Pope Francis – Episode synopsis TL;DR:

We explore some of the more strange actions of Pope Francis, revealing important numerology around key dates and take a critical thinking look at the motivation for some of his deeds and actions. Was he a good pope or was he serving a different master? By looking at the deliberate actions of late Pope Francis, we explore the topic of “Truth” and I ask you some soul-searching and mission re-affirming questions at the end.

Episode transcript:

[00:00:03] Hello, this is Mark from The Way Back, and this is episode 55 of the Discussing Spirituality live show, recorded on 24th April 2025.

In this episode, we’re going to be looking at some of the undertakings and acts of Pope Francis, who recently passed away, revealing hidden symbology, numerology and perhaps deeper meanings to some of the things that he did. And we’ll be doing this from a lens of spirituality with the goal of seeking a better understanding and thus a deeper truth.

Now, though Pope Francis is the main focus of this episode, the deeper subtext is all about truth. And in particular, what does it mean for you to be a seeker of truth? What is the responsibility that that entails? And, and also, what qualities of character, such as courage, do you need?

Towards the end of this episode, I’ll be asking pretty tough questions, the kind of questions that hopefully provoke a bit of soul searching and a deeper understanding, and perhaps even helping us to align more closely with what it means to be a truth seeker. Now, this is a journey that we’re all on, and so I invite you to join me now as we explore and enjoy this podcast.

Good evening, everyone. It’s Mark from the Wayback, and this is Discussing Spirituality. And it is. Let me check the date. It’s the 24th of April, 2025. And I’ve got Jesse just down here with me, and if you can hear any kind of background noises, just chewing on a little treat as my way of saying thank you to him for being. For hopefully chilling out and relaxing at this time so we can do the show. So, look, there’s a big thing in the news recently, and I had actually prepared something else that I was going to discuss with you. There was a rollover question from last week, which was about secrets and how they can harm you spiritually. And also the topic of swearing and cursing and things like this had come up. And so I’d done quite a bit of prep on that. But the big kind of thing from a quote unquote spiritual point of view at this time is the passing of Pope Francis. And obviously this is a spiritual show, not a religious show. But to many, he is seen as the father of spirituality on the planet. So I thought, you know what, let’s make this show about that. Let’s do a bit of a look into that and see what we can explore. And with all of these things, I’ve described this before, this whole process where basically I may just have a thought or an idea and remember last week we talked about that. And so I’ll always check out the validity of it. But I was guided to look into this Francis thing and had, in fairness, done quite a lot of research from one of my books about Vatican and popes and things like this. So I had some kind of background awareness of what I’m going to describe and discuss with you tonight. But this is very much an exploration of truth. And I’ve got that word behind me. And I was actually sharing a little insight with one of the people that I’ve been teaching and guiding for many, many years about that sign. And originally I’ll see if I can find the actual sketch. But originally, because I’ve. I’ve talked in the past about how Jesus is the, the greatest spiritual teacher. And again, hit the wrong button there. Sorry, but my book hit the keyboard. So Jesus is, you know, I’ve quoted as saying in the past that Jesus is the greatest spiritual teacher. And talking spiritually, not irrespective of your kind of religious leaning or lack of, which is fine. And so the original. I don’t know if you’d be able to see this at all, but the original plans I had started off with a sign to say Jesus. And then eventually I got onto the. The design for the word truth.

So I think it’s quite nice to acknowledge that Jesus came first. But I was guided to use the word truth. And it’s because if you say, if you say the word Jesus, then those that get it will get it, but it will also polarize people and it will. Into some people, it will shut the door on them wanting to learn more because they think that you’re talking about religion, and so they instantly shut down. If that’s not something you’re interested in, Jesse, relax. Please don’t eat the carpet.

Sorry. Jesse’s teething at the moment, so he’s on a bit of a chewing mission. So we’ll give him another one of these and then hopefully he’ll relax. So, yeah, truth came. Truth is really important and that’s why it’s on the wall behind me. It wasn’t just to fill the space. It was actually because wanted to represent the highest truth, which is Jesus. But then I got the guidance to use the word truth. And so behind, literally behind all that I do is truth and seeking the truth. And if that sounds like something that’s interesting to you, then hopefully, A, that’s why you’re here, and B, let’s do some of that now. So unlike previous weeks, I haven’t got.

I haven’t got the usual slide so I’m not going to tell you what. We’re gonna kind of do the usual intro. I’m just gonna dive straight in.

So let me introduce today’s topic. This is what we’re going to be looking at. And in case you’re wondering that that looks quite horrendous. It’s actually a statue of. It’s called the Redempt the Resurrection, I believe, and it’s in Vatican City. It was done in 19, I believe. It’s finished in 1977. And it’s in the Great hall or the, the, the meeting hall of that, of the Vatican. So that, let me get my pointer and point down at the screen. So that character down there is actually the Pope and you.

Yeah, you can see what I’m seeing. So here’s the Pope and then this is supposed to be Jesus, his resurrection. And there’s a lot of what basically looks like satanic and demonic form around here. And we can go into it some more and I’ll find you can always just Google it. But there’s a lot of photos that show that from certain angles, the hair of Jesus, the artist has made it look like something quite negative and dark. But the whole aesthetic is quite, to me, is quite unpleasant. Okay. I don’t know how you feel, but that’s how I feel looking at that. And so this statue, which is behind the Pope, and you can see how big it is because look how small the Pope is in front of it.

This statue is in the, the great hall.

And so if I show you what that hall looks like, so you can see the statue right there at the back in this kind of opening at the back of the stage. But this whole hall, some, some people, maybe you spotted it already or maybe you’ve already seen people explaining why this hall seems quite strange. And so this is where the Pope has his audiences. Okay.

And Marigold0 in the chat is saying, I, I totally agree. I’m not sure exactly what you agree with, but I know there’s about a 20 second delay between what I say and what you guys hear. So I’m guessing you agree that it feels unpleasant or it certainly comes across as a bit unpleasant. But let me show you. Once you’ve seen what I’m about to show you, you can’t unsee it. So if I go over to my favorite arts package and someone in the chat has already guessed it or already knows the answer, but let me just show you. So if you look at this picture of the great hall and then I bring up this Other layer over the top.

It becomes very clear what you’re looking at.

So you see, now that you’ve got. It doesn’t align perfectly because I just tried to find a picture of a snake’s head. But what you’re looking at there is. And I’ll grab my pointer so I can show you what we’re. What we’re referring to. But there’s one eye and then there’s the other eye and then the two fangs and the hood of the top of the head. And very much like scales, this geometric curved pattern. And even from the outside, the shape of the building looks a bit sinister. And if you zoom in on these eyes. So let me see if I can do that actually down here in the arts package. So if we zoom in, then what. What people talk about is that these stained glass windows have a slit down the middle just like a snake eye. And even these openings on the wall, which I guess projectors or, or lights align with where the nostrils of the snake would be.

So this whole building is.

Yeah. What is.

Well, I can’t prove that it was done deliberately, but the, the similarity between the lines and the shape of it all and the snake’s head.

Striking. And there’s. You can Google it. If you google, you know, snake’s head hall in Vatican City, etc. Then you’ll find other photos and depending on where you are in the room and how well the photo is lined up and everything, it’s so obvious once you’ve seen it and, you know, guys in the chat are agreeing with us, it seems. So someone said it’s a snake. The background looked like something from Stranger Things. And those eyes are feline and piercing. Very dark from hen 74 there. And actually that’s quite. That’s quite a good observation. And I did a whole one of the live shows on the connection between cats and snakes. And that’s quite fascinating. Complete tangent. But if you’re kind of interested in, you know, I’ll point out the kind of. The start of that inquiry. But cats are the only mammals that hiss and have slits in their eyes. Okay.

No other mammals really do that. But the only other thing that does that is snakes and reptiles.

So, yeah, that’s where that one goes. But yeah, let’s get back to the. What I was going to share with you, the presentation and the kind of vibe of today’s show is just to share stuff and to apply critical thinking, to apply intuition and just ask together to seek the truth. So I’m here with you and the Idea is let’s look at these things as neutral as possible. Observing things, trying to see what is fact. Obviously, I’m saying it looks like a snake. That’s my opinion. Other people have also commented on it. A lot of people have commented on it. And whenever you get a lot of people observing something, then you have to wonder, did the architects plan it, or did they just completely miss the iconography? And then, as I said, the snake iconography carries forward into that statue, which is kind of front and center of everything. So we’re just going to look into this, really, in the of asking questions, using our critical thinking and looking at some facts, hopefully, as well. So the. If we go back to the slideshow, then who are we talking about here? We’re talking about Pope Francis. That’s him on the left. And he represents Jesus, the son of God, who was crucified, died, and rose again. And that’s him kissing. I think they actually kissed on the lips, but they’re kissing each other. And on the right is Grand Imam of Al Azhar, Sheikh Ahmed Al Tayyib. Now, this guy does not believe in Jesus was the son of God. He refuses to accept, as in the that this man has, does not accept Jesus was crucified, died, and rose again. They do accept that someone called Jesus, although they refer to them as Isa, did exist and refer to him as another prophet, just a man. Okay?

And they actually refer to Jesus as the penultimate prophet because they believed that another prophet came and that was the actual prophet. Okay? So you’ve got what are diametrically opposed representatives of their faiths kissing each other and hugging each other. And this was a. An event of which there have been quite a few. And I’ll talk a little bit more about that, but this is fact, so you can go to the.

There’s. I’ll share all the links. But there was a website, and it was the Pope’s life in images, and this one was one that stood out, but not the only one. And so I look at it and I go, okay.

Critical thinking would be, forget about the personalities. Forget about the particular or the tenets of those religions. And just look at it like this one guy believes that. I don’t know. Choose any. Choose anything, but keep it simple. Okay? So believes that the. I’m gonna. I’m gonna go something topical, okay? One guy believes that the world is round, and the other guy absolutely believes that the world is flat. And their do not allow for the acceptance of the other person’s beliefs. And they are intolerant of the other person’s beliefs because one group sees the other group as a threat and the other group sees the other group as a threat. So in other words, these are enemies of belief. What they believe in requires that the other belief be wrong.

So that’s what we’ve got here, these two diametrically opposed enemies.

And the Pope who represents Jesus, the son of God who was crucified, died and rose again, is kissing the leader of the faith that does not recognize Jesus was the Son of God and denies that he rose again, that he died and he was crucified. So that’s an odd situation.

It doesn’t. It seems like something else other than truth is being put first. Okay, that’s just my observation.

So that’s who we’re talking about today is Pope Francis.

So let’s learn a bit more about him. On the 17th of December 1936, George Mario Bergoglio or Bergoglio, I apologize, okay, I’ll pronounce it wrong, but I’ll do my best.

Was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

So on the 17th of December 1936, on the 13th of December 1969 he was ordained and on the 13th of the 3rd, 2013, so 333 as I’ve highlighted here, he became Pope Francis. So his real name isn’t Francis, his real name is George Mario Berglio.

And yeah, okay, so far we’re just establishing what is known to be fact.

On the 24th of the 3rd 2016, he reenacts Jesus washing his disciples feet. However he is kissing the feet of Hindus and Muslims. This is an apostate act.

And I’ll go into, I’ll do the numerology now. So if you take the date, the 24th of the third, 2016. So 24 is a 2 and a 4, so that equals 6 and then the third is a 3 and then 2016 adds up to 9. 2, 1, 6 is 9, so you have a 6, a 3 and a 9 which is 18. 18 is 6 plus 6 plus 6. In other words, this may be, I’m not, I’m not going to make any claims, but I know that there is a lot of that. Certain groups and societies love their numerology as a way of giving out symbols and significance. And anything that happens that’s significant, the date will be carefully chosen. So the fact that the Pope, he became Pope on the 13th of the 3rd 2013, 333 is a very popular number in certain groups because it’s half of 666. So it’s a way of hiding 666 in plain sight. And as I’ve said, the numerology of that date where he reenacted Jesus washing his disciples feet adds up to basically 6 plus 6 plus 6 or 18. Okay, may all be coincidence or it may not be. So let’s have a look at what we’re talking about here. So this picture on the left is an artist’s recreation of Jesus washing his disciples feet. So what do we notice? Well, first of all, they’re all followers of Jesus and Jesus is washing their feet. It’s very symbolic. He’s putting himself in the lowest position. He’s saying I serve you. And why does he serve them? Because they have shown faith towards God his Father. They have shown faith towards Him, So they believe in him and they believe in his Father. And so he is demonstrating that he came to serve those who seek His Father, who are good, who accept the truth, etc. Because you know, as he said, I am the way, I am the truth, I am the light. So that’s the scene that the Pope washing people’s feet is supposed to represent. In other words, Jesus saying I am here to serve those who love my Father and therefore love Him. Because you cannot say you love God and at the same time, but you reject Jesus or deny Jesus because Jesus is the Son of God and is God. God in form. And so I thought it was quite interesting. So in this photo on the right, which was on the date, that adds up to 18 or six plus six plus six, then you have the Pope who represents Jesus reenacting one of the greatest kind of acts of humility that Jesus ever did. But he’s not doing it to Christians. There are a few Christians amongst them, but these are mainly Muslims and Hindus.

And I’ve put here the Hindu gods because one of the obvious big differences between Hinduism and what Jesus taught was that Hinduism has a pantheon of gods. And so I started looking into, well, how many gods are there in the Hindu traditions? And it really, there is no definitive answer. And with the bigger numbers no one can name them anyway. But if you read the script of Skandha Purana Purana, then it says that there are 330 million.

The Brahma V says there are 30 million.

The Brihan Darana. Sorry, I apologize, I won’t get that right. But the Brihan Daranyaka Upanishad says that there are 300 and there are 300 3,003 and there are 33 and there are six and there are three. And there are one and a half. And there are one. And what that story is, is it’s this guy keeps asking this master, well, how many are there? And he says, well, there are 300 and 3,003. And so. And he repeats the question, so how many are there? And he says, well, there are 33. He says, and how many are there? And he says, well, there are six. And how many are there? And there are three. And. And it comes down to one. And then he pushes him further. He says, look, how many gods are there? And this wise man or master or whoever says, there are 33, but each of them has many manifestations.

Now, if you were, if you were like an ancient, ancient. What’s the name they use? Ancient alien or one of those followers of that kind of belief system, ancient ancestor alien or seed race alien, kind of Zacharia Sitchin or Erich Von Daniken followers, then you would go, okay, so 33 with many manifestations. Does that mean there were 33 originals and each one had many clones? That’s one way of interpreting that. Or that each one incarnated multiple times in parallel would be a more spiritual way of looking at it. Or that they somehow replicated themselves in many different ways or they possessed many people or something? Who knows? I haven’t read those. But the point is that it’s definitely not one God.

Even when they say there’s one God, when pushed further, they say there’s 33. So Hinduism is polyethyleism, it’s multiple God worship. And the number is anything from 33 to 33 to 330 million gods. So that goes very much against the core kind of teachings of there is only one God and you shall have no other God but me type teachings of the kind of Christian roots, which is what the Pope is supposed to represent. So here you have the Pope putting himself in a position where he is placing himself subservient to people who believe in many gods or people who their faith denies that Jesus is the son of God, that Jesus was crucified, that Jesus died, and that Jesus rose again, so denies the fundamental core teachings, ethos values of Christianity. So he’s placing, because he is the figurehead of Christianity, he’s placing Christianity beneath Hinduism and beneath the other faiths that are represented there.

And that obviously upset a lot of people, but it needs to be questioned. Now, it doesn’t mean it doesn’t need to do the opposite and kind of lord over others, but you can see where it’s questionable.

And all I’m doing is Raising it and saying, well why? Why would he do that? Because that, some people say that that is an act of blasphemy. And also what he’s doing is not representing what Jesus did. Jesus washed the feet of those who were closest to him, who held great love for him and God. In other words, the truest original Christians.

What the Pope is doing here is worshipping those who are against Christians or who deny Christianity.

Okay, so that’s really, really, I think quite a strong image.

And I found it when I saw that not because of whose feet he’s kissing, but because it is to recreate such a sacred act and twist it in an unchristian way to me was, was quite blasphemous. Not that I’m Christian by the way, but I am very much passionate about truth. And this man is misrepresenting the truth of his religion.

And so that’s where I think perhaps I find this difficult because he’s not standing for what he is supposed to stand for. Okay, so we move on. So we’ve got that, that he reenacted Jesus washing his disciples feet. However he did it in quite a disrespectful, blasphemous way really.

And then this is the thing that I already knew about and I found it fascinating so I thought I’d share it with you guys. So on the 17th of December 2023, the statue of St Peter in Buenos Aires was struck by lightning.

And that statue has several things on it that are made of metal. A halo and a key. And basically the halo, the key and the right hand holding the key were completely vaporized.

Now that in itself would be quite an interesting story were it not for the timing.

So the keen eyed amongst you will notice that it happened on George Mario Bergoglio’s birthday. That is it happened on the Pope’s Pope Francis’s birthday.

The more keen eyed amongst you will notice that it happened in Buenos Aires, which is where the Pope was from. So the statue of St. Peter was struck down by lightning on the Pope’s birthday in the village or the town where the Pope is from, in his stomping ground in his hometown. Okay, and the more keen eyed amongst you. So the three things to spot here is that it’s a statue of St. Peter. And who was St. Peter? He’s Peter the rock. And who was the one that Jesus entrusted to lead his flock? That is Peter was the first Pope.

So that’s quite fascinating. So let me show you what I’m referring to here because a picture’s worth a thousand words. So we’ve got one on the left and one on the right. And this has been verified. It was verified by the actual.

One of the priests that’s local to the thing. So here we have the key that you can see here in his hand. So there’s this big metal key and a staff and this halo around his head. Now, the halo in kind of iconography always represents divinity or kind of godliness or goodness, some kind of blessing. So obviously one’s always seen around Jesus’s head, around Mary’s head, and here around Peter, the head of Peter. Peter, who famously denounced Jesus three times before the cock crowed on the last night. And, you know, because three times he was challenged by guards and soldiers or whoever, saying, hey, aren’t you with that guy we’ve just arrested? And three times he kind of denied it. And we talked a little bit about that in the last episode as well. And there’s the key. And you could, you could say, well, what does a key represent? And you can look into it, but for me, and I think it’s quite nice sometimes just to not look into things and just say, what does it mean to me? So to me it means the keys to heaven or the keys to truth, or also the key unlocks the door, so it allows you to go through. So you could say the key gives you the right to walk forwards or to kind of like the keys to knowledge, the keys to secrets, etc. So in other words, you hold the key, you hold the right and the power for the post that you have been given. And after it was struck by lightning, you can see the hand is the right hand, the right hand of the man who is entrusted to lead the people. In other words, the right hand of the first Pope is obliterated. The staff survived, but the halo was completely blown away as to was the key. So the key was vaporized and that took out the hand as well. So symbolically, what we’re looking at here then is the right hand of the man closest to God. God’s right hand is no more and no longer holds the key. Whatever the key symbolized, they no longer have it and are no longer special. They’ve. They’ve lost that halo. So the statue representing the Pope in the Pope’s hometown on the Pope’s birthday was struck by lightning. Now, what’s even more, if that isn’t a lot of coincidences, what’s even more fascinating is this quote. So there was speculation on the Internet as to whether this was a hoax. And someone who was local posted a photo on one of the Catholic websites, and that was one of the first proofs that it was real. And then the priest came out and said, yeah, this happened. And he basically said, so this is Carlos Casa Rosendi, a native Argentine, who took. He didn’t actually take the photo that you can see above, by the way, but he took a very similar photo.

And he. And he said. And he lives locally, so he knows it very well. He said the bolt hit the statue in spite of a lightning rod located at the top of the dome, some 30 or 40 foot above the statue. So I don’t know if you. If you know much about lightning, but lightning always tries to take the shortest path, and that’s why they put big rods on the top of churches, so that lightning hits that and then goes through the copper into the ground. That’s what a lightning rod is. Now, I read somewhere else, there are actually four lightning rods around this statue and statues near or under some kind of dome structure.

And if anyone’s got a photo of the wider aspect so we can see where the statue is in relation to the building, send it to me and I’ll put it in the next episode or I’ll put it in the notes. But basically, because I did try and find one, but it was pushed for time. But basically the lightning should have never, ever mechanically reached that statue, and that statue has stood untouched for a long, long time. Okay, because of this protection and it’s surrounded by higher objects, and also that that staff looks to be made out of the same metal as the other things, and therefore would have been a better conductor. So when, if the lightning got close to the statue, it should have gone through this long metal staff into the ground instead of going and hitting the halo. And the key doesn’t make sense.

So fascinating stuff. And again, today’s topic is about truth. And so I’m not going to draw too many conclusions. I’m just laying out some interesting things.

Now that happened on the 17th of December, the birthday of the Pope, but there’s even more. So let me go back to the slides and let me show you what else. And this is where it comes. You see, I was genuinely curious when. When I heard the Pope had died. I hadn’t looked into this Pope, I’d looked into other popes, and I’d done a bit of research, but I’ve been so busy with other things, I hadn’t really paid this one any attention. I kind of had moved on from thinking too much about those Things when he. When he. When he. They said he’s dead, I thought, okay, I’m probably gonna.

I need to know a little bit more because I haven’t really looked into this guy at all.

And so I didn’t have any preconceived ideas.

I just wanted to find out more. But I remembered this story of the statue blowing up, but I didn’t know why it blew up or why, you know, what the significance was somewhat, you know. So it was in looking into it, I. I found out more. And so there’s this saying.

By the fruit of the tree, you can judge the tree. In other words, you know, someone can give you a tree and say that it’s an amazing tree and the fruit tastes lovely, but only when the tree grows and the fruit. And it bears fruit. What it bears is how you judge the tree, okay? You will know it by its fruit. So, the 17th of December, 2023, the statue of St. Peter in Buenos Aires was struck. Okay, that was the night before the Fidicia Supplicans, which is one of the most contentious things that this Pope has done. And again, I’m not here to judge the moral side of it. This Pope is supposed to represent Christianity, and there are certain tenets and beliefs of Christianity faith that he’s supposed to uphold. So on the 18th of December, the day immediately after the statue had been struck, he had approved and published the Fiducia Supplicans, which is. It’s Latin, and it basically means supplicating trust. But it’s interesting, an English scholar of Latin studied that phrase and said, look, there’s a lot of ambiguity in the mean in. In words in Latin, and it could equally and also be taken to mean unnatural lust. Okay?

And there’s 45 paragraphs in this.

They call. I think they call it a bull, or another way of thinking about it is an edict or a decree or a document that outlines a direction for faith. Okay, so there are 45 paragraphs, and the first 30 were basically softening people up to accept what came on paragraph 31. So paragraph 31 in summation, and you can look into it yourself. So I’m going to really simplify it, but it basically allowed for the Church to invoke a descending blessing from God to bless with grace a sodomite coupling. Okay? And there’s a lot to unpack there. And again, I’m not here to judge, simply saying that this goes against what is supposed to be the teachings of the Bible. Okay, so let me break it down so you can have ascending and descending blessings. So a descending blessing means that it is coming from God to the person receiving the blessing. An ascending blessing according to the Catholic faith would be that it comes from the people of the church or the priest upwards. In other words, it’s from down here upwards.

So a descending blessing is much more significant because it basically says that a priest can invoke from God a blessing on a sodomite couple.

Now what does sodomite mean? Because I think if you say sodomy, people think of a certain type of activity. But actually in broader parlance in what it means from the original meaning was goes right back to the story of Sodom and the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah. And there’s a story in, I can’t remember the Old Testament, New Testament, but basically two angels came down and took on male form and went into a home. And the men of the village, of the town of the city found out and these angels were very attractive. And the men demanded that the, the, the, the man of the house sends out the two angels so that the, the men of, out in the street could rape them. In other words, you know, you can, you can use your imagination. Not good.

And this guy was like, oh, but these are angels, I have to protect them. So he sent out his daughters and his, I think his wife as well and let them be raped and said, you know, spend the night with my daughters and my wife. So it’s all around horrible story.

But the point is that was where the word sodomite came from. And it basically in broad terms means any unnatural, wrong, wrongful, lustful, sexual act. So it may be man with man, woman with woman.

We’re all growing ups here. So when you talk about sodomy in modern terms, it generally means anal, but it actually extends to unnatural. And it also includes things like bestiality and stuff like that as well. So basically wrongful, sexual, lustful desires and relationships based on that which the church has always, well, forgive me, even before modern day church, which is, you know, created by the Council of Nicaea, it had always been that the, those relationships were not condoned by God and were regarded as sin. Which is one of the reasons why the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah were leveled by God according to the stories.

So what the fidicia supplicans allows for is that it is, the wording is very, very clever.

See, a blessing is meant to be one to one. So you’re meant to like anyone can be blessed, even a sinner can Be blessed. And it would normally mean because if they are trying to better themselves and redeem themselves, then they can be blessed to help them come round to what is good.

But a group has never been legitimately blessed. And what this document said was, you can now bless a group, and a group is any number more than one. And therefore, if you could bless legitimately, like for example, they were saying, you bless all these, you bless the poor, or you bless the widows, or you bless the lepers. So they were taking that idea from the Bible and saying, so you can bless a group. So we’re just going to define a group down to two people and ignore that the covenant of their relationship is based on what the Bible calls sodomy. And we will now bless them, but we’re not blessing them individually, we’re now blessing them as a group.

So it’s very clever, weirding, because as critics pointed out, what the Pope endorsed was that you could actually now bless Satanist groups. You could bless anti Christian groups with exactly the same.

In other words, the logic applied to all and didn’t have any boundaries or morals or values. And it went against the morals and values of the traditional Christian teaching. Now, I’m not saying whether or not I agree with those morals and values. What I’m simply saying is the act of the Pope was to tear down one of the fundamental pillars of Christianity to appease wrongdoing in the eyes of Christianity. Okay, so again, let’s look at the. What’s quite interesting is if we look at the numerology and you can see it there, I’ve already spelled it out, but this was on the 18th of the 12th. Okay. And they chose the date the 18th, because again, I was going back to the other day where it adds up to 18. Six plus six plus six is 18. Okay? So they always try, they. Those who understand numerology always work to use numerology.

And. And don’t forget the biggest repository of occult knowledge is the Vatican. Okay, so they know about numerology. Now, I don’t know if you guys have heard about gematria or Gematria or Gamma. Yeah, gematria.

So it’s an ancient system of numerology where each letter has a number. And so you can add up the value of words and then associate them based on their value with other words. And it’s a way of hiding meanings. So a name will have a number associated with it, and then you look up that number and it will give you all the different meanings of that number. And so this is Very popular amongst secret societies and people who are trying to hide symbolism in the mainstream is that they quite often use either the direct number, so they’ll just drop a number and obviously certain groups favor 3, 3, 3, 6, 6, 6 and things like that, or they’ll drop a name that when you translate it in Gematria, you’ll get a whole list of possible meanings and they’ll know which ones they’re referring to. So I just thought it’d be interesting to look at the Gematria because again, this is something that the Vatican would definitely know about. So in. And, and there’s also different translations, so there’ll be an English translation or a Jewish translation or etc. So the Jewish translation in Gematria of Fiducci supplicants means hypocrites and corrupt Gospel, which is quite, quite interesting really. It means other things, but when I got the list I was in state and so I was very much guided by, to pull out the meaningful words and if you, you know, you can get literally hundreds of potential meanings. So I’m not saying it’s like a one to one correlation, but, but, but it is interesting what comes out when you put certain names or phrases in. So let me show you a few others that may be significant.

So in English, Gematria, Pope Francis. So the word, the name Pope and Francis together means the end is near. And Jesus were the ones that come out very high scoring and kind of stood out. And then if we look at Giorgio Mario Bergoglio means in Gematria the devil incarnated in a man. And you know, I didn’t, that was near the top of the list. So I’m not saying he is, but I’m saying that the Gematria for that name is, means the devil incarnated in a man. And Pope Francis, the name would have been chosen. And look, the Vatican sits on one of the biggest collections of esoteric knowledge on the planet. You know, it’s the kind of modern day library of Alexandria really and they keep it all on the lock and keep. But you, you know that they are looking at this stuff and they understand this stuff, so they would have done this exercise and they would have chosen the names carefully and so moving on, because it’s all, I think quite interesting but really the goal here is I can’t do a complete biography, but the more I dug I found unsavoury things out and so I want to bring them out into the light, see if they resonate, see if they spark further inquiry in others. And also just to kind of postulate things so that we can explore them more. So one of the other things that stood out when I was looking through the. The photos of his life in pictures was on the 2nd of the 2nd 2024, Pope welcomed Chinese dragon dance into Vatican City. So this is the Chinese New Year.

And this is the. The picture that I found. So you got.

There’s a dragon. And if you count them, there’s more. But the ones you can see in this photo. So we’ve got one, two. Let me do it with the pointer so you can see what I’m looking at here. So you’ve got one here, two, three, four, five, six, seven of these guys who are the kind of puppeteers of the dragon. I think there’s a few more, but they’re the ones that are visible in this shot.

And it resonated with me because.

And also you can see there’s a star on the floor. So if we look, there’s a star in the corner of the floor that they’re on. So they’re surrounded by the stars. So the dragon in the stars with seven heads. Okay. And it talks to me that speaks of the book of Revelations, because there’s a reference. Let me see if I can find it.

There’s a book of Revelations.

Here it is.

So in Revelations, if I can find the.

Let me just find the word dragon in this page.

Oh, here, here we go. So in. In the book of Revelations, I think it’s part 12, there’s a reference to a woman and a dragon. And the dragon represents Satan.

And it’s something to do with the Satan. And the people will worship the Antichrist and the dragon. Okay, so you can, you can kind of do your own research there. Here it is. So the next sign given in Revelation 12 is a great red dragon with seven heads and ten horns. On the seven heads were seven diadems. The horns are a symbol of power, and crowns are represented, representation of authority. The seven heads and ten horns picture a terrifying image of great power. Power. And it goes on and basically says what the dragon represents and etc.

But there’s more to it. Okay, so I’m. I’m going to go back to the slides and then I’m going to talk to you directly just to just finish off with the slides. So on the 21st of the 4th, 2025, Giorgio Mario Burgo Galil, aka Pope Francis dies. Okay.

And I was just searching for articles today, and I came across a YouTube video and I just scanned it very quickly. You know, you just click a click, a few points. And I caught this. And he was. This guy Cardinal Dolan was talking about the previous pope, one of the previous popes was a trained actor. He said, yeah, this pope was a trained actor, but Pope Francis was a natural and he knew the power of symbols. And I just thought that’s so the fact that that was the bit of the video that I heard.

And then very quickly I came across something else and I’m just going to share that last slide with you now. This is Pope Francis holding a crucifix, a staff with a crucifix on top. And I’ve put a red arrow pointing to the crucifix.

Now, I don’t expect, I hope none of you really understand the significance of this, or if you do that, you understand it for the right reasons and not for the wrong reasons. But basically that’s called a bent crucifix. You notice how the horizontal is bent in often you’ll see these with a deformed kind of grotesque rendition of Jesus. So he’ll have extra long arms or be super skinny or his face will be disfigured.

It’s because. So it bends at the top as well. So the cross is bent. It’s as close as they can get to holding an upside down Antichrist cross in public without doing it. So basically this is called a black cross or a black cross, or an Antichrist cross, or a blasphemous cross. It’s got lots of different names and this isn’t the first time a Pope has carried one. And it’s all about symbology. He understands symbology.

That cardinal who gave that interview wasn’t just doing it off the cuff. It would have been carefully scripted. So he said Pope Francis really understood symbology. So this is him holding a black magic anti God cross or the Satanic cross.

And it’s there in plain sight and you can just Google, Google it and you’ll, you’ll start to find more. And you know, it’s like, okay, last week’s episode was pretty heavy, so I thought we’d do a lightweight one this week.

What are the key take homes that I. This is what I’ve picked up from the research I’ve done today and I have obviously looked into things as well.

So one of the big things that he championed and this is why he was kissing the feet of Muslim people and kissing the feet of Hindus and why, I think it was 1984 or six was the first one of these events. So it Wasn’t him, it was a previous Pope. But these interfaith meetups where they get all the religious leaders together from all the different faiths, hosted by the Vatican, hosted by the Pope.

And the narrative, there’s a really interesting article and I’ll share it with you, but I won’t bring it up now. But it’s these theologians who are actually very pro Christian and pro truth, listing all of the what they consider to be heresies or blasphemies or apostate acts. So apostate means that someone who has turned against their faith or lost their faith and has gone in the opposite direction. Okay? And so one of the big things that he’s been promoting is the idea of a one world religion, okay? So he, in his narrative, he says things like, it is humanity that is the way forwards. Jesus was the way. So Jesus said, I am the way, I am the light. It is through me and me alone that you reach my Father. Or words that affect what the Pope who represents Jesus is saying is humanity is the way, not Jesus. Okay? That’s one of the things he keeps pushing for. He refers to the brotherhood. He uses a phrase, fraternity. So he keeps saying we are one people.

In other words, he said all religions belong, are all children of God, everyone, whether they’re a Muslim, whether they’re Hindu, whether they worship some pagan God somewhere or something. He says they’re all children of God, which again goes against thou shalt have no other God.

Okay? And he says it’s through fraternity, in other words, the Christian church aligning with an allying with the Muslims and the other faiths that humanity will be saved. So he’s been pushing a one world religion. Now the Bible warned of a one world religion. And if you go back, I talked about in the Project Blue Beam, one of the videos live shows I did, I mentioned the plan of the New World Order is to unite humanity under a single one world religion. So this guy, the Pope, I don’t know, I can’t say whether he was doing it deliberately or incompetently or being misled by others.

I’m not going to comment on that. But he was holding up the Satanic cross, he was promoting the Book of Revelations, New World Order, one world religion. He was symbolically placing himself beneath Islam and beneath Hinduism and other faiths and therefore placing Christianity beneath them all, making him subservient.

So he was pushing for a one world religion, which is the agenda of the New World Order.

He didn’t represent Christianity, he misrepresented it he talked about all faiths, even if they are against Christianity being a path to God. He included Buddhism in there. And they are against fundamentally God.

And he uses satanic iconography like the bent cross. That’s not the only thing. Look at the statue behind him.

And he, in one of his speeches, not only did he break down the taboos and the moral boundaries of the faith that he’s supposed to represent, but he then went and apologized to all of the people who are, by their choice, sodomites, and by their choice are going against the teachings of Jesus and God and basically apologized on behalf of Jesus and God to them and said sorry and aligned with them. And this is the, you know, this is seen as part of the big woke thing. And if you Google it, there’s events where there’s people dancing and all kinds of iconography that’s not very Christian. And he’s sat in the middle of it all.

So my.

This topic is to acknowledge the Pope is dead, okay? And so let’s use this as a spiritual discussion. But there is a deeper meaning to all of this. So I’ve kind of bemoaned a little bit here and pointed out the hypocrisy and the very unchristian values that he has promoted as the head of the Christian church.

But that’s all a prelude to me discussing truth.

So I touched on something just now, I think that’s quite relevant.

I said, there’s no judgment from me. I’m not going to sit here and say these people are wrong or these people are right. There is fundamentally good and bad, but I’m not going to be the one today to draw a line that was done 2,000 years ago, 3,000 years ago. And what we’ve got to remember as well is it’s only in the west, in the Christian countries, that it’s permitted, you know, to embrace certain practices.

And, and also where people have the freedom to complain if they’re not heard. So the, it’s like the double standards of. Because of Christianity and in the west, then people can complain about Christianity in the west, but if they went to other places where Christianity is not the dominant faith and said, you know, and said, I’m a.

I’m a sodomite. They would probably be stoned or killed or locked up.

So there’s double standards there. But here’s the thing.

This is what I really wanted to talk to today, talk about today. And I’ve seen some questions pop up, so I’m going to answer them as well.

No one’s forcing anyone to be a Christian. In fact, you know, Jesus didn’t say, you must. He said, I am the Way, and if you follow my teaching, if you follow my teachings, and that requires faith and it’s your free will. So no one’s forcing anyone to be Christian. But it clearly lays out that if you’re a Christian, then certain relationships are taboo, certain doings are not right, certain things are not good.

So this is what, if you’re adherent of truth, you say, okay, well, I know that to be a Christian, which means I believe in Jesus and I believe in God, and therefore I believe in what they’re offering, which is do good, do right, and you get to heaven. That’s a kind of short version. Okay.

It’d be very disingenuous of me to go, ah, but there’s these sins that I have that I value. I’ve built my identity around them, and it’s my desire and it’s my intention to carry on doing these things. So I want to be Christian. I want to be, for example, saying, oh, well, I want to be blessed. I want to be able to have my relationship blessed, even though my relationship is an anathema, is opposed to the Christian teachings.

Well, wouldn’t that make me a hypocrite to say, well, I want the benefits of Christianity, but I don’t want to let go of the things that I do that I know are against Christianity. That’s kind of like demonstrating this quality, which is to say, I want the truth, but I only want the bits of the truth that validate my values, my experiences and my beliefs. So that which I’m comfortable with, I’m willing to accept as truth, but that which I’m not comfortable with, I can’t accept. But I still want all of the benefits and I want to be recognized as a Christian. Okay, so that’s what I see a lot of is if people are going, well, I want to get married in church, but I am marrying the same sex.

I’m not going to judge whether or not they’re marrying the same sex is right or wrong. That’s for them. That’s between them and whatever they believe in, that’s their free will.

But Christianity outlines that that is wrong.

So you can’t have your cake and eat it, I guess, from a truth point of view. And that’s the fundamental thing. I didn’t really want to pick on that particular facet. But the bigger picture is when we say we are seekers of truth, then are we being a bit picky? About, well, which bits of the truth we’re willing to accept. Because if you go right back to the Bible, I’ll give you an example, I touched on it earlier and again, I’m not saying one way or another, but if you believe, if you say you are a Christian, then you must therefore, according to the truth of the Bible, also be a flat Earther and not believe in evolution.

So there’s a photo of the Pope talking to NASA astronauts, but NASA, which in Hebrew by the way means deceiver or liar. And people say, never a straight answer. But NASA represents the opposite of what the Bible says. The Bible says there’s a firmament above is the water and below is the water and stuff like this. NASA says that’s all a load of rubbish. So why is the Pope, that represents the Bible Christianity in bed with NASA would be a very good question. And if you’re a Christian, I’m not religious, I’m experience led. I am spiritual. So I have insights into these things, but they’re from sitting down in and what some people might refer to as remote viewing, astral projecting or going beyond your body, kind of like that, but actually a lot higher and more elegant level. You can have an inquiry into things and see the true nature of things. And some of it is just revealed to you on, as you let go and go into greater states of awareness. Anyway, so some of it is by choice you’re looking and some of it is just, oh, fancy that, look at that. Oh, that’s the nature of reality, that’s the nature of creation, you know. So the point I’m making is as seekers of truth, the real work is to.

Last week I talked about the enemies at the door and don’t fall on your own sword. I wanted to evolve that now to be, to be mindful of, are we putting boundaries and blocks and requirements on the truth or are we actually saying, you know what, if I believe this, then I have to believe it.

It’s like if you’re a Christian, you’re a Christian. Not I’m a Christian, but I accept evolution and I accept space and I accept dinosaurs.

You’re either a Christian or you’re not.

I know that sounds really, really harsh. And I’m not picking on Christians. And to quote one of the most famous atheists and the Dawkins guy who wrote the God Delusion book, when pressed, he said, well, look, if I had to have a choice, he says, I’m not Christian, but when it comes to where I’d like to live, I’D like to live in a Christian country because I like the values and I like the qualities and I like the way it is. So he certainly likes the benefits of the Christian morals and values and system, but doesn’t want to invest his. His belief in it. That’s fine. That’s his free will.

So the really, what I’m touching on here is, and this is a question to you, and it’s a question I have to look in myself as well, because anything I share, I have to live by. So we talked about copper a while ago and I’ve had this on ever since. It’s not the most comfortable thing and it’s not the most attractive thing, but you have to live by what you know to be true. And sometimes you do have to make sacrifices, but you have to make them willingly, consciously and honestly. And it’s between you and yourself, ultimately. So the question is, are we being picky and selective about which bits of the truth we want to embrace? And are we rejecting or casually ignoring those bits of truth that we’ve come to know because it doesn’t suit us or it doesn’t fit into our lifestyle or our idealism?

And by way of.

By way of metaphor, and I’m going to use this to answer the question that’s been asked in the chat. So if I bring up the chat, then hen74 says, who ultimately decides the Pope to be the nearest to God? Is it orientated by dark forces, hence the Satanic cross? There is just so much secrecy around the Church and what the Pope represents.

Yeah, that’s a good question. So I only saw the top parts. So what I was going to say is, Peter, the whole idea of a Pope, came about because Jesus singled out Peter, gave him a second chance, and basically said, look, are you going to do things right this time? Then watch over my flock, teach them, guide them, feed them.

And so it was Jesus’s right or Jesus choice that gave Peter the right to teach on Jesus behalf. But it’s Jesus’s power and authority. The Pope is supposed to be a continuation of that line, not genetic line, but. But when another story in the Bible was that when obviously Judas betrayed Jesus and Jesus knew that was going to happen, but it had to happen to fulfill prophecy. So then there were only 11 disciples. And so the disciples got together and basically said, we need to replace Judas, and they chose one. And they basically asked God to guide them. And they drew lots and they chose one. And there is a process, you can Google it. And when they’ve made up their mind in the Vatican, who’s going to be the next Pope. Then white smoke comes out the chimney. But no one knows what goes on behind closed doors. And I suspect that there’s a lot of . I mean, you know, who knows? They probably find the Mafia up because there’s a long history with the Mafia and the Vatican City, you know, and it’s just like any organization by their fruit judged. And that’s what I would say. So it goes back to, look, it could be that they get it right or it could be that they’re not interested in who’s closest to God. Maybe they’re interested in who’s closest to the Antichrist, you know, behind closed doors, who knows? And the point being that if people, you know, the biggest religion on the planet is Christianity, okay, if you add up all the different churches and denominations. So if they all turned around and the massive majority of all the priests and everyone said, no, hang on a sec. By your actions, you are doing wrong.

And it wouldn’t matter if they chose the right one or the wrong one, they’d be held to account.

So everyone who calls themselves a Catholic priest or a Catholic is in some way complicit.

And this is true for any group or organization. They’re complicit if they see wrongdoing. Like why haven’t they asked, hang on a sec. But why is our Pope kissing the feet of people who denounce Jesus and reject Jesus?

Why is he doing that? If there was that level of critical thinking and then accountability?

Because the real Jesus washed the feet of his disciples to show that he was there to serve them. The Pope is supposed to serve the people.

You know, the bigger question then you get onto the Vatican and money and all of these other things.

But it’s a good question. And so you’ve got the idea we were talking about, are we personally? So it all comes back to us. Truth. Right?

It’s important. Can any one of us down here in this life that we’ve got fully understand everything? No. The question that hen74 just asked is, shows that what happens behind closed doors, we don’t stand much chance of knowing, but we can certainly judge wisely with discernment and always say, no, no, no, truth comes first. So ask the questions. Why is the Pope holding what is known to be a Satanic cross? Etc?

Yeah, in the chat, cue ball 78, that is a strong point. There appears to be no accountability for their actions. When there has been the odd good priest that questions things, they probably get posted to Some terrible place and disappear. There was a priest who had stigmata, and the Vatican locked him up for about 30 years under house arrest.

There was a documentary on TV the other day. I can’t remember his name, but. And he seemed to be a good one. But it’s not just the priest.

It’s the billions of people that worship the Pope.

Worship the Pope. They’re not worshiping God.

Okay? Anyway, so I didn’t want to pick on, you know, people’s faith and belief, but it’s simply a way of getting the message across that by their fruit, you know, judge what they judge their. Judge them by their actions and their deeds and their. And you’ll see their motives.

So beware of hypocrisy. You know, if we’re saying I’m a truth seeker, but I don’t want to go there. I’m a truth seeker, but I don’t want to look at that topic. Or I’m a truth seeker, but if I find something out, whether it’s about diet or clothing or food or money or something, I’ll just ignore it if it doesn’t suit me.

You know, the point I was going to make, I would have had a lot of respect for this Pope if he just said no. These are the teachings of Jesus and God, and I wish you all well, all your other religions and everything, but I’m not going to kiss your feet. I’ll kiss. Only I will kiss those who recognize Jesus.

You know, I would have had respect. And it’s like Peter, when. When Peter was challenged, you, you know, you knew that guy Jesus, didn’t you? If he’d said yes, he knew it probably meant either being locked up, punished, or killed.

In all honesty, the right thing to do would have been to have said yes.

Because then, like, he would have stood for truth. He wouldn’t have lied. He wouldn’t have deceived.

And again, we’re not talking religion. So spiritually speaking, you have a soul and you have a spirit, and they will transcend this life. The only thing that ends at the end of this life is your physical body. Okay? So if you put that first and you sell out truth and you sell out Jesus, and you sell out your soul and you sell out your spirit, which are a gift from God, which came from God and therefore Jesus, because Jesus and God are inseparable. If you sell them out to save your physical body, then you’ve lost everything for the temporary gain of a few more days of eating and sleeping and breathing. Whereas if you say no truth comes first and I don’t live in fear and I will speak the truth.

Then you may suffer, but that which matters, what you really are, cannot be touched and will come out of it much better because you stood for truth. That’s what it comes down to. Yeah. When talking about souls and spirits and stuff like that, then I think that’s a good segue. Carrying on with the reading of the book that we started last week, I’d like to do something special with you now. Someone once described this book as a living book. Every time they read it, they get something new from it. So what I’m going to do is we’re going to read a few pages together and I’m going to break down the meaning behind the words and give you more of an understanding. Because this book really is like a spiritual user guide, helping each of us to get more from our spiritual state. So if that sounds interesting, then join.

[01:11:54] Me now following on from last week, then I’m just going to rewind one sentence and just to remind us what we were talking about. So beliefs can change, but what we know from our own deepest inner experience, when we are really present and awake, truly transcends belief. But many people never kept past ideas and beliefs.

So truth based upon direct personal experience is obviously very important to me. How about you?

The journey to seek it is still ongoing and and perhaps it is not a journey with a destination, but rather.

[01:12:29] A way of being.

[01:12:31] This is so pertinent to what we were discussing just now, however we view the pursuit of truth. Though I truly hope that if you are reading this it is because on some level you appreciate the value of experience over beliefs. Perhaps you have never really thought about it before. If so, take a moment and ask yourself what is more precious to you? What you have picked up from others in your life, or what you absolutely know from your own personal experience.

Chapter 4 Spiritual Experience if experience trumps belief for you, then you are not alone. And perhaps what I am going to share will help you and those you care about on your journey to seek the truth.

[01:13:17] I know that I have been helped.

[01:13:18] By open minded people along the way too, and that is the point. This is not about me saying something.

[01:13:24] And you believing it.

[01:13:25] Rather it is about us being mature enough to listen without prejudice and to recognize what is belief and what resonates.

[01:13:32] For you as truth.

[01:13:35] You can believe in something that is also true, but would you rather know it with a certainty that transcends mere belief?

All this said, seeking the truth, especially spiritual truth, is never going to be A personal journey, since there is only one truth, so whoever seeks it will eventually find the same truth as others, since absolute truth must be the same for everyone. And you see this playing out down here. So, look, I’ve just shared some interesting, hopefully interesting, bits of information with you about Pope Francis, and it’s based on information that I was able to get online. I deliberately wanted to share with you what was tangible rather than stuff that I’ve looked at from the inside.

[01:14:22] And I’m able to get that because.

[01:14:25] Other people are also drawing the same conclusions. And then hopefully what I’ve done will help some people look further in directions that they need to. But if we just put it down now and never come back to it, it still has value, because while we’re making an inquiry in truth, then we’re more receptive to the bigger picture of truth. It’s like whatever stone you sharpen your knife on, your sword, that cuts through to truth, whatever stone you use to sharpen it, the stones, it’s not so important. It’s that you sharpen it, if that makes sense.

[01:15:00] So to that end, I have made.

[01:15:02] A point of being very open and honest in the podcasts over the years, because this is a journey and the destination is still ahead of us all. As I have come to understand things from experience, you may have heard me say, to seek the truth is to seek God. You’ve also probably heard me explain that God does not belong to religion, and neither does Jesus, who was and still is very real, irrespective of what some people will have us believe.

So all this brings us to our more recent podcasts, such as number 33, how do I have more God in my life? Number 37, closer to God. Number 40. I’m sorry to tell you, that might not be spiritual. Number 42, reverence to God, and number 43, for the love of God and Jesus.

So this is referring to. To the. Not the live show podcast, but the Spiritual Awakening podcast. And I’ll put links to all of this in the description.

So quite a contrast to the first few podcasts on topics like and how to develop chakra awareness.

[01:16:05] Right?

[01:16:06] Those older topics on meditation seem far away from the more profound realizations and concepts I’ve shared with you over the last few years. But those older ones were virtual, vital steps from there to here, at least for me. And this is really important. So when I first started teaching, I was teaching meditation, and because I’d been misguided and as I’ve said previously, and I accept my responsibility in that then I wasn’t focused on Jesus or God. I was quite dismissive at the time.

But sure enough, because of my, well, first of all, my passion for going deeper and more into things, then I really kind of plunged the depths of.

[01:16:48] Where, you know, how deep and how.

[01:16:50] Far can you go with spirituality from a meditative journey point of view? And in the end, it brought me to the truth of Jesus and God. So, although now I wouldn’t be an advocate for meditation, if someone’s at that state where it’s about meditation or it’s about chakra or awareness or it’s about anything, that’s where they are.

And the next step might not be about Jesus and God, and they might not be ready for that. But if they’re genuinely, sincerely seeking the truth, if they are dedicated to truth, they will eventually find the same truth as everyone else. And that’s what this is really saying. There is only one truth, and all who seek it eventually will find the real truth. But as you will remember from last episode, there are layers of deception to keep you away from that truth. And that’s why kind of spiritual discernment and wisdom is so important. That’s why I’m doing this, talking to you now, to share this with you. So I’ll just read on a little bit.

So I’d like to be really honest. I would like you to be really honest with yourself. Do you find it comfortable to listen to topics like meditation, auras and chakras, whereas talking about God puts you off.

[01:18:05] Or makes you feel uneasy?

[01:18:07] If so, then I totally get it.

And please understand that I was once a bit like that too. Just like many others back then, even I would have been surprised to learn that my future self would be talking about God and Jesus. Back then, I was not looking for God. Rather, I desire truth. And this made me overcome my own fears and limiting beliefs.

So we’ll stop there for today, certainly.

[01:18:35] With the, the reading.

[01:18:36] And I’ll join you in a moment.

[01:18:38] So this is the. We’re just wrapping up now, and if you’ve got any thoughts or questions, do put them in the chat. Q. Ball has made another observation. We were talking about those members of the clergy that perhaps do question things tend to get shipped off, you know, to places. But he equally says or when they do bad, they get shifted out the way, out of the limelight too.

Yeah. And all organizations, there’s nothing, you know, they’re supposed to be representing something better. But there’s probably many reasons why people are drawn to certain roles and Sometimes it’s to abuse power, sadly. And I don’t, you know, whether that’s teachers or priests or, you know, any, any kind of role where there is a certain duty of care to others, there can equally be an abuse of said role. So, yeah, but we will just wrap up today. So, you know, the Pope Francis was an excuse to talk about, see if I can point in the right direction. It’s that way. Truth, this sign behind me. And I shared the picture from my little diary of the sketch to design that. And yeah, I built that myself actually, because I knew what I wanted. And there’s something nice about making it as well.

Truth really does matter. And I guess the take home message, just to summarize now is that don’t be like Pope Francis who was supposed to represent truth but ended up representing the opposite or actually destroying it or kind of blaspheming against it. And so this is where I really recognize the amount of courage it takes for you to want to be spiritual. But no one ever talks about this and certainly it’s almost like retrospectively we’re talking about it now, but better late than never.

Do people really understand that if you say I want to be closer to God, or I want to be closer to Jesus, or I want to know the truth, that that means all of it, not just the bits that you like.

And you could strip away everything till it was just you and Jesus and God, no cars, no people, no land, no nothing. You know when, when you’re awake, but you haven’t opened your eyes first thing in the morning, before you move, before you’ve kind of downloaded Terry Pratchett or someone once said it was like downloading existential dread back into you, but basically that neutral lack of identity. You’re just waking up. You haven’t quite remembered who you are or what you’ve got to do today or anything like that, but you’re in that moment.

Maybe you can remember it or maybe it comes to you in other ways, like in meditation or when you’re daydreaming and you’re not aware of your body, but you’re in that blissful moment of just being.

You haven’t opened your eyes, so there’s no outside world. You don’t, in that moment, you don’t own a car, you don’t own a house, you don’t have a job, you don’t have kids, you don’t have a husband or a wife.

It’s just you.

That’s all there really is. It’s you and Jesus and God and this podcast, this live show, the work that I do is trying to help you with that relationship. But all there really is is that relationship, you know, irrespective of anything I do, in those moments of true honesty and being present, which is what I’m really talking about here, then it’s just you and Jesus and God and they see right through you.

They know what’s in your heart.

You can kid yourself, but you can’t kid them. So what I’m trying to say is, okay, let’s do a little bit of waking up.

Are we honest about how much we can let go, how much truth we really want?

And by the way, it’s not information.

Whether the world I used earlier as an example, whether the world is a globe or a flat thing, your relationship with Jesus and God is your relationship with Jesus and God that has to come first. The revelation of truth can be an ongoing process for the rest of your existence. But if you haven’t got that relationship, that spiritual connection thing, then the knowledge of truth is filling an empty vessel.

It’s not, there’s no ongoing value to it, it’s just more information.

And so I’m calling on us as truth seekers to be really honest with ourselves, to check in how much are we actually really seeking the truth or just validation of our beliefs?

Are we just looking for the truth that supports us and our identity? Or are we looking for the truth? And then it really does come down to there’s just you and there’s just Jesus.

Okay, so everything else, it’s like if you stand on firm ground there, then you can take all the revelations of truth and you can see through all the deceptions and you can’t be touched.

And then if you’re in Peter’s shoes, you can just speak the truth because you know what really matters.

So that’s really what we were talking about today. Pope Francis was just an interesting exercise, really, and an excuse to broach the subject of truth and deception in spirituality and in religion and things like that.

Wherever you are right now, it’s been a real pleasure having you along for this ride today and I look forward to seeing you next week. God bless you.
