Episode synopsis TL;DR:
An unplanned episode motivated by the assassination of Charlie Kirk, an attack upon goodness and free-speech. Rather than be angry, I do a deep dive into what we, as spiritual people, can really do to make the world a better place. What I share in this episode is amazing and has the potential to transform the world! I am not kidding! Best of all, anyone, except those who hate goodness, can put these things into practice right away. Share share share! Please x In a way we are all like Charlie Kirk, so for all of us who are in team Good, share and importantly – put it into practice today. There is a really important explanation about Prayer, and also “Spiritual State” – God bless. After the closing credits there’s about 15 minutes of bonus material.
Episode transcript:
[00:00:02] Well, hello, this is Mark from The Way Back. And this is an introduction to the episode number 76, which was recorded on September 11, 2025, a date that holds a lot of memories for a lot of people.
[00:00:17] And sadly, this year, it also means that it’s associated with the assassination of Charlie Kirk, which prompted a change to what we were going to do. Something bad happens. You can go into a place of lamenting and woe and basically negativity. And though it is very sad news, and I know he’s not the only one that’s being persecuted for his beliefs, I took the stance of what can we do that’s positive?
[00:00:52] What can we do to make the world a better place? Which became the title of this episode. And I want to reassure you in some ways that there is a lot of positivity. And I’m going to share some information in this episode that I think anyone who’s good needs to hear.
[00:01:09] And it really talks to the awe inspiring power that a spiritual person represents. And why is that? Because ultimately a spiritual person is more attuned to that which is the cause of all that is good. God the source.
[00:01:29] And so this episode is actually an episode about hope, about the potential for change that is actually staggering and is within your grasp and is your potential as a spiritual person. So if ever I did an episode that I think needs to be heard, it’s this one.
[00:01:51] Now, I did get asked some questions after the episode and I said I’d put the answers in the podcast. So towards the very end, after the outro, you’ll hear me talking about a bit more finer detail, answering some specific questions.
[00:02:08] But let us always look for the good. Let us always look for the highest way of responding to the negativity of others, which ultimately means how can we make the world a better place? And with that, I invite you to join me in this episode. It’s quite profound and I think it will really help us all to realize how much we can do and that we are not powerless. In fact, quite the opposite. We are powerful when we come from our heart, acknowledge God acknowledgment, and are truly spiritual. And with that, God bless you and I’ll see you at the end.
===== The Live Show =====
[00:02:45] Good evening, this is Mark from The Way Back and hopefully you can see me. This is the live show and look, guys, it seems like sometimes things work and sometimes they don’t.
[00:02:58] Half an hour before the show is due to go live, I was just setting everything up and my main machine died on me. So I’ve grabbed a Laptop out of the, kind of the spares cupboard, installed the software. And very, very quickly. I’ve just thrown together a quick setup here so we can do the show and, you know, get on with things. Because this, this is quite an important show and I really do actually want to go over some of the stuff that I’m going to be sharing with you today.
[00:03:33] So let me just get the chat up and then pop out the chat there and then I can bring that down here. So if you could just confirm that you can hear me, that would be amazing. If you could just put in the chat that you can see and hear me, then that’d be really, really helpful because I don’t have the usual kind of feedback mechanisms in this little setup here.
[00:04:03] So I’m relying on you guys just to comment in the chat.
[00:04:09] So please do. And then as soon as someone has commented, I only need one comment. But as soon as one of you has commented that you can hear me and see me, then we can start.
[00:04:18] Yes, for audio and Visual. Thank you, Millie 2772. Okay, so we are really stripped down tonight, just running off a basic laptop, but I will be able to hopefully share the slides with you, which you should be seeing now.
[00:04:38] And tonight’s topic is all about what can we do to make the world a better place? And I’ll be completely upfront about this. I woke up this morning, this wasn’t going to be the topic for today.
[00:04:49] I’ve been quite saddened by what I’m seeing in the news with people being attacked, innocent people just being attacked and killed. And then I woke up this morning to find out that Charlie Kirk had been assassinated. And I’ve been following him for quite a few years.
[00:05:05] And yeah, he was a good person who did good work. And so to hear that he’d been assassinated made me kind of reflect on things.
[00:05:12] And as a spiritual person, I thought, look, you know, I did a video years ago about sending love to the planet and how that can help.
[00:05:22] But I thought I’d revisit it more. This, this was not for the show. This was just for myself, just looking into it and kind of wondering, is there more that I can do? Is there more that we can do as spiritual people to make the world a better place?
[00:05:37] And so spurred on by that, I kind of threw out the script for today. Not the script, but, you know, what we were going to look at. And I decided to focus on this topic, which is summed up in this photo. Peace.
[00:05:53] That photo, by the way, was. Is a photo I Took when I’d not long arrived in Lake Como in Italy. And I was just playing around with balancing stones and made this little bridge between two, two rocks out of stones. And I just thought symbolically, you know, piece is a bridge, it bridges things.
[00:06:13] So I’ve got just. This is more for the people that are regular followers of mine. So if you follow me all the time, I’ve got the group chat open on Telegram in case you need to give me any feedback for the live show. If something stops working and I haven’t noticed, then. But don’t message me unless it’s actually urgent. But I will keep an eye on that and yeah, we will dive in. So what can we do to make the world a better place?
[00:06:44] Let’s just check that we’re still on there. So this is what we’re looking at today. Make the world better.
[00:06:49] I’m going to be looking at it from the perspective of negative people and then also positive people and then spiritual people. Because believe it or not, wherever someone is at in their own kind of personal development, there’s still things that they can do.
[00:07:06] And I thought rather than just try and be blanket, because it is actually what’s fascinating is it is actually is fascinating that it depends on where you are as to what you can do.
[00:07:19] So it’s a different story for each of those groups. And I will kind of qualify what I mean by negative, positive pun me and spiritual people as we go.
[00:07:30] And yeah, here is the. The main question there. What can I do to make the world a better place?
[00:07:39] So I’m just highlighting the word do there and world because it’s a fair question. What can I do to make the world a better place? But do suggests that it is something that we would do. In other words, it’s an action. And it may well be. But I want to challenge that assumption as well because, you know, the higher spiritual states are not doing their being.
[00:08:03] So is it about doing or is it something different?
[00:08:06] And then to make the world a better place, what do we mean by that? And again, all of these things I raise, I will, I will be going into. But I wanted to just point out the assumptions in this desire. What can I do to make the world a better place? What do we mean by world? And is it really a doing thing?
[00:08:25] So I want to remind you of a graph I’ve shown you before.
[00:08:29] And because of the simple setup today, I can’t do a fancy pointer or anything. Or maybe I can move the mouse around. There we go. But on the Y axis Going up on the left hand side, we’ve got the number of people. So this purple curve that we can see covers the entire world population. So this is showing us how the world population at this time is distributed.
[00:08:55] And across the bottom is the kind of vibration of people. So on the far left we’ve got very evil and dark people.
[00:09:03] And on the far right you’ve got the opposite of that, which is extremely spiritual people.
[00:09:08] In the middle you have neutral. So dead Central would be you’re neither good nor bad, you just kind of pray in the sense that your energy isn’t particularly polarized in one direction or the other. And so I’ve drawn just to the left of that. I’ve labeled here negative.
[00:09:27] So people that are immediately left of center would be towards the negative, moving towards the far extreme of evil and dark. But they’re just negative. They haven’t gone into, say, satanic demonic vibrations. They’re just negative. But I’m highlighting it because it’s important.
[00:09:44] And then to the right of neutral are good people. And as you can see, the curve is off center in that the peak is slightly in the good. And that basically can interpret that as saying that more than 50% of the world population would be good or better.
[00:10:03] Less than 50% of the world population would be negative or worse.
[00:10:08] Okay, and this is important because as I said, we’re going to look at what can people that are negative do to make the world a better place? What can people that are good do to make the world a better place? And what can people that are spiritual do? And so that’s why I put this graph up to kind of remind us, and I’ve talked about this in previous episodes and there’s no judgment by the way. Someone that’s negative can move into good, someone that’s good can move into spiritual. It’s unlikely that someone is actually at the other end would move upwards. But equally, someone that is negative is moving towards being far worse. And so they don’t need to do anything. Let me correct myself. They don’t need to do anything. But it’s useful to know that there are directions and that if you are not good and becoming negative, then it can be a slippery slope towards something far worse in terms of your vibration. So that’s what I’m kind of intimating out there.
[00:11:02] And so the take home from this graph is that there is a slight leaning towards goodness on the planet, but there is a lot of negativity and there is a lot of, well, not a lot, but towards the Peaks towards the outliers you’ve got. There are a few truly spiritual people and there are a few truly evil and dark people.
[00:11:24] And by the way, I’m sure I’m going to cover this anyway in the notes, but the reason why it’s skewed towards the right hand side towards goodness is because of the spiritual people at the far right who kind of help make things better.
[00:11:41] So now that we’ve kind of looked at that, then, I wanted to just kind of challenge the question itself so that we’re all in a good place to start looking into what can we do to make the world a better place.
[00:11:55] So the first thing to understand is it is not the world, it is the people alive on it that determine the overall vibration. Because if you want to say we want to make the world a better place, what we’re really saying there is we want to raise the vibration.
[00:12:10] And I don’t mean raise the vibration to some other dimension. That’s kind of some confused ideas that people have about certain things.
[00:12:19] I’m talking about just generally, do you want to live in a world that’s good or do you want to live in a world that’s bad?
[00:12:25] And a world that is good would be higher vibration and a world that is bad would be lower vibration.
[00:12:31] So it is not the world, it is people alive on it that determine the overall vibration. And it’s the people. It’s not the animals or the plants or anything else. It’s the people.
[00:12:43] And you know, that’s good news because people are capable of watching this video. So, you know, much as I love my colleague Jesse, he’s not really going to be able to understand what we’re talking about.
[00:12:57] And so, you know, the people that are responsible are also the ones that can understand and can change. So to make the world a better place, we need to raise the net vibration of all people.
[00:13:08] Now, by net vibration, let’s consider this in terms of a bowl of water.
[00:13:17] A bowl of water isn’t just a bowl and water. It’s actually a bowl with lots of water molecules. And if you want to get specific, it’s hydrogen and oxygen. But those hydrogen and oxygen atoms are combined to form water molecules. And it’s a temperature range where it’s not ice and it’s not steam or gas. So it’s a liquid temperature. I’m kind of going off piste a bit, Mark, but where I’m going with this is the temperature of the water is the net vibration of the water molecules. So if you want to make the water hotter, you have to raise the temperature. And that means you have to add more energy to individual molecules. And so when you put the bowl of water, say over a heat source like a gas flame, the molecules at the bottom reach, get the heat first and they get faster.
[00:14:10] So the overall temperature starts to rise, but there isn’t. It’s not that all the molecules are rising equally. Some of them are faster than the other ones. And the ones that are fast bounce off the slower ones and speed them up and spread the temperature. That’s how temperature spreads.
[00:14:24] And so the, when we say the temperature of something, what we’re talking about is the net temperature of a liquid. Unless you wanted to get really specific and notice that the top is say hotter or cooler than the bottom. And it’s the same with the planet. To make the world a better place, we need to raise the net vibration of all people. So the clue is in the water that you can do that by heating up all the people or some of the people. If you get some of the people really hot. So spiritually speaking, vibrationally speaking, in other words, move them to the right, then the net effect is it raises up the entire body, the planet, all of the people. Okay, so that’s kind of nice to know that you don’t need to change everyone.
[00:15:07] In fact, most people are asleep.
[00:15:12] Let me bring up the notes. So most people are asleep and so they don’t, they do not contribute. Rather they radiate their vibration. So, so if someone is asleep, I mean spiritually, then they’re not really awake. They’re just reacting to life. They’re predominantly, you know, they’re not going to have much conscious thought. It will all be reaction, it will all be emotional, probably ego based.
[00:15:40] They may be nice people, they may be good people, but they’re not really contributing in terms of there’s any consideration about am I a good person? Is, am I affecting people? What effect am I having on people? It will just be a self centered existence born out of habits and reactions.
[00:15:59] So, you know, and there’s no real criticism of that because even spiritual people are like that some of the time. No one is awake all of the time. Okay, so what I’m getting at is if we were to go back to that curve, most of the people in that middle area where it’s kind of the big peak, a lot of them are actually just asleep.
[00:16:26] Okay? That’s just the way it is. So, you know, there’s no criticism there.
[00:16:31] So most people are asleep and so they do not contribute Rather, they just simply radiate their vibration. And by contribute, I mean they’re not either dragging it up or pulling it down. They’re just being themselves. And whatever level they’re at is what they radiate.
[00:16:46] Whereas in terms of, well, why is the world not a great place? Well, the evil and dark ones, people who are really bad and, you know, it’s obvious to kind of point the finger and go Bill Gates and people like that, and they are, you know, they’re willing to kill millions of people to make a profit and to push an agenda, but they’re an example of it. They’re not the only ones. There are secret societies and ruling families and all of these things and things that most people don’t want to even consider that are going on. And they are rooted in very dark and evil ideologies and energies. And they’re pulling it one way. They’re trying to pull the planet, the world, in a very dark direction.
[00:17:36] Spiritual people are pulling it in the other way. The spiritual people aren’t necessarily thinking of it as opposing the darkness. Rather, they’re just being spiritual people.
[00:17:44] Whereas the ones who are bad, the evil and dark ones, they know that for them, they know they’re pulling against the light, okay?
[00:17:55] And then most people are in the middle, and they’re the ones that aren’t really contributing. They’re just being pulled one way or another by. By other people in their environment, and they’re generally asleep. So they will, you know, be led by the mainstream media and the zeitgeist of the time without questioning things, and they’ll absorb what they’re fed and they’ll just go along with it and grumble a bit. But basically they’re not really awake to make a difference themselves. They are rather.
[00:18:27] It’s a bit derogatory, but what some people. I wouldn’t use this term, but it’s what some people refer to as the sheeple, meaning that they just follow.
[00:18:38] And therefore they’re not really standing firm for anything. They’re just being led by others. Okay?
[00:18:46] So we’re going through this to understand the lay of the land so we can understand how to move forwards. But this is why spiritual people need to be wise about what they do.
[00:18:58] Okay, so crystals, and we talked about this. So crystals, sun worship or sun gazing, moon rituals, magic, etc. Talked about this in a previous episode. It might have even been last week, actually.
[00:19:10] But the point I’m making there is truly, Chris, truly spiritual people are what’s holding it up and stopping it sliding More into negativity and darkness, the world, the planet, from a vibrational point of view. And so when truly spiritual people get distracted by things like crystals, sun gazing, moon worship, magic, etc.
[00:19:40] Then they’re no longer really being spiritual. But also some of these things actually are negative and dark, although they may appear or be sold as spiritual.
[00:19:53] And we talked about this in a previous episode, so I won’t go into it too much now, but some of these practices, if you do them, they actually drop your vibration. So if you’re a spiritual person, you’re supposed to be the vanguard of the light, of raising the vibration on the planet. And if you then do things like magic or moon gazing or worships or stuff like that, then actually your vibration drops. And so you’re no longer really able to help the planet, help yourself or help others. So it’s just being wise. And that’s why I said this is why spiritual people need to be wiser about what they do. They don’t need to be, but the opportunity is to be wiser and it. And but there is a lot at stake.
[00:20:30] So good news, people can change, but you are only responsible for you.
[00:20:38] But you can inspire others though.
[00:20:41] So you know, for example, I’m sharing this information and I’m talking from experience, not just in this show, but this is episode 76. And it would have been very easy, by the way, to go, look, computers packed in, you know, let’s just scrap this show and come back next week. But it was important. I don’t want to waste a week where people don’t have this information. I’ve spent all day getting this information.
[00:21:06] So I want you to have it as soon as possible because the sooner you have it, the sooner you can do something with it. And so hopefully the information I’m going to share with you will be useful. But also I hope that you get inspiration. And that’s my point is I’m not responsible for you, but I would like to help.
[00:21:29] And spiritual wisdom is really understanding that. Look, I’m only responsible for me, but I can do my best and spend all day putting things together to try and inspire you. You’re only responsible for you, but maybe you’ll be able to inspire someone else and it passes on that way.
[00:21:48] So people can change, that’s good.
[00:21:50] But we are not responsible for other people’s change. We’re only responsible for inspiring them if we choose to do so. What we are responsible for is ourselves.
[00:22:00] Okay, so, ah, so now we’re looking at the graph again. But as you can see I’ve highlighted the negative section. So we’ve got this gray box filling in here. And what that’s showing you is if everything under this purple curve represents the entire distribution of the human population or the population of people on the planet, then that, that’s, that area represents what proportion roughly would be negative and where they are. So they’re left of neutral, moving towards much worse stuff, but not there yet. And so let’s talk about them first.
[00:22:42] What can a negative person do to make the world a better place?
[00:22:46] Because even a negative person might actually care about someone and get upset and go, you know, I don’t want it to be like this. I want it to be better.
[00:22:53] Okay, so this is not meant flippantly at all. But the first thing is stop being negative.
[00:23:01] Now look, it’s easy for me to sit here and go, stop being negative.
[00:23:07] That is actually the answer.
[00:23:11] But that could be a lifetime’s worth of work. So I’m not in any way belittling it by simply spelling it out in the simplest, shortest phrase possible.
[00:23:23] That people can waste a lot of energy and time dilly dallying around change and never actually do the change that is necessary.
[00:23:32] And not just negative people, even positive people, even spiritual people, can be complicating things to the point where they never actually get to the real point. So the short answer is, what can a negative person do to make the world a better place? Stop being negative.
[00:23:48] Now why, why would that make any difference? Well, if they stopped being negative and became neutral or positive, then they. They’re. They’re one atom of water in the bowl of water.
[00:24:01] Them raising their vibration even a tiny, tiny bit raises the overall temperature of the water.
[00:24:06] Okay? So if they take responsibility for their negativity and stop being negative, then they actually have already made the world a better place. And importantly, they’ve made their world, their experience of the world, a much better place. Because it isn’t actually that much fun being in a negative state all the time.
[00:24:26] So stop being negative.
[00:24:28] Intend to be positive. Okay, so what I’m starting to do, give them the. How do you stop being negative? And it starts with intention. So intend to be positive and take responsibility. The number one thing is to take personal responsibility for your vibration.
[00:24:50] So demonstrations of positivity would be love, kindness, forgiveness, joy, living the six virtues.
[00:24:59] Demonstrations of negativity would be fear, emotions, selfishness, jealousy, anger, hate, victimhood, loathing, meanness, ego.
[00:25:09] And it. Look, it’s going to be a tough one. It’s going to be really Tough for someone to sit there and go, hang on a sec.
[00:25:17] But I experience fear, and I’m quite emotionally led.
[00:25:23] And being honest, I can be quite selfish. And I have been jealous and I was angry the other day, and I hate this about that group of people.
[00:25:34] And, you know, I feel like I’m a victim because these things have been done to me.
[00:25:39] And sometimes I’m mean with my time or my money or my energy.
[00:25:45] Hang on a sec.
[00:25:47] That means I’m negative.
[00:25:50] You know, some people don’t go. People aren’t sitting there going, oh, I am negative.
[00:25:56] They don’t realize they’re negative.
[00:25:58] That’s why I’m spelling it out in this slide. That’s why I’ve put all the things there to show examples of what it means to be negative.
[00:26:07] So are you in fear? Are you ruled by fear? Does fear motivate your choices?
[00:26:15] Are you chasing emotions? I want to feel happy. How I feel matters. You upset me because you said something I didn’t like and because I’m upset. You need to change. We’ve been over this in other episodes, but that’s all negativity. The big one is victimhood, which is why it’s on that list. And why is that the big one? Certainly in this age we live in, it’s absolutely ridiculous that it seems to be that the mainstream media. Whenever someone’s been stabbed or, you know, if the person was, if the victim.
[00:26:58] Let’s be blunt, there’s been a couple of examples recently where a white person has been stabbed by a black person.
[00:27:04] And if you point that out, you’re deemed racist. And some of the mainstream news outlets are trying to justify or turn the narrative around. Instead of saying, this is a crime and we feel sorry for the victim, they’re saying they’re attacking people who point out the truth. In other words, they see the problem not as the crime, but criticism of the problem.
[00:27:30] And that’s a very victimhood mindset where they want to defend the minority or defend the people that aren’t seen to have privilege.
[00:27:41] And it’s very, very sick, and it’s very, very nefarious. And what’s been going on for 50, 60, 70 years is things like welfare state has rewarded being a victim.
[00:27:54] So, for example, you will be prioritised if you’re a single mother for housing.
[00:28:01] So it’s actually advantageous not to have the father stick around, you know, And I was shocked years ago to hear overhear some young school kids who are coming to the end of school talking about their summer Plans and one of the girls was saying, and I was on the train, so I was just overhearing this. I’m gonna, you know, I’m gonna see if my boyfriend can get me pregnant because then I can get onto the housing, the social housing thing and kind of get pushed up the queue.
[00:28:30] And so victimhood is rewarded in society at this time. And it’s subtle, but you see this a lot where it’s like, oh, it’s not your fault.
[00:28:41] Critical race theory is an example where instead of empowering people through personal responsibility, it basically says your situation is not your fault. It’s because of this historical stuff and these people, and therefore you are a victim, they should give you reparations and you should have advantages.
[00:29:04] Another example is dea, I think it’s called, where people are not hired on merit, but because of victim status, they’re given a break.
[00:29:16] You know, I could go on, but basically I’m pointing out because this is what’s motive, this is what’s driving the vibration down because it rewards victimhood and therefore there’s value in being a victim. But being a victim is negativity and it means that people don’t take personal responsibility.
[00:29:34] So what can a negative person do to make the world a better place? Stop being negative, intend to be positive, take responsibility for your vibration and focus on positivity, which is love, kindness, forgiveness, joy, the six virtues, and recognize when they’re being negative, which is anything to do with fear, any emotions, by the way, all emotions are ultimately rooted in negativity, even feeling happy. And that might be shocking, but I did a whole live show on that, so I’ll just put a link in that in the write up. So I’ve gone off on a bit of a tangent there, but it’s worth calling out and pointing out the, the way that certain things unfold in society because we’re living in this society and the reason why we’re sat here right now asking what can we do to make the world a better place? Is because I think we all recognize that the world is not a great place right now, but it could be okay, so let’s have a look at the good.
[00:30:31] So as you can see, I’ve highlighted under the curve what constitutes the good people. And that’s a much bigger slice and which is good news.
[00:30:41] So these people are going to be in a slightly different place in terms of their vibration and where they’re operating from. And so it will be interesting to see if they can do anything different. So let’s see what can Be done as a good person to make the world a better place.
[00:30:59] So stay out of negativity, intend to be more positive. But I’ve put here a positive agent or an agent of positivity.
[00:31:12] Kind of like it’s kind of an, you could say it’s an identity, but just a positive, positive one. In other words, recognizing that I actually can be an agent of positivity, therefore I can actually raise the vibration of the world through my choices.
[00:31:31] So, but it is the same basically stay up negativity and intend to be more positive. Whereas before I said intend to be positive, now we want to be more positive and take responsibility for your vibration. And it’s basically the same things, so you know, the same love, kindness, forgiveness, joy, six virtues for positive and fear, emotions, etc. For negative.
[00:31:56] Now there’s an interesting thing because the question was, what can we do?
[00:32:01] Okay, so right at the start I put the red circle around the word do.
[00:32:07] So if you look at the slide, we’ve got state of negativity, intend to be more positive. The intention is kind of a doing thing. But basically you become more positive. You’re just basically being more positive. You’re not really doing anything. But there is this thing called the Maharishi effect, and we talked about this previously and it’s the observation that when large groups of people get together and meditate regularly in a community, that crime goes down in a community.
[00:32:40] But there can be multiple reasons. So it could be that it’s that some of the people doing the meditation maybe are also some of the people that might have been the criminals and they’re finding a vent for their frustration or they’re finding more inner peace. And so it’s reduces their drive for criminality. But there is certainly enough of a correlation and a number of studies done where basically it suggests that there is a correlation. So I looked into this because I’m interested in the nuts and bolts of spirituality. Like, okay, so that’s interesting. Was it just cause and effect like all mundane stuff like I described, or is there something more, quote unquote, spiritual going on?
[00:33:28] And it’s mind based. It’s, it, it’s actually go back to the notes. It’s just intention. So in other words, they’re sitting down the, the Maharishi. So we’re talking about Transcendental meditation and Buddhism fundamentally.
[00:33:45] And they’re both mind based practices. They’re not spiritual. And I’ve talked about this before, that mindfulness and mantras and things like that though they can have a lot of Value for people.
[00:33:57] They’re not actually spiritual practices, they’re mind based. And so while they may help people with anxiety and depression, which are mind based problems, they’re ultimately not really spiritual.
[00:34:14] They can reveal more of the nature of the mind and more of the inner stillness and things that are present up to the level of mind, but they can’t take people further and they can actually become a trap because you’re entraining yourself. So doing a lot of mindfulness actually entrains you to be focused in mind and therefore you become very comfortable there. But it makes it very difficult to then go beyond the mind because you’ve actually created a home in it, if that makes sense.
[00:34:43] So going back to the screen, what we’re saying is that there is this potential for people to have a meditative based intention, but it is just intention and the scale is linear. So in other words, you can do it on your own. What I mean by the scale is linear is that if a thousand meditators got together and did an hour of meditation with the intention of creating peace or reducing crime, if they did that together, it would be the same effect as if each one of them did it at different times apart. In other words, it’s not that together it becomes greater than the sum of the parts. And it also means that whether you do it as meditation with other people or just sitting at home having a strong intention, it’s the same, your contribution is the same.
[00:35:43] So there’s no need to belong to a TM group or yoga Buddhism or any of these things. And there’s no need to meditate either. It’s actually just having a powerful intention, positive, powerful intention.
[00:35:58] So people who are good can have good intentions. Interestingly, negative people couldn’t do this. They literally could not.
[00:36:07] They could have the words in their head for the same. They could use exactly the same intentional words as a positive person, but it would have zero effect. You have to actually be positive of vibration before your positive intentions can have any effect.
[00:36:25] And if we just quickly go back to this graph, this curve, you can see that good covers quite a span. So some people are good, but they’re near neutral. And some people are good and they’re near spiritual. The ones that are more towards the spiritual end will have a stronger impact with their intentions than the ones that are towards the neutral side.
[00:36:48] So the power of the intention is proportional to your vibration, as I’ve put here. So the more good you are, the more good you can do.
[00:37:01] Okay, that’s good news.
[00:37:03] So you don’t have to go off and wear a red robe and sit there with loads of people to have an effect. You can just have an intention.
[00:37:13] And that is the backbone of things like the Maharishi effect and the Times article where they talked about crime decreasing in New York State when a TM group was deliberately doing meditation to reduce crime. It was the intention, it wasn’t the meditation.
[00:37:32] Meditation just allowed people to focus on the intention.
[00:37:36] So now we get onto the spiritual side of things and if you can see the curve, then there’s nothing really to highlight underneath because it’s such a small group. So I’ll just put a big red arrow to point at what we’re pointing at here.
[00:37:57] And it, it really is a small group of people.
[00:38:02] So what can a spiritual person do to make the world a better place?
[00:38:07] Now, really, we’re talking to you now.
[00:38:10] So thank you for joining us. Thank you for being patient with the technical hitch, glitches and hitches that I had at the start.
[00:38:18] But as I’ve said before, the purpose of this show is to share spiritual information and you know, if it goes smoothly, great. But the key thing is that you can see the slides and you can hear my voice and we can look at these things together. So what can a spiritual person do to make the world a better place? You’re watching this spiritual discussion live show, so I hope that means that you are aspiring to be more spiritual.
[00:38:45] So it’s the same. Stay out of negativity, intend to be more positive, take responsibility for your vibration.
[00:38:53] So whether you’re neutral, sorry, whether you’re negative, positive or spiritual, it’s the same thing. You’ve got to be responsible for your vibration.
[00:39:04] Be present as much as possible.
[00:39:06] One truly spiritual person has the same effect as 150 positive people.
[00:39:12] Ish.
[00:39:13] Look, what I mean by that is if you took the average level of effect that the average positive person could have and then one of the people that’s very spiritual, then it would be 150 times the effect.
[00:39:29] And one spiritual person accounts for 0.001 of a percent of the effect in the world.
[00:39:36] Right. I’m going to let that sink in.
[00:39:39] So one spiritual person accounts for one thousandth of a percent of the effect in the world. It doesn’t sound like much, but there’s 8 billion people in the world. There’s 8,000 million people in the world. Okay, so one spiritual person, if you count the zeros, it gets a bit complicated at this point, but billion is nine zeros and 0.01 of a percent is about four zeros. So in other words, one, one spiritual person accounts for overall thousands of people.
[00:40:19] But compared to a positive person, one spiritual person has the same effect as 150 positive people.
[00:40:26] So what would happen if more positive people moved further up the vibrational ranks and became spiritual?
[00:40:33] And let’s not lose sight of the fact that it also means that a positive person has a massive effect as well compared to a negative person, etc.
[00:40:44] So there’s a lot to kind of value in the fact that the more your higher, higher your vibration is, the disproportionately higher or more impactful your energies.
[00:41:02] So that would be like you’ve got a bowl of water and you take one molecule of water and you superheat it to a thousand degrees centigrade, obviously become gas or plasma, but and then you drop it in the bowl of water. It’s going to have quite a strong effect because it’s disproportionately much higher vibration than all the molecules around it. It’s got a lot of energy to impart to them and it will cause a considerable amount of heating. Okay, using the water analogy, so what else can a spiritual person do? Well, this stuff, there’s other things a spiritual person can do. They can pray.
[00:41:47] Now at that point, I’m pretty sure that a lot of people be thinking, but anyone can pray.
[00:41:53] Okay, I didn’t realize this until I really looked into this today.
[00:42:00] And it stands to reason. Okay.
[00:42:04] And there is a, there is actually a Bible verse where it talks about this very phenomena.
[00:42:11] And I’ll loosely quote it because we’re not, we’re not religious. But there is, it’s nice when there’s correlation between ancient wisdom and what we’re sharing here. So what really is praying?
[00:42:27] Let’s just have a chat.
[00:42:30] And I put a cushion behind me.
[00:42:33] Okay? So praying is basically saying something like, dear God, can you please make the world a better place?
[00:42:40] Or words that affect. Or dear God, please guide me to make the world a better place, or show me what I can do, whatever it is, or please help these people.
[00:42:50] So it’s you fundamentally talking to God, which also means Jesus. So you might pray to Jesus, you might pray to God.
[00:42:59] Now, just as an aside, Buddhists don’t pray to God. Buddhists pray to enlightened beings or bodhisattvas, which are beings on their way to enlightenment.
[00:43:13] And they have different ones depending on what they want to pray for.
[00:43:18] So God is limitless, a being is limited.
[00:43:27] So if you pray to whoever it is As a being, you’re praying to a limit that had a creator. Something had to create that being. There was a time before that being existed. There’ll be a time after they’ve gone, okay, if they claim to be enlightened, then they would have to acknowledge God. If they don’t acknowledge God, they’re not really enlightened. Why do I say that? Because enlightenment is a state that is limitless, ergo, is the state of God.
[00:43:56] So to say I’m enlightened, but to reject God is an oxymoron.
[00:44:03] And so when I say praying, I am talking about acknowledging the source God. Not in a biblical way, not in a religious way, just that which is one thing everywhere, beyond time, beyond measure, beyond all of the kind of space, time, matter continuum and energy continuum. In other words, not an individual located in a particular place. The exception is Jesus, who is God that took on form to show us the way back to God. Okay, so when I say pray, I mean praying to the source, praying to God, praying to the oneness everywhere, not praying to the universe, not praying to a bodhisattva, not praying to a deity, not praying to one of the pantheon of characters in Hindu, for example, which I think they’ve got about 8,000 or so gods. So I’m talking about an absolute, nothing greater that. So when we, when we’re talking about prayer and we’re talking about you having some kind of a request or conversation with that one way, conversation with that which is greater than everything and before time and eternal and omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent, etc.
[00:45:23] Okay, so what is prayer?
[00:45:26] God.
[00:45:27] Let’s use the word God, but we could use the word source, the source of all that is good.
[00:45:32] So can you do it? Well, does it require you to be good?
[00:45:37] And does it require that what you’re praying for is good?
[00:45:40] Do you think if someone sat down and prayed for bad things to happen, would it happen? No, logically not.
[00:45:48] So there’s, there’s an implied goodness to prayer and we talked about the soul and the spirit in other episodes. So if you don’t know what I’m talking about, very short version is within you as a spiritual, you know, capable person. You have a soul and a spirit, and your spirit guides you. It gives you guidance that ultimately comes from God. In other words, its guidance is to get you back to the source, to get you aware of and aligned with the source. Your soul is much more of your personality and a record of all the good that you’ve experienced over many, many lifetimes, not just this one.
[00:46:28] So your soul is growing every time you make good choices and your spirit is guiding those good choices. Because good means godly in the direction of God. Okay, so when we pray, there’s.
[00:46:43] If we don’t have awareness, I don’t mean cognizant awareness, but if we’re not receptive to our spirit, if we’re closed to our spirit, if we’re shut off to it through our own choices or through our nature, then we can’t really pray. Because prayer spirit is kind of like the connection to God, because spirit is of God, it’s from God, it’s not a part of God. It’s trapped in creation, which is one way people try and describe it. It’s very hard to explain. But basically it’s the gift that God the Source put in you as a human to allow you to have guidance from God via your spirit. And it’s a two way thing. So that’s how prayer gets to God. So if you’re not engaged with your spirit, if you’ve turned your back on your spirit, you can’t pray.
[00:47:36] So you have to be spiritual to pray truly. I mean, people can go through the motion of praying, but it won’t be heard. And that’s the Bible quote is when Jesus said something like, when the time comes and you turn to me and you say, but I did all this praying, or I did all this service to you in church and I did all of these things in your name, why won’t you let me into heaven? And Jesus says, because I did not know you.
[00:48:07] In other words, you might have been making all the noise and doing all the actions, but your heart was never open.
[00:48:13] You never welcomed Jesus in you never welcomed God into your heart. In other words, you weren’t spiritual.
[00:48:19] A very short definition of spiritual is to have a love of God, a genuine love of God. I’m not talking about religion. Absolutely not. There are a lot of religious people that may be spiritual, but there are a lot of religious people that aren’t spiritual. And there’s a lot of spiritual people that are absolutely not religious. In other words, they’re two different things. Okay, so to be able to pray, so praying is one of the things that you can do.
[00:48:48] Now the next thing is you can bring state into the equation. But I kind of wanted to explain a little bit more about prayer.
[00:48:59] Just checking. Yeah. What’s coming next? So with prayer, the reason why it won’t really work unless you’re spiritual is you, you pray Your prayer is basically actually asking for guidance.
[00:49:12] Even if you’re asking God to do something, what will happen is the guidance will come back via your spirit, which means you need to be receptive to it, to benefit from it. And the guidance will be, this is what you need to do. So if I prayed, what can I do to make the world a better place? My prayer would be answered when my higher self guides me to make the world a better place.
[00:49:35] Okay, in other words, who answers your prayer?
[00:49:39] It’s not God interceding, it’s you being receptive to God’s guidance to change, to evolve, to act, to do congruently with your prayer so that you bring about the resolution of your prayer. Okay? So unless you’re spiritually awake, which means you’re receptive to your spirit and your soul and spirit are guiding you, ergo your higher self is guiding you, then prayer won’t get through. And it won’t get through at both ends because you won’t be receptive to the answer anyway.
[00:50:13] So the next thing is to bring state into the equation. And I’ve put there, explain this mark.
[00:50:20] But I haven’t written notes and I deliberately haven’t written notes.
[00:50:24] This is something again that you have to be spiritual to do. So what is state?
[00:50:31] When you have the aforementioned people doing transcendental meditation or mantra meditation, or visualization or chanting or Buddhist prayer or any of these things, it’s all mind based. There’s no state in mind.
[00:50:48] What state means is quality of God demonstrated.
[00:50:55] So if you think about what are the qualities of God, there’s no doingness. So the typical references to the state would be neutrality, stillness, acceptance, love, this state, joy. There’s a state, okay, so bring state into the equation.
[00:51:19] When I looked into this specifically, it took a while to, to kind of for me to understand the guidance I was getting. But eventually I understood it because it isn’t a doing thing.
[00:51:32] The most powerful way that a truly spiritual person can make the world a better place is first of all to be in state.
[00:51:42] So, and I listed a few states like stillness and neutrality, but those aren’t the state.
[00:51:49] There’s one particular quality of God or the stillness or the source, one thing everywhere, there’s one particular quality that would make the world a better place, and it’s peace.
[00:52:04] So if you are a truly spiritual person, then what you can do is you can go, you can become the state of peace. Now again, if you practice a lot of things like Buddhism tm, you’ll jump on that because there’s A lot of talk of inner peace. Inner peace is not the state of peace. Inner peace is the mind being calm. Is the mind observing the stillness within.
[00:52:38] But it isn’t the state of peace. The state of peace isn’t yours. The state of peace is. Is God’s. And so when a spiritual person becomes peace, it’s via their spirit. It’s not via their mind or their emotions or their brain or their body or their breath or anything tangible. It’s not by any part of them that would.
[00:53:04] It’s not by any part of them that dies when their body dies. It’s by those parts that live on beyond death and were there before they incarnated. Okay, so you would sit in peace.
[00:53:19] In other words, become the state of peace.
[00:53:22] And once you are in the state of peace, then you would love the world, but in a.
[00:53:35] Not in a pushing sort of way.
[00:53:38] So what that means is you become the state of peace. In other words, you settle into your spirituality.
[00:53:46] Now, if you know what I’m on about, then you’ll know. So it’s hard to explain. This is something that takes a lot of guidance and a lot of gentle work for people to get there. But I know that I’m talking to people that would understand.
[00:54:01] So it’s not a striving or a doing thing, but you become peace.
[00:54:05] And then from peace, not as you, but as peace, you would love the world.
[00:54:12] And the reason that changes the world is that love is like a conduit. It’s like an energy that love flows first and foremost. So the peace would flow with the love to the world.
[00:54:29] Now, years ago, I said love the world, but this is more specific.
[00:54:34] Whereas pretty much anyone can have the intention to love the world. This can only be done if you’re. If you’re truly spiritual, because it requires you to be in state.
[00:54:43] And again, I can’t remember, I think it was in January this year I did an episode on being in state.
[00:54:52] So this is quite profound.
[00:54:56] So if I was guiding you into it right now, I’d simply say, you know, relax, close your eyes.
[00:55:02] It’s not meditation as such, but it is becoming much stiller and more present, ergo, becoming more in state, but with the intention that it is the state of peace.
[00:55:16] And then as you start to be more peace, then simply love the world.
[00:55:29] Not specific parts, not specific places, not with a goal, but that just allows you, your love to be the bridge between the state of peace in the world. Okay, so it’s pretty profound stuff, really.
[00:55:45] Well, for those that have you Know, for those that are receptive, it’s profound stuff.
[00:55:53] If you’re not there yet, it won’t necessarily resonate for you. But I wouldn’t dismiss it.
[00:56:01] And how we react to these different things is actually quite often an indicator of where are we? Because remember, no one’s sitting there going, hmm, I’m just left of neutral. I must be negative.
[00:56:13] I’m a little bit right of neutral. I must be positive.
[00:56:18] I’m far positive.
[00:56:20] You know, people aren’t thinking like that.
[00:56:24] People aren’t assessing themselves. Honestly, for the best part, it’s very hard.
[00:56:31] It really is.
[00:56:33] It requires a lot of humility to acknowledge where there’s room for improvement and a lot of wisdom and spiritual maturity not to fall into self criticism and judgment, but to be accepting and go, okay, well, now I know I can change. Because remember on the slides it says take responsibility for your vibration.
[00:57:01] That’s the point.
[00:57:02] If you take responsibility, then you can also accept that you can change.
[00:57:09] So is there more to learn?
[00:57:14] Well, let me just give us a summary. First and foremost. So being positive, this applies, as you can see from this diagram, this applies to whether you’re negative, good or spiritual. Be positive, Intend positive change.
[00:57:34] Okay?
[00:57:35] Intending positive change can only really happen when you’re good or spiritual, because you can’t.
[00:57:44] Intentions that are positive can’t be enacted by someone that is not positive.
[00:57:50] Personal responsibility.
[00:57:52] Now this one, as you can see, I’ve got it going right off to the left.
[00:57:56] The personal responsibility one is basically saying, look, wherever you are, you can take personal responsibility. And that includes even people that are evil and dark. I doubt that they would or they would be quite happy with where they are because they’re so entrenched in ego.
[00:58:13] But at any stage, wherever you are, you don’t have to do anything. But the opportunity is there to take personal responsibility because that’s the only way that you can actually start to change. Okay, so the next one is being present.
[00:58:32] Which reminds me, so I’ll get to that.
[00:58:36] So being present is only really something that can happen when you’re spiritual.
[00:58:40] Okay, so being present means being in your state.
[00:58:46] Praying, as I’ve explained, is really only if you’re spiritual and emanating peace. So that’s my way of describing being in the state of peace and then sending and then, and then loving. It’s not sending love. Got to be very careful with words here. It’s not sending love, it’s not an action.
[00:59:05] It’s from the state of peace, loving the world. Okay, so I just want to draw our attention back to this one here, being present. Because I didn’t really talk about that, I’ve just highlighted it on the screen with a box.
[00:59:23] So being present, why is that important?
[00:59:31] I put there be present as much as possible. One truly spiritual person has the same effect as 150 positive people when they are present.
[00:59:42] If you’re not present as a spiritual person, then your spiritual state isn’t coming through and then you’re basically more like a normal positive person. So in order to be that 150 times as effective, you need to be present in your state.
[01:00:02] And the more present you are, the more often then the more you have a powerful effect on the world.
[01:00:10] So if you’re only present once a week when you sit down to deliberately be present and, and focused on being spiritual, then you’re actually not really having much of an effect compared to if you were going, you know, like having the intention to check in and be present more and more of the time. We actually had a wonderful episode where I shared insights from nine different spiritual people on what they do to be more spiritual. And one of those things is to check in with yourself and go, hang on, am I present?
[01:00:43] Oh no, I’ve been distracted by the world. Okay, let me just center myself, become present again. And the more we develop that positive approach, then the more we can be present more of the time.
[01:00:57] And so yeah, it is really, really important to, as it says there, be present and praying. Being present and emanating peace through state can only be done when you’re truly spiritual. The others being positive, intending positive change and personal responsibility. They can be done when you’re positive or some of them can be done at any stage. It’s all laid out there on the screen.
[01:01:33] You know, the reason why I didn’t make any notes about the state stuff is to remind us that it’s all lovely. You know, I’m doing these charts and stuff and I do it because people have fed back that it really, really helps them to understand what’s being communicated and it gives them a visual anchor. It’s positive.
[01:01:57] But I don’t want us to ever lose sight of the fact that spirituality comes from the heart.
[01:02:02] These charts are engaging with the head.
[01:02:05] So we have to move beyond all of this stuff. That’s why I’m not that fussed that the computer broke and we’re doing this in a stripped down thing. There’s no logo, there’s no ticker, there’s no pop ups.
[01:02:17] It doesn’t matter. That stuff doesn’t matter. What matters is that someone who is spiritual is doing their best to try and communicate spiritual truths.
[01:02:28] And you’ve got an opportunity to see what resonates for you and then to put what resonates for you into practice.
[01:02:37] That’s what matters.
[01:02:39] That’s why the most important thing, which was about the state, I didn’t want to write down, I didn’t want to make notes because I want it to be about you paying attention and you understanding directly.
[01:02:53] Hopefully that makes sense, but it can become quite academic and.
[01:02:58] And it’s a balance to be had. I’m here as a teacher and a writer and a spiritual person, but ultimately your spirituality is within you. It’s not external. And this communication is two spiritual people reaching each other in a way that hopefully nurtures positivity and growth so that we can make the world a better place, which is, you know, what tonight’s show is all about. So let me just.
[01:03:30] Yeah, it’s interesting.
[01:03:34] I was just looking into it towards the end. One spiritual person emanating peace is equivalent to 35,000 good people holding a positive intention. The reason I looked into that is you’ve probably seen pictures of rows and rows of Buddhist monks and they were meditating for world peace. And I looked into it and actually the original photo was from.
[01:03:56] Not. It wasn’t Buddhist monks, it was from some cult somewhere. So it was misrepresented. But the meme keeps on popping up. And so I looked into it and it doesn’t, like, it doesn’t have the effect.
[01:04:12] All those monks, Buddhist monks praying, are praying to supposedly enlightened beings.
[01:04:21] Now, I’ve talked openly about this many, many times. You know, in 2000, I think it was 2009.
[01:04:31] Yeah.
[01:04:32] Attained enlightenment.
[01:04:36] That’s just the start of the journey. Enlightenment isn’t the end, it’s the start.
[01:04:41] And it means that whatever these beings are, they’re not outside of my awareness.
[01:04:50] So I’ve spent years. I mean, I really started this work in earnest in 2015, but I spent years doing work where I’m looking into things and communicating with things and finding out where the deceptions are and the truths are and who’s really what. And unless you’re praying to God, you’re not praying to the greatest good.
[01:05:15] And, you know, if there were 35,000 Buddhist monks sitting there praying for world peace, the intention that they have might have a little bit of an effect.
[01:05:26] But what they’re praying to isn’t God, and actually they’ve rejected God. So there is no prayer at best. There’s telepathic communication with beings on a slightly higher dimension.
[01:05:40] And they didn’t create creation and they’re not necessarily even human.
[01:05:47] So they’re not necessarily interested in spirituality, which is a very human thing.
[01:05:52] The gift that God gave us, free will.
[01:05:56] So this is truth. One spiritual person sitting in state, emanating peace would be the equivalent of 35,000 good people holding a positive intention.
[01:06:10] So it’s not to say that it’s not worth doing intention work, but it’s a lot weaker.
[01:06:14] So if you really want to make the world a better place, then the answer seems to be aim to be more spiritual, aim to be truly spiritual.
[01:06:26] So what does it mean to be spiritual?
[01:06:29] Well, a spiritual person, their soul is spiritually awake and thus has a love for God, the source. And I put the source there so that we’re not. If we just use the G word, then people think, oh, this guy’s talking about religion.
[01:06:44] It does apply to what religion is alluding towards or aiming at.
[01:06:49] But just remember that God was there well before any religion was created. Okay, what came first?
[01:06:56] You know, and spirituality is completely different from religion. Religion is believe, spirituality is experience.
[01:07:04] Okay?
[01:07:06] So when I talk about spiritual person, their soul is spiritually awake and thus has a love for God. So there is a strong desire in a spiritual person for God.
[01:07:16] They are receptive to their spirit’s guidance. That’s what I was talking about earlier. So prayer, the return guidance of prayer comes via the spirit. So they can’t really be prayer unless you’re spiritually, unless you’re receptive to your spirit’s guidance.
[01:07:32] And interestingly that they have accepted Jesus, Yeshua, Aisho, who is God, and I put those three different spellings of Jesus just because I’ve had some very pedantic comments.
[01:07:48] Oh, you’ve got it wrong. That’s not his name, his name’s this.
[01:07:52] He goes by many names, but there is only one and it is God. And it was God that took on form, fulfilled 300 prophecies in the doing, and was witnessed to do miracles by multiple people in real time as opposed to all others who make claim, but they’re self claimed, self proclaimed, not witnessed, and didn’t fulfill prophecy.
[01:08:19] So what am I saying here?
[01:08:26] If you know of Jesus and you’ve made a decision to reject Jesus because perhaps you’ve embraced Buddhism or one or the other religions, if you pray to God, well, not even prayer, but basically if you say, well, I am spiritual, but I reject that Jesus is God. Okay, let’s just think this through. So you’re saying I’m spiritualist. You’re saying I’m a human being who’s got a soul and a spirit.
[01:08:59] My spirit was created by God.
[01:09:02] I don’t even understand it, but I accept that.
[01:09:05] And therefore I want to embrace it and be more spiritual. And to be more spiritual means to aspire and love, aspire towards and have great love for God.
[01:09:15] But I do not accept that God that is omnipotent and all powerful to conform, came down and sacrificed himself to help me.
[01:09:30] So, and therefore, and I do, and I reject his son.
[01:09:35] Now it’s kind of that weird thing where it’s his son, but it’s also God. So, but basically if you say, well, I want God, but I want to reject his son and I want to reject part of the history because it’s unequivocal. It happened, okay? There’s, there’s so much evidence. And Again, I think 27,000 manuscripts and tablets and things and even in the news the other day, day, literally, they’ve just found a mosaic, massive mosaic floor that dates from the first century A.D. anna Domino, the first century after Jesus died, saying, Jesus is God. Okay, that’s recent. That’s like literally two weeks ago.
[01:10:20] See if I can dig up that article.
[01:10:22] So there’s growing evidence of this event happening, eyewitness, etc. So if, if someone chooses to reject that, they actually block themselves from their own spirit. Because at some point, how can I put it, the truth is. The truth is the truth and there’s no point in me saying, well, it is true.
[01:10:50] But this is the difficulty, guys, you’ve got to figure it out for yourself. Look, I didn’t accept it for a long time. And here I am now saying as an enlightened person who’s initiated people into light and sound energy, who’s meditated for tens of thousands of hours, who’s chipped the light fantastic, who’s also trained as a scientist and also served on the altar in a religious context. So I’ve had my experience across a plethora of spiritual and religious and kind of belief systems.
[01:11:25] The evidence from my own experience is Jesus is 100% real and Jesus is God and Jesus is guiding spiritual people.
[01:11:34] And so let’s just say, let’s just say if that is true and you reject it, then you shut down your spirituality.
[01:11:41] Which is why I’m duty bound.
[01:11:44] Because from experience it is what I know to be true is that you have that if you have accepted Jesus, who is God, then you are. You can that’s part of the. Then you can be spiritual. And by that I mean if you consciously reject Jesus, it shuts down your spirituality.
[01:12:06] Okay, so that’s why I said, look, I was enlightened quite a few years ago, but that was the start of the journey. And my. I’ve hinted at this before that in 2018 something happened that really changed everything and it’s these realizations. So yeah, that is what I am saying from experience over decades and thousands and thousands hours of meditation and teaching and guiding people and interacting with things on higher dimensions, that to be a spiritual person, you’re solely spiritually awake, you’re receptive to your spiritual guidance and you’ve accepted Jesus, who is God, and therefore, ergo, you have accepted God as shown on the screen.
[01:12:52] So we’ve covered a lot.
[01:12:56] I’ll bring it back to this slide because it’s the one that kind of sums up everything. So you want to make the world a better place, be positive, intend positive change, take personal responsibility for your vibration and stay out of negativity and ego and fear, etc.
[01:13:21] Be present as much as possible prayer and go into the state of peace and love the world.
[01:13:32] There we go. It’s quite straightforward really.
[01:13:36] So hopefully look a little past 10.
[01:13:44] Yeah, hopefully this is good, positive stuff that we can put into effect.
[01:13:55] Yeah, Charlie Kirk was a good person who did good work and I really feel for his family and everything. And you know, I’ve been following the guy for a few years, so it kind of did shock me a little bit.
[01:14:11] And I’m just hoping that the work we’ve done this evening together will that some good comes out of the.
[01:14:22] The fact that that happened.
[01:14:25] Yeah, I haven’t got the usual outro, I haven’t got any of the music because the computer packed in, so we’re running on a spare laptop. But thank you for joining me and as ever, keep making the right choices.
[01:14:40] I used to say the good choices, but one of the episodes I talk about right and wrong, good and bad.
[01:14:45] And so now I say keep making the right choices and God bless you wherever you are. I hope that take away from everything I’ve said tonight is that you can change and by changing you can make the world a better place wherever you are.
[01:15:06] Okay, God bless you.
[01:15:10] Good night everyone.

[01:15:50] So take this moment to just become a little bit stiller, more present, more neutral.
[01:15:59] Now, notice what you notice when I ask you this question.
[01:16:06] What in this particular episode has been most useful?
[01:16:13] Now, who in your life at this particular time would benefit the most from knowing this too?
[01:16:19] Maybe it’s one person, or maybe it’s more than one. But because sharing is caring, it’s really nice to know that you can actually share this show with them and therefore help them this show is completely free to enjoy and benefit from. [01:17:02] And so I look forward to having you join me next week for more revelation and exploration into spiritual things. And together, let’s make more sense of life, not just for us, but for our loved ones so that we can help them too.
[01:17:19] So remember to subscribe and hit the notifications so that you don’t miss out.
[01:17:24] Who knows what we’ll be discussing next week and the next question or topic might even be yours. Perhaps there’s a reason you’ve been guided to this show.
[01:17:34] So God bless you. And remember, real change starts when we put into practice what we’re learning. Learning so that we go from thinking and doing to finally being.
[01:17:52] So take what you’ve learned today and keep on being the best version of you.
[01:17:57] God bless.
==== Bonus Section ====
[01:18:14] Okay, so now I come on to the questions. Now, I received these via a private message, so I’ll treat them as anonymous and I will read them out, but I’ll just anonymize things so I don’t give anything away about who they came from.
[01:18:30] Dear Mark, Last night’s show was really good.
[01:18:34] My partner and I watched it with me and they were very upset about the news about Charlie Kirk, who they followed for years.
[01:18:43] Thank you for your time to do research for the show and to do the show. Thank you for your suggestion to sit in state in peace and love the world. My understanding is that that allows for the peace to travel or be spread by love?
[01:18:58] Could this be done with other states, eg, Neutrality or joy, I. E. Sitting in state, in neutrality brackets or positivity?
[01:19:07] Is that. Is that a state question mark? And love the world to spread neutrality.
[01:19:14] Thank you. God bless you.
[01:19:16] Then there’s a further question.
[01:19:21] Could we also be more specific and love, for example, a country, a city, a person, not just the world, to bring peace or the other state to those.
[01:19:33] And again, a very good question. Both of them are very astute questions.
[01:19:41] I could do several more shows just talking about the nuances of what state is. And I don’t want us to become too intellectual.
[01:19:55] I’m aware that there are different states such as peace, Joy, stillness, neutrality, etc.
[01:20:05] They’re all facets of the qualities of the source, God, one thing everywhere, that which is the cause of all that is good.
[01:20:16] States are never an intellectual thing. So though we can label them, they’re not something that we can really understand. We have to experience them. And the experience of them is when we have reached a certain point of spiritual detachment, I guess, from our personality, certainly when we’ve gone past the entrapment of ego.
[01:20:39] And so no amount of me explaining the different states is really going to really reveal them, but it’s useful to know a little bit about them.
[01:20:48] And when I did the research to look into this particular episode, the question was very clear. What is it we can do to make the world a better place?
[01:20:57] And it was only the state of peace that what I have described applies to, I. E. Sitting in the state of peace and then loving the world.
[01:21:07] If you tried to do it with the other states, it would not be the same effect, or some of them would not even have any effect.
[01:21:14] And if you think about joy, joy is a state, but it’s an experiential state. Joy means you on a higher level are recognizing love and that love is transmuting into joy. We’ve talked about this elsewhere.
[01:21:31] So joy, the state of joy is actually more about recognition of the greatness of love.
[01:21:40] And that’s therefore a lower state because it’s personal.
[01:21:45] But it’s not through the body or the mind or the ego or the brain or anything that that state is happening. It’s just that it touches us enough that we can feel joy.
[01:21:57] So that can’t be a state. That state isn’t one that we could sit in and then love the world and expect it to bring about more joy in the world. Joy has to be from the individual because they’re already attuned to love. And awe. And ultimately they have to have their own level of spirituality.
[01:22:19] But peace specifically is something that can be brought to the world.
[01:22:25] So although it’s an astute question, the short answer is no.
[01:22:29] What I’ve described only applies to peace.
[01:22:33] Now, the second part of the question really is, can we be more specific? Can we drill down with our intentions? And I believe it’s about 53 minutes in or something in the original 55 minutes and 45 seconds in. I just made a note.
[01:22:52] I actually say just the world, just a planet, not a country, not a place.
[01:23:00] Love.
[01:23:01] Well, think, take it to the highest level. God is absolute. One thing everywhere knows no boundaries, is limitless.
[01:23:08] Love is an expression of that.
[01:23:11] Love knows no bounds. Love is limitless.
[01:23:15] So when we start saying, well, we’re going to sit in a state that is, we’re going to be as close to God as possible and let go of as much of us as possible, okay, so we’re becoming more limitless, more boundless.
[01:23:28] But we want to then introduce a load of limits in what we do. Like, well, I’m only going to focus on England, or I’m only going to focus on where I live, or I’m only going to focus on my household, or I’m only going to focus on that person or those groups of people or that situation.
[01:23:43] So we’re bringing a whole load of limits with that, you know, into something that is fundamentally closer to that which is limitless, just doesn’t work.
[01:23:54] I learned this through many, many years of working spiritually on. On the inside, on higher dimensions, that the more specific you are, the harder it is to maintain your own neutrality, your own state.
[01:24:09] When you work big, that is fewer limits, the effects are much more profound.
[01:24:16] So if, for example, you wanted to make the country you live in more peaceful, if you do what I have recommended, which is sitting in a state of peace and loving the planet that includes your country, that would be far more powerful if you are spiritual and able to do so. That would be far more powerful than actually trying to just do your country.
[01:24:39] So when we work with limits, we limit the work. It’s as simple as that. So, again, very astute question, worthwhile asking, but it’s not the way to go.
[01:24:52] And also, if we think about the highest level of love, which is unconditional love, and that is the sixth of the six virtues, why would we want to limit peace to just one place, one or just one group, or just one household or just one person?
[01:25:15] That’s not a reflection of what God is unconditional love, loves unconditionally. It’s equal, it’s for all.
[01:25:26] So we should.
[01:25:30] Forgive me, whenever I say we should, what I mean is we have free will, but the opportunity is there for us to consider, to choose to work at the highest level.
[01:25:42] And also this word work.
[01:25:45] If you were to go into this exercise kind of with the attitude of, right, I am a spiritual person. I am now going to sit down and make the world a better place. What? Watch me as I am spiritual, that we’re slipping into ego.
[01:26:00] We have to be sublimely humble.
[01:26:05] Because anything that you’re gonna do in terms of spiritual work is through you, not from you. And the moment any individual starts to think it’s coming from them, then they’re actually on the wrong side of the line. Going back to that graph, that is a negative thought. That could be a step towards darkness because it is pure ego.
[01:26:33] So we have to be sublimely humble when we do any quote unquote work.
[01:26:40] Because think about it.
[01:26:43] Being truly in spiritual state, be it neutrality or peace or stillness or just love, means to be more like God.
[01:27:01] But you didn’t create God. God created you. You didn’t create these states, God did.
[01:27:07] So in other words, you are afforded an opportunity through relinquishing ego and letting go, to be a little bit closer to God.
[01:27:18] And so if we’re blessed enough to be able to do so, there has to be total reverence and respect for the state, ergo for God. That is the cause of the state, the source, if you wish.
[01:27:35] And if that isn’t there and there’s any hint of feeling special, feeling powerful, or anything like that. And I know I’ve used words like the power of a spiritual person, the power of a spiritual person comes through them because of their love for God, not because they have in any way adorned their personality with a state.
[01:28:02] That’s a mistake. A lot of people who meditate do is they think that because they do a lot of meditation and they perceive amazing things on the inside that that somehow makes them special. I know because I’ve moved in those circles in the past for a long time, you know, probably made that mistake myself as well, until I woke up more.
[01:28:27] And so we really have to guard against this because as we become more spiritual, truly more spiritual, if there isn’t a commensurate amount of humility, then actually we may feel we’re growing.
[01:28:45] We may actually just be getting higher to fall further.
[01:28:50] In other words, as you grow spiritually, you must guard against ego. You must guard against what I call falling on your own sword.
[01:29:01] As someone that doesn’t know what we’re talking about, that hasn’t experienced this, doesn’t have far to fall. But if you’ve truly experienced the states of stillness and love and neutrality and peace, you’ve had a glimpse of the awe and majesty of the source, then to turn to ego means you are from a much higher place, falling. And as we all know, it’s one thing to fall over when you’re on flat ground. It’s another thing to fall off a cliff, to use an analogy. So as spiritual people, we are standing at the edge of the cliff always, and therefore must remain humble.
[01:29:46] Well, we must not do anything. We simply have the choice.
[01:29:53] So, on that note, great questions. I hope you found this extra bit of discussion helpful. And look, you know, often I’ll use these podcasts as a way to elaborate upon things that were said in the live show.
[01:30:09] And so I do recommend checking in with the podcast as well of the live show. And it’s just a different format. It’s quite fascinating that sometimes we miss stuff. If we’re watching a live show, even though there’s a lot more information because of the visuals when we’re listening, sometimes we pick up on things in a different way because we’re not. We’re engaging different parts of ourselves to listen as opposed to watch and listen.
[01:30:37] And it goes both ways. If you only listen to the podcast, you may miss stuff because quite often there’s a lot of visual information that’s helpful in the live show.
[01:30:48] So I would see them very much as complementary resources. It’s not one or the other.
[01:30:54] If you have the luxury of the opportunity to do so, then I’d certainly treat them as two different things.
[01:31:01] And obviously, as I’ve alluded to elsewhere, then feel free to go to the website. Website, follow the link in this podcast and you can download this as an MP3. So you’ve got it on your phone or your device to listen to offline as well. But for now, have a great rest of your day.
[01:31:18] Do message me. Let me know how you get on with putting into practice the things that we’ve described here. Wherever you are. And you know what, Look, I talked about negative people and positive people and spiritual people.
[01:31:32] We’ve all had our moments.
[01:31:34] No one stands still.
[01:31:36] The point is that there is choice, and choice can lead to growth.
[01:31:40] And so again, humility allows us to be honest with ourselves about where we truly are. And that’s why I went into explaining the signs that we might be a bit negative so that we can go, oh, hang on a sec. Well, if that’s where I’m at, then I can be humble and say, okay, I’m grateful. I know.
[01:32:00] Now, you know, I can put into practice these things this guy Mark said in this podcast, and I can start to move in the right direction, and then maybe I’ll become a positive person, and then I can move even more and maybe become a spiritual person. And then I can really make the world a better place.
[01:32:20] So wherever you are right now, you can do something thing to make the world an even better place. And if you do, God bless you. If you don’t, God bless you.
