can accept the word love, but they react negatively to the word God, then it really does show that they’re not being neutral and that there is resistance.

[00:58:04] If you are without prejudice, forgive me, if you are without prejudice beliefs, then the response would be identical irrespective of the words used. Interesting proof. So secondly, do you realize that there is absolutely no physical proof for the existence of God, but there is absolutely no physical proof that God does not exist.

[00:58:30] And I love this because it’s, you know, it’s like the classic if someone comes and says, well, there’s no proof that God exists, you say, correct, and there’s no proof that God does not exist.

[00:58:44] I was watching something on TV and they were talking about Loch Ness and there’s a guy that’s lived on the loch for 20 years and he makes these little Nessie figurines and sells them to tourists. And that’s how he funds his time there in his research, looking for Loch Ness monster. And he handed one to the, the interviewer and, and he said, this is 100% genuine.

[00:59:06] You get your money back if you can prove I’m wrong. In other words, no one’s ever seen Loch Ness, so no one can refute the fact that what he’s creating is the Loch Ness monster in its likeness. And so quite made me, made me laugh. But it’s that whole thing of proof, the argument that there is no proof for God, although I would actually say that there is a lot of evidence.

[00:59:29] Equally, there is no proof against God.

[00:59:32] So therefore, coming from pure logic rather than prejudice, a rational, neutral and wise person would take the stance of I am open to the possibility that God exists and desire to know the truth by my own experience or words to that effect.

[00:59:47] How would you phrase it for you?

[00:59:50] Interestingly, being open to the possibility and desiring to know the truth based on personal experience rather than just accepting a belief one way or the other is a pretty good definition of being spiritual.

[01:00:04] And this is why I’ve said time and time again that this is not a belief journey, this is an experience based journey. We can talk about stuff and we’re talking about it now. You don’t need to believe anything I’m saying. But if you’re curious and you look into things through your own experience, putting into practice the things that we’re learning, then you can have experiences that can validate things in a way that transcend the need for words. And that was one of the things I referenced in the AI thing, is that we can know beyond words if we’re spiritual. In other words, what you experience cannot, even if you can’t articulate and put into words, cannot be taken away from you.

[01:00:51] In order to be rational and inquisitive, you need to be consciously present rather than habitual in your thinking. And also more receptive to the subtle and non physical, such as inspiration and intuition, which are amazing qualities for any person to develop, irrespective of the reason why. And again, these are words that we just talked about, the difference between AI and being a human being.

[01:01:14] So the good news is, hopefully you’re feeling really good about being a human being because it is actually a much higher order than AI and if in the mainstream they’re just touting AI as this amazing thing, but look at all of these qualities of being a human that AI just cannot come near or touch.

[01:01:34] So if Someone has a negative reaction to the word God, then it could indicate that they are not being logical, rational or neutral, but rather are strongly grounded in an anti God belief, which for a variety of reasons is most likely motivated by either fear or ego, ultimately derived from other people’s ideas. So just take a moment to digest that because remember this was channeled, I receive this and you know, so it’s like I can read it as well as someone like you. And this is speaking of the fact that people who are anti God are being religious. They’ve got a strong belief that’s irrational because remember there’s no proof that God doesn’t exist. They’ve got a strong belief that God doesn’t exist, but it’s irrational, it’s not proven and they’re clinging to that belief and that belief is what drives them. And that is any belief that is becomes the kind of foundation of their certainly when it comes to their relationship with God, whether it’s I’m dead against God or I deny God, that is a religion. In other words, it’s the same building blocks as any religion. It’s a strong belief that cannot be challenged rationally or irrationally. And it’s something they live by that they’re not willing to explore.

[01:02:59] So the irony is those people that say no, I don’t believe in God, religion is a load of rubbish, are being very religious about it, but we’re not here to bash people. The whole point of this chapter was to try and help people understand why they may have limiting beliefs. And all beliefs are fundamentally a limit, so how can we get past them, which is about being experiential, about being neutral and these qualities of being more spiritual.

[01:03:27] So I’ll just read on a little bit and then we’ll draw this to a close because I’m aware of the time.

[01:03:35] Chapter six from within the Stillness Even if this discussion does not relate to you directly, it is important to be able to have compassion and understanding of why some people may be strongly polarized in their opinions. And at least from me there is no judgment since I have been on both sides of the line.

[01:03:57] Having put truth first. Then the more recent podcasts I have produced tell of an unfolding exploration into the nature of our relationship with God and Jesus in a spiritual experience based, non religious and non belief oriented way. And remember, this was written a few years ago, but it’s still relevant. And those podcasts, I can put links to them.

[01:04:19] I started discovering truth from within the stillness of meditation. And though I reached the end of the meditation journey and now no longer meditate. The spiritual journey is still unfolding. How amazing is that? What I originally thought was the goal, enlightenment was just the means to discover something far greater. And I think we will pause for today. I’m just going to mark the spot so we can carry on next week and I will see you back over there. I hope you’re finding what we’ve discussed so far really useful. But I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for watching this live show and also for your support. If you haven’t already done so, remember to hit the like button, subscribe and importantly, share this with other people so that they can benefit too. The Way Back and all the work that I do is completely not for profit. And most of what I do I give away for free. The only exception being the books which are priced not for profit. And every single penny of the book sales goes towards supporting the Way Back and therefore supporting this show. So thank you for all that you do and all the support that you give. And let’s return to the live show and I’ll see you soon.

[01:05:33] And we’re now at the last part of the live show and we’re going to be looking at your questions in the chat and there are actually quite a few this week, so I’m going to dive straight in with username. What? Let me make the chat text a little bit bigger for you there. So on the screen you can perhaps see this a bit better. So I’m going to scroll down and we’re looking at this one first. So going back to Noah. Okay, Noah, but is that fair to curse the grandchild for what the son did?

[01:06:06] Good question.

[01:06:08] Okay, look, so as I said, story in the Bible and it was the Old Testament as well. And if you’ve ever read the Bible, you’ll notice that there’s a big difference between the stories in the Old Testament and what Jesus portrays as God, which is loving, kind, fear, justice, etc. Rather than wrath and fear. I said fear F A I R for the Jesus reference and fear for the Old Testament reference. So I’m not saying for one minute that it was right or it was good. And in the book that I. Well, the books, in one of the books I’m writing, I’ve got a whole chapter on Noah and looking at it from a spiritual point of view.

[01:06:54] And that’s. That’s interesting. So I’m not endorsing Noah nor criticizing it, but in the context of the book being a moral compass, what it’s saying is so forget about whether or not he was in the wrong to curse. He was saying that his son was very much in the wrong to take advantage of his vulnerability.

[01:07:21] And that was the take home from what we were discussing earlier. But, you know, good people don’t curse, period. They might pray to God for justice. They might say to that person, I don’t want you in my life anymore. But generally speaking, cursing is not a positive action. But again, we’ve got to also understand that there’s been probably a lot of translation migration. So the word curse may have been a close approximation to some other word. So I’m not going to go into that too much. But no, I’m not endorsing for one minute that he should have cursed the grandchild or anything like that. Basically, what he was saying is so bad is what you have done that I cannot forgive you. And I wish your entire line to, to suffer as a result. Again, not necessarily a nice thing, but it just shows how important being a, you know, being respectful of others is. So this question from Millie 2772, what about people who are told secrets as a part of their job? Therapists, psychologists, or voluntary work, eg. Samaritans. So I just, all I’ll do is I’ll reiterate. And with all the live shows, it’s probably worth when the podcast comes out. Listen to the podcast. Even if you watch the live show, sometimes when you just listen and don’t have the distraction of what you’re seeing. Although it’s lovely to have you joining us here, listening again and removing the visual, you’ll probably find that you pick out things you missed. One of the things I talked about earlier is not all secrets are negative and it’s about what’s in your heart for both people. So if someone comes to a therapist to get help and the therapist is offering that help, then there is nothing wrong with that whatsoever. The only wrong would be if the therapist then tells people they shouldn’t something that was shared in a private confidential session. Therapist, psychologist, et cetera. So nothing wrong with that. But again, if in your heart you’re going, oh, juicy secrets, tell me I might be able to use this against you in the future. Then you yourself, in receiving the secrets are actually in a bad place and therefore no good will come from it. Okay, so that’s the answer to that question. Melalee 2772 I hope that answers your question. Use name what as well the question the answer to Noah, hopefully that helped you as well. And then we’ve got this third question, which I’m just going to read now, I haven’t actually read it. So is there any risk to humanity from AI as shown in some movies, for example the Matrix or the Terminator?

[01:10:13] So the Matrix and the Terminator were both written by a lady who was ripped off by Hollywood and she said she was pretty much given this information from on high to warn people about the threat to technology. And then there’s also the kind of MK Ultra predictive programming side of things. So do the. Does Hollywood, the machine, the industry, make these movies to condition us to the future that they are shaping for us or just to make us live in fear of things that they know that are coming? Because, you know, there’s, there’s a lot of where Hollywood goes first, then reality follows, you know, generally speaking. So by time something is out in the mainstream, it’s. There’s, there’s one author I follow and he’s got a podcast and stuff, and I won’t name him at this stage. I have named Dr. In the past, but basically one of the things he says, one of the things his informer says, who’s on the inst in the American military? He laughs and he says, look, by the time Elon Musk is putting chips in people’s brains, it means that the military has already been doing it for about 50 years. They drip feed old technology into the public arena as if it’s something miraculous and new. And they use people like you know, these, these actors, you know, to be the disseminators of old technology. To us, it’s new. But a lot of this stuff’s been around a while, which, what I’m trying to say is that AI was probably already in use and developed for a long time before it dropped onto your and my radar.

[01:11:58] And so really, I think I’ve already explained that AI is a risk because it’s there to come between you and God. Now, the good news is, rather than going into the fear of that, the good news is I’ve just told you what the answer is. Get closer to God, get closer to Jesus. It’s simple. The greatest, the greatest act of rebellion that you could do against the machine, whatever that is, whether it’s Hollywood or the military industrial complex or the farmer or giants, whatever it is, whatever you perceive as the enemy at the door down here or up there, the greatest act of peaceful rebellion is to do the one thing they do not want you to do. And that is to be closer to Jesus and closer to God and to welcome Jesus and God into your life.

[01:12:50] That’s it. They can’t stop you.

[01:12:54] So who has the power?

[01:12:57] We do.

[01:12:59] That’s why I do this show.

[01:13:01] So, you know, good question. Because it brought this up. That’s it. And I’m not talking about religion. Look, it’s, it’s nice, it’s nice to reference this. And if you. I do this, you’ll see on the shelf behind me, I’ve got different translations. That’s a curiosity thing. My relationship with Jesus and God existed in me before I bought this book, before I had any of those other books. Okay, you don’t need, I mean, it’s helpful, but you don’t need to go to church. You don’t need to read the Bible. It’s. I’d, I’d advise that it might help, and that’s why I drop little nuggets in. But this discussion is loaded with spirituality.

[01:13:47] Don’t. So going back to previous things, avoid AI and speak to real human beings, people who are spiritual. And how can you tell? We’ll start to look at the fruit that comes out of their mouth. So now we’re going right back to the first question. So it’s lovely how all of these things come. It’s like a thread running through this show. All of these different topics are actually all related.

[01:14:10] So on that note, I think we’re at the end of the show and so all that remains is for me to wish you well and God bless you. Thank you for joining me and I’ll see you next week. And in the meantime, between now and then, the podcast will come out, all the links, all the artwork and everything else. And God bless you.

[01:14:32] Keep on making good choices.

So take this moment to just become a little bit stiller, more present, more neutral.

[01:15:25] Now, notice what you notice when I ask you this question.

[01:15:32] What in this particular episode has been most useful?

[01:15:39] Now, who in your life at this particular time would benefit the most from knowing this too? Maybe it’s one person, or maybe it’s more than one, but because sharing is caring, it’s really nice to know that you can actually share this show with them and therefore help them.
